We never intended to be customer of Vista Energy. The rep came door to door and asked to see our [redacted] Bill to make a comparison for us, and the next thing we knew, we had been signed up (without consent). Our gas bills doubled. I called to cancel. The first time, the recording hung up on me. When I finally spoke with someone, they tried to talk me into another, better deal but told me that they wouldn't credit me for the crazy charges already on my account. I told them I just wanted to cancel, and they told me it would take up to 45 days. I then told them that I wanted the better deal for those 45 days, and they said it was too late. Absolute swindlers, and we never wanted the service in the first place!

Routinely charge me for gas I did not use. Even though my bill clearly states my usage, they charge me for a lot more. On a side note, there prices are way higher than [redacted] no matter what they say. This company is a bad idea to get involved with.

know.  You have not been double charge, you selected to participate in the choice program.   No double charges took place it was explained to you during the enrollment period that  you would continue to pay your delivery charges to [redacted] and the commodity which is the actual gas to Vista Energy , prior to enrolling with Vista Energy Marketing you were paying both delivery and gas to [redacted] as you will again and per the customer's request the account was cancelled and sent back to [redacted].  Vista Energy's customer service department received a call to cancel on the selection 1/6/2015 and the cancellation was submitted and your account was sent to back [redacted].   Vista Energy Marketing is in [redacted]'s choice program.  This gives the customers the right to choose a supplier of natural gas that fits their need.  Vista Energy billed only for the gas and [redacted] billed for the delivery of that gas and reading your meter. Thank you for considering Vista Energy Marketing.

AS I SAID WHAT HAPPENED IS VISTA ENERGY PUT MY NAME AND MY ADDRESS IN THE GAS PROVIDING. ALL WHAT HAPPENED NOT MY PROBLEM HOW VISTA ENERGY CHARGED ME ANY THING WITH OUT LETTING ME KNOW. I HAVE NOT AGREED TO THE TERM AND CONDITION SO [redacted] CHARGED ME DIFFERENT AMOUNT BECAUSE VISTA ENERGY PUT MY UNDER THEIR COMPANY. THIS MEAN VISTA ENERGY DID AN ILLEGAL THING BY TAKING OVER MY ACCOUNT FROM [redacted]. I WANT MY MONEY BACK CHARGE PEOPLE HAS TO BE UNDER THEIR KNOWN OF THE CHARGES OR I THINK VISTA ENERGY NOT AWARE OF ANY OF THE UNITED STATE LAWS.

On 4/7/2016 we received a call from Mr. Bosch requesting a cancellation after ex girlfriend who stated she was authorized to signed up the account with Vista Energy.
