Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They just called me and told me once again that they will once again send out a field supervisor to check the unit out once againThis will be the 7th time they will bring another person in here to tell me the same thing and yet my unit still makes the same whistling noiseIf they stand by their products then they need to replace the interior unit I do not want a patch up job that does not work on a year old unit Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company claims they have been in business in the community for over yearsWhen the company stated they need to charge $4000-$to install a clean out, I was unaware that the property already had two clean outs in the yard and one by the streetI’m years oldI dug a holeIt took minutesCalled a plumber that came out and in minutes installed a clean outhour of combined labor (me digging and plumber install) cost me $This is compared to $4000-$that the company wanted to charge me for hour of workAfter I had a clean out installed for $I called a plumber to snake the line to the streetThat plumber advised me that I wasted $because the town most likely has a drawing of my vleanoutsI called the town DWP, and in minutes they came out with a drawing from that precisely showed where three clean outs already existSo basically a company that claims they worked in my town for years didn’t know enough to call the town DWP to ask for a drawing, and instead gave me a quote of $4000-$for a cleanout I fidn’t NeedI believe that a reasonable assessment is that it if they were new to the neighborhood one might attribute not calling DWP for a drawing, negligenceBut for a company that claims to have worked in the town for over years, it’s reasonable to deduce this was an attempt at fraud$to install a cleanout where three already exist.Yes, they claim the check was not cashed for the attempted fraud, but I spent $to install a cleanout because this company didn’t tell me that all we had to do is ask the town’s DWP to tell us where the existing cleanouts areTo avoid spending $a year old man had to dig a hole in the middle of the front yardThis company had three men on site half my age and they wanted $to dig the same hole Regards, [redacted]
