On 12/**/2016, we've contact waistshaperz to inquiry about our order placed on 12/**/2016. The representative was not professional and was cursing to another employee over the phone. On our following callback, we've asked to have the order cancelled since it was not shipped out, but the representative refused. We will be submitting a dispute with our credit card company. I would not recommend this company.

Let me first say I hate even giving this one star. It's too generous but I had no option. I had order a couple of shaperz to see which one I liked for underneath a dress for a wedding I was in. When the order came one was in the snap bag and one was inside another plastic bag that was in the snap bag. I went to try on the black shaper, the one in only the snap bag, first when I noticed white stuff on it. I lifted it to my face to see what it was and I threw up in my mouth because it literally smelled like someone's butthole. I immediately got in the shower and scrubbed myself clean because I felt so disgusting touching it. When I contacted customer service they told me they don't give refunds but they would exchange it. First of all I'm not going to spend the money to ship it back when I already spend $17 having it sent priority mail. Second of all I don't want ANY of their products when they sent me something dirty! I fought with them on 3 different days to try to get my money back. I spent $195 on garbage. They say it's company policy not to give refunds so I am wonder if it's company policy to send out used dirty undergarments too? Apparently. I am absolutely disgusted. I am an athlete and don't usually wear things like this but I was having a hormone issue and wanted to contain my bloating in the dress, so I have no need for one now, even if they are willing to exchange it. I contacted my bank and they are going to try to get my money back but I won't be sending it back until I get my money back. Even then I will still be out money with what I have to pay to ship it back. If I ever owned a company and something like that was sent to one of my customers I would do a lot more than just refund money and they won't even refund it at all! It is complete bt and I hope they get their karma for their greed.

They deleted my question on their spammy Facebook posts regarding why they only advertise on thin women and why all the testimonials are clearly women who have never needed the product. They then banned me from commenting further by removing my option to comment (but not to share their crap). Scummy customer service censor people unless it makes them look good. They can keep their eBay knock off crap lol.

I ordered my product 3-4 weeks ago, never once got a confirmation email but they sure took my money righ away. I ordered a beige waste trainer for a wedding dress fitting . Sadly the wedding dress fitting came and went and I reached out to them to inquire about my product in which they apologized saying they have a delay in shipment they promised it would be out this week. I guess they forgot about me again because still no product another eight days later and I emailed them requesting my money back because they still haven't even ship my product. He told me all sales are final and they offered me a black one and I reminded them this is for a wedding dress and black is totally inappropriate not what I ordered so I basically they just stole my money. I filed a complaint with my bank and waiting for the paperwork to get my money back and I'm saving all these emails because I told them more than three times now this week not even to bother sending it now because I'm going to get my money back

Same happened to me. Ordered in November. Here we are In February and still no item and poor communicate. Scam company. Asked for money back since I never received my item and they say no returns! Im not returning anything because I never got any thing! Give me my money back so I don't have to deal with the b[redacted]t "you'll receive your item in 10-15 business days". Those business days have came and gone!

NO RETURNS and CHEAP products! Case in point...Item LB12635 is "Nude Seamless Backless Push Up Bra" for $59.95. It's actually a "Mimemi" invisible bra sold for $9.99 online. Next item...LB4638 is "Nude Zipper Sexy Shapewear Waist Trainer" for $89.95. It's actually a "FeelinGirl" shaper sold for $29.99 online. THEY DON'T ADVERTISE THE ACTUAL BRANDS OR DISCLOSE THEIR NO RETURN POLICY BECAUSE THEY'RE SHADY...save yourself some heartache and forget about WAISTSHAPERZ.COM!

