Energy is not a scam. We are a legitimate company that has been in business for
many years.  A message was left for you from the manager to try and resolve your concern today.   PGE was emailed about the balance on the account and also the director of the marketer has been contacted about your concern.  I see that Mario has offer to rerate your invoices and send an adjustment to PGE.  A manager will try and contact you again to resolve your concern.  You have been placed on all channels of Vista Energy's do not call or contact list.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I'm really disappointed with how your company has handled this situation. Last I spoke with someone on the phone at Vista they informed me that my account was current and that a check for over $40 would be dispersed. I received nothing. I made this clear in my original complaint that this is what I was told and obviously Vista didn't take the time to read my email or make any real attempt to make the situation right. At this point if Vista refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing I will have no choice but to report them to Consumer Affairs.
And please don't copy and paste your apologies and word them in a way as "sorry you feel this way". Might as well say "i'm sorry you're sorry". Take the time to proofread your responses too, your response didn't even form complete sentences, this just suggests even more that your company doesn't care. Take responsibility for your actions.

On Friday January 30. 2015 business was contacted by Mr. [redacted] and son the representative refused to come to a reasonable agreement with Mr. [redacted] regarding the discrepancy in what he was promised by their salesman and what actually occured, therefore Mr. [redacted] is requesting the account be closed effective the date he contacted the [redacted] which was Jan. 16, 2015 and that he not receive any more bills, he will pay the statement he received but refuses to pay anything else.

it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important for us to know.  We regret any inconvenience or frustration that
you may have experienced.  On 3/18/2014 a call was received from Mr. [redacted] to cancel services with Vista Energy the account was submitted for cancellation on 3/18/2014 and the customer service rep. stated to Mr. [redacted] it would take PG&E 15 to 45 days to get the account back to PG&E.  Mr. [redacted] requested the free month of gas check and the request was submitted on 3/18/25014.

I would like a copy of the contract or a copy of the transcript that authorized the account to be transferred to Vista Energy.

they still are not giving me back the $25.22 that I had to pay to [redacted] to keep my bill in good standing.  they cannot take a supposive 3 year approval (which I still do not remember and doesn't match my phone #)  and all of a sudden decide to charge me THREE YEARS LATER.  I am a disabled person on a very limited budget, $25.22 may not seem like a lot but it is my gas money so I can go to my physical therapy treatments.  this is a corporation that obviously thinks they can do what they want to anybody.  if they give me a credit on my [redacted] bill for $25.22 I will be satisfied.    Regards
