I just had one of the sales people come top my door It looked like my bill would be cut in half I called *** (my gas/electric company) and found out that after the delivery and other charges I would be paying a lot more from Vista, $a therm more Beware when dealing with them and check everything! If it looks too good to be true it probably is!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I always pay my bills I plan on paying that one also However, I have had not correspondence from the company since I signed up with them except letter I also talked to them on the phone trying to cancel service after I realized their rates were so high, and that was three months ago According to *** the canellation is still in the works and in the mean time, my bill continues to increase I feel like I am being overcharged and we are on a fixed income, so it is really throwing off our budget I didnt get any response from them regarding the fact that I was not happy with their rates, and the fact remains they never delivered on what they promised So to blame me because the bill is not paid yet is pretty low It seems like they just want to stick people with their company promising lower rates, and then make it hard to get out of it It is funny that they got all my info when they came to my door, and were really friendly then But since then I got one letter from them, which dosent explain how I am supposed to pay, and never one Email or phone call

I live in central California and some how Vista Energy got my gas service switched to them without my permissionI had ***Here a few months ago they started harassing me about my bill being past due even though I have made and kept my arrangements with ***They have gone so far as to impersonate *** because I won't answer or return their callsI have made a complaint with *** and wanted them to take Vista energy off my bill and was told they cant untill July of this yearThis company is as crooked as they come

signed up with Vista Energy on March *** Vista Energy has supplied gas to the customer during that period of time, until a call was placed to customer service on 12/**/by *** ** *** to discontinue service with Vista Energy and upon the customer's request on 12/**/ a cancellation was submitted The customer service agent advice the customer that it would take to days for PG&E to go out and read the meter and there would be a final bill The final bill was that should be paid to PG&E *** ** *** was explained that she received only one bill from PG& E with delivery of gas from PG&E and the actual supplied gas from Vista Energy

Rates were much higher! I called and asked why,they said you have to call regularly to ask for current rate specialscancelled! Rates with *** were easily $less per month!

This Company does not provide the services you sign up for! I had a person come to my door and GUARANTEE me that if I signed up, I would save between 10-12% on my *** billI asked him SEVERAL times about the savings and each time he guaranteed me there would be...THAT IS A LIE! My bill has gone up by $YOU WILL NOT SAVE ANYTHING! YOU WILL BE PAYING MORE MONEY! This is a scam and I DO NOT want other consumers to get taken advantage of the way that I haveThere is also a $cancellation fee which is completely ridiculous if they are increasing my bill instead of "claiming" that I am going to save 10-12%I am saving absolutely NOTHING! I urge everyone to stay away from VISTA ENERGY!

A representative from what I now know is Vista Energy came into my home impersonating a *** employeeThey were wearing a *** shirt and indicated that they worked for PG&E and that they just needed to check on some thingsThey asked for our *** cr and next thing we knew, we were suddenly signed up to receive natural gas from Vista EnergyThey lied, impersonated a *** employee, and completely misled us