So I worked at waistshaperz for about 3 months and was fired. I was a customer service rep and was working full time but due to family issues I had to change my availability to part time. For my last couple of days there I was late bc of my issues and I explained that to the "manager" (and I use that word very loosely). He told me that, that week he was going to allow me time to figure my situation out and I "wasn't going to get fired just like that". So my last day there I told him I was running late and he said we will talk. So I go in mind you I don't drive so I had to get dropped off and this "manager" (I like to call him Ravioli) knows I don't drive. He waits 30 mins to pull he into the office and show me footage of me WORKING while also having a conversation with my co worker who was also working. When he showed me this footage all he said while breathing heavily "we're done" (he's not really good with communicating or just talking to people in general) and this how he fired me even though he said he wasn't going to fire me like that (lying is a popular trend for this company). I mean I explained to him that usually you get three write ups and you're fired but he's like "no that's it we're done". I know he's not the brightest crayon in the box but that was just wrong especially if you know someone's going through something. He literally fired someone for leaving early the day before even though he told them to. He has no people skills he's definitely in the wrong business. He should have went to school for business management or atleast taken a class. In his defense being a humble well rounded person isn't something that can be taught. But that's besides the point. I'll go into more about how (for lack of better words) dumb he really is later. I'm sure you're waiting to hear about all the horrors that go on in this small run down office we like to call "waistshaperz" or "skinny23" or "ezsleepy" or whatever other fake company they own. So for starters which I'm sure you all have heard or read THEY BARELY HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK and the cheap owners like to only place orders once or twice a month. Even though on the website it says that it's in stock we don't have it. So when poor customers don't get their products in on time or they've been waiting a month or more we have to lie and say "there's a delay in shipment". Not only don't they have nothing in stock but they WILL NEVER EVER refund a customer and they can't even cancel their order after it's been place. Even if they placed it a minute ago and want to cancel. So you see the problem here ... You will never get your product, or when you do get it it's damaged or very late and you don't need it anymore you can't even get your money back. I mean these things are expensive too. The waist trainers go for about $90+ but it only cost them 8.09 to buy from feelingirldress.com . Actually I think they get them for cheaper now. THESE WAIST TRAINERS ARE POORLY MADE and people think it's good quality because it's expensive. I mean now you really see the type of people I'm talking about... Money hungry pigs. Oh Just a PSA ... THE OWNERS DONT EVEN USE THEIR REAL NAMES! Anyways Once you buy your money is there and you will never get your product or a refund ever. Not only do they steal your money and ship it out 1 month or months later they even own a couple of fake companies. LITERALLY FAKE there is no product and will never be any product because they really don't exist. Which raises the question are they money laundering? But that's none of my business. So they own "ezsleepy.com" (a fake mattress company) , "poshmyhair.com" (a fake hair company) and "arvinbody.com" (a fake body scrub company). Pure crooks. What's really ironic is that one time I took an uber and even my uber driver told me that at least 10 years ago they stole THOUSANDS from him when they were a "mortgage" company. Now let's go into working for them... So like I said before we were taught to lie and when I say "lie" I mean come up with ANYTHING that will buy us more time so the customer will be fooled. The owner even told us to lie to the customers. It felt so wrong and I felt so bad when people would pay extra to get it shipped quickly to them knowing they weren't going to get it for weeks. They even make a profit off of shipping it only cost 6.05 to ship it out (both standard and expedited) but they charge customers $12.98 and $17 for express... Crazy right. So we would work 45hrs + a week and they don't pay over time (which is NY state law) and they don't provide benefits. My "manager" Said that if I worked less than 30 hours and I'm part time it makes no sense for me to work. This is what I mean when I said he's not very knowledgeable because any working person knows that anything more the 30 hours your considered full time and are entitled to benefits. the jokes on him he works 12 hours a day 6 days a week and doesn't think that he can get overtime pay. So it's crazy they made $7.9 MILLION in profits in the last 90 days but they can't pay overtime or even refund customers. We would also have to create fake emails and accounts on Revdex.com and rate them with 5 stars. So like the owner said "it will wash out all the bad reviews". Just know if you see a good review on the Revdex.com it's fake and it was made by one of us... Cringe worthy right. Imagine how we felt writing it. We would have to delete "bad " comments from customers (which what they were saying was the truth) from all social media accounts. We STEAL other peoples pictures and use it as our own, we give false description to customers on our website and the sizing isn't even correct. When our "manager" wouldn't want to deal with customer issues because he was too "busy" and by busy I mean watching the cameras because that's all he seemed to do. (He would make a really great mall office security guard) we were told to tell customers that complain to email "[email protected]" because she is our supervisor and she will get back to them. Even though we all knew she wasn't going to answer. she's IN SCHOOL AND ONLY WORKS weekends. It's safe to say she never got back to them. The only thing they provide was a snack room. Which the owners started complaining saying that they were going to limit everyone to only 2 snacks a day because it's too much money. THERES ONLY LIKE 30 people working there. Like you make 60k a day but can't give us snacks. God forbid you worked a 12 hour shift and took over a 30 min break all hell will break loose if you did that. We were all disrespected and treated poorly by the owners and ravioli. I guess it's because they were paranoid. They had cameras everywhere with audio even in the break room. Now talk about invasion on privacy. I wouldn't be surprised if they had them in the bathroom. Maybe if they didn't treat us so poorly and did this the right way they wouldn't have to be so