Upon diagnosis by our service professional, *** *** was presented with a written price quote to replace the leaking garbage disposal. *** *** approved both the price and the scope of work in writing prior to any work being performed in her home. The work was performed as contracted with convenient same-day service. ARS is a premier service provider that strives to provide each customer with an exceptional service experience. While the pricing was accurate for the work we performed, a partial refund was provided to *** *** on May 20, as a gesture of goodwillWe appreciate your assistance in resolving this dispute. I am rejecting this response because: as per my letter, I have gotten no response on my several inquiries into the brand, age, type of furnace in my basement and why the model (brand?) would have been switched from what was specified in the signed proposalI also have received no information or requested paper work verifying the unit was placed under warranty, (warranty paperwork) or information on the nj rebate that the salesman said I was entitled to in writing on the jointly signed proposal and verbally. I received some papers (4-year old whited-out internal memos and a few other documents that shed no light on the specifics surrounding my particular unit and an invoice for more money, even though I was asked , and did "pay in full at the completion of job as per AJ Perri's policyThe invoice was mailed months after I paid balance as asked by AJ perri rep in my kitchen with no reference or details to the boiler purchased (model/make seriel#/manufacturing date) under the description. I have asked for responses to be sent via email, or mail, but have not in the weeks since I first looked into this mystery received any thing from AJ Perri in ways of explanation that can shed light as to (or even acknowledges) the boiler installed in my basement and the specifics as to it's make, manufacture or why AJ perri opted to install it without changing the model I had approved and researched and signed off on, without modifying the proposal in writing and getting my approval first .since I was left with no paperwork other than proposal, and no rebate forms/warranty papers, or detailed description on a receiptI can only assume AJ Perri chose to install an older or possibly even returned boiler they had laying around and wanted to get rid of, and hoped I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't what I had ordered, with any brand indentification, nor was it a cureprrent model listed on the *** website it is listed on the *** website, buts as I said, no logo, or identifying features are visible to me or by the AJ perri rep sent to service and "show me it's a ***" .as a single, older woman who owns a house and faced with big decisions and purchases for the first time in her life regarding that house ....it's all very unsettling, and the recent mailing of the first invoice for monies due several months after the fact...was NOT the information I expected from AJ Perri in the matter of resolution .

I am rejecting this response because I have been told by multiple "Quality Assurance" managers that they would call me after the unit was repaired to discuss compensation for the time I have had to waste and the business I have lost due to the issueWhen the techs were out to install the new part they asked if someone from "Quality Assurance" had contacted me yetWhen I said they had not, the tech said that it was probably because they were waiting for the part to be installedThe tech also said that he would talk with "Quality Assurance" about free cleanings of the unit for six yearsIt has been almost a week since the part was installed and I have not had any follow up from "Quality Assurance." I am still waiting to hear what AJ Perri is going to do to make good on their promises.

Complaint: ***A.JPerri's contractor has been in touch with our contractor. The current status is that our heat has been turned on amd our contractor has applied for the permit that A.JPerri should have obtained for the compressor stands. Once the permit is issued, our contractor will build the stands to specifications and install them. A.JPerri then will be required to reconnect our air conditioners and our thermostats. Finally, our contractor or A.JPerri will obtain a final inspection of the stands and our HVAC system. Assuming we pass and obtain a certificate of occupancy, our complaint can be closed, but as of today, our complaint should not be closed. Thank you