paranoid. I didn't even considered myself an employee maybe more like a slave. That's a better term. I wanted to give you guys an insight on this company. I consider myself female version "upton sinclair" exposing this company for all the bad business practices And how they are just plain TRASH. I'm sure ravioli will be glad he fired me if he reads but what they really don't know is the jokes on them and karma is real. If there is one thing you should take away from this it should be DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a fake and a fraud! I worked for them briefly and was fired because I was sick (had a doctors note) and in the same week my car broke down. They fired me because I was unable to make it into work. but enough about that, they did me a favor by not letting me come back. Let me explain how this company works. As a customer service rep, we have to deal with customer issues. Well, all this "company" has is issues ! they have a social media account with facebook and instagram. We are told to DELETE and BAN every negative comment that exposes all the fraudulent TRUTH that this engages in. Any unhappy customer is to be banned and deleted right away-- this is to be done every hour and if one of the owners sees a negative comment still lurking due to human error ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE. They are SO AFRAID to lose any potential customers that they can steal from. There is also an online chat we were trained to speak to customers on, phones, emails, and facebook/instagram direct messanging. These poor customers (worldwide) have their accounts deducted RIGHT AWAY but will not see product for sometimes even 4 months later ...IF they do receive their products. These products ? they are cheaply made, many times mailed out with noticeable defects, with holes and stains... that are manufactured overseas for $7 on average, then sold on WAISTSHAPERZ.com for $89 and UP. Talk about a HIGH PROFIT MARGIN ...if they didn't have the size someone ordered and the customer was on the phone complaining, many times they would cut the tag off and send it so the customer wouldn't know that the size was incorrect when they did get the product. These products are not updated on the website when they go out of stock ...most of the time the products are OUT OF STOCK but orders CAN still be placed. The owners do nothing to accommodate these orders either, something will be out of stock and back ordered for weeks to months and the customers are expected to wait it out ...even though the site claims to ship within 7-10 business days.In other words, they are selling products that THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY HAVE. it almost NEVER does ship on time. The owners DO NOT want to let their customers know via email that their items are on back order or out of stock and after they start to catch on, THEY have to reach out to the company (customer service) to see what is going on. We are trained to tell them "there has been a delay in shipment, that it will be sent out the upcoming week." This is ALMOST NEVER the case, most likely the customer will be waiting at least another 2-3 weeks, maybe even another month. If the same customer calls the next week to see why they haven't received anything, they are told their items have been delayed and it will be sent out the upcoming week, AGAIN. The owners are constantly buying new cars and flashing their Rolex watches and stacks of money on their personal instagram accounts but NEVER have items in stock to send out to these customers. Refunds are NEVER granted. I'm sure a customer could be on their deathbed and they need their wasted $200 back to pay in medical bills and this company would not grant them a refund WHEN THE CUSTOMER NEVER EVEN GOT THEIR ITEMS MAILED TO THEM. They also do not allow for cancellations of orders once it is placed ..even if the customer is just fed up just waiting and waiting for months for their flimsy products. Waistshaperz currently has an F rating with the Revdex.com... so you know what they set out to do? They had US, the customer servic reps, WRITE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THE Revdex.com WEBSITE in order to attempt to get their rating up. Why not just operate the company correctly ? BECAUSE THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. They had a coupon clipping company before this, a phone case company, and now waist training supplies and another st company called SKINNY23.. which i'm convinced is fancy packaged green tea bags. They STEAL videos and pictures from other sites to accommodate their own, use pictures of Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, editing them so that it seems like these celebs use their cheaply made products, and steal pictures off of people's social media to make it seem like they have loyal customers. Many times I had to ignore and ban women pleading for us to take her picture down in an advertisement because she didn't authorize the company to use her image. The sizes that they offer are ALL TOO SMALL and once you receive it you have 7 days to return it. if you fail to return it within that time you are out of luck and stuck with a product that can only fit my teacup yorkshire terrier. I'm sure i'm missing A LOT of fradulence but let's talk about overtime laws. MANY weeks I worked over 40 hrs, we were expected to stay longer than scheduled when someone else called out. WE DO NOT GET OVERTIME. EVER. it is illegal in NY as in many other states. There's cameras EVERYWHERE in the office, probably so they can monitor anyone who is going to try anything to expose them. The owners drink alcohol in the office and smoke cigarettes in the building. and on snow days they would make people come in and work. The best part was when the "supervisor" they hired came up to me with a pile of last years invoices and asked me to look up these customers emails to see if they complained. I quickly realized these invoices were customers from 2016 that NEVER RECEIVED PART OF THEIR ORDERS. THEY WERE PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED. He told me to write a list of the people that complained. he said the company was STARTING FRESH and deleting the orders of the people that never reached out for their products, like it never happened and these people never spent their money ..the ones that complained in emails however, were "first priority." Many of these unsent partial orders WERE ITEMS THAT WERE NO LONGER BEING CARRIED BY THE WEBSITE. The people that unfortunately didn't complain, will never see their money again. Sick, right ? Don't O NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. i'm just glad even though it was THE WORST job experience i've ever had, I at least wasn't a customer. I honestly feel for these people that have to deal with scammers and frauds like these. If I was allowed to give 0 stars here, I would.

Buyer beware! I believe this company is a scam. Their products are expensive but poorly made and poorly sized. Their size charts are not even remotely accurate. I usually wear an adult size medium. The adult size medium I received would barely fit a child. It was maybe a size 0. They do not issue refunds; only exchanges. I exchanged for a different product in a large size, and the garment was not any bigger and of extremely poor quality. They say they are only based in the US, but I received a package from an Asian country written in Asian writing. Save your money and buy from Target or Kohls.

I ordered this product, it says a size medium...which I thought I was..130pds...I can't even put 1foot in in...it's so no returns and now I'm stuck with a $77 dollar item! Highly recommend no one ordering from them.

BEWARE!
I purchased my first item 11/16, excited and very pleased with the product until after 3 months of wearing 5 days a week, the outer fabric split open. It didn't rip on the seam, it ripped on the front middle of the fabric. The quality of the fabric, is very cheap and does not hold substance. Because I was very happy with the product, I placed another order the beginning of February, that was supposed to take 10 days max to ship. After 3 weeks, I call customer service and was told, one of the two items were on back order (no notification from the company the order was out of stock when I placed the order) I suggested to split ship the order and the rep confirmed that would happen and release partial shipment. That didn't happen. I called back to follow up on my shipment and to let them know the product from 11/16 ripped and they do not replace or return. The only thing, they were willing to offer was 50% of next order (they already offer you 50% when you leave the item in your cart). The rep "Jenny" was extremely nasty and put me on hold to check on my shipment. "Jenny" comes back to tell me the order will ship today. I explained, I do not want the items and want to cancel the order due to 1 month delay. "Jenny" proceed to argue with me and tell me it was not 1 month, but 3 weeks instead. I informed her the confirmation email states 7-10 shipment. "Jenny" hung up on me and when I attempted to call back, the call was either put on hold or voice mail.
Waistshaperz rushed out to ship the item later that night, for 2nd day delivery. I will return the item once I receive and have already reported them to my credit card and will report them to Revdex.com.
I wish I would have saw the reviews before placing the orders with the company. they are a RIP off and not very professional when dealing with the customers.

We ordered weist trainer and bikiny. It took them more than one month to send a waist trainer but never received the bikiny. Their customer service is not helpful and informative, let you wait forever and then you receive an answer "hopefully it will ship". They never informed us when we placed order that bikiny are on backorder. Their web info says shipped within 6-10 business days. NOT TRUE! Don't waist your time or money ordering from them!!! Still don't have the bikiny!

Please BEWARE of this product! I ordered the body shaper, received it after 5 1/2 weeks, and the torso is too short, I went online to see if they had a "tall" (which I never have required a "tall" item before) and was told that there were no refunds or exchanges unless it was just the waist shaper. I am stuck with an $85 item I can never wear. I never return ANYTHING so this is not a normal event for me and I am shocked how unprofessional and unhelpful this company is.It is made out of very cheap material and smells like chemicals on top of it all.

Fraudulent BEWARE!! They sent no confirmation email and the product arrived without packaging information (no order number) got on chat and she gave me a link to the page that says NO RETURNS. I explained that it was the wrong size and I needed the order number. She disconnected the chat. I called.... it's a voicemail for customer service (which they don't respond to). I emailed the contact form (no response). The item itself sucked! Poor quality and way to small on the torso.

I received my product in a inept manner. However because I am taller I had to order a size that actually fit me more like a tank top than a waist trainer. Anyways second time I put it on the zipper broke off and I can't fix it. For fitting me a little loose I couldn't imagine how quickly one would break if it was the right size.

Review: I placed an order with this company back on 7/**/2015 and never received all of the products I paid for. There is not a legit customer service number to call and talk to anyone, it's only an answering service that allows you to leave a message and no one ever returns a call. I've emailed this company constantly since my expected "receive" date & I've been lied to on a couple different occasions of when the product was supposed to ship out. Now it's more than 2 months later, my card was charged the day I placed my order and I'm still here without any product.Desired Settlement: I want then money I spent back on the product and shipping I purchased and never received.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Waistshaperz regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I purchased products from this company in good faith that I would receive what I paid for. Instead, I had a ridiculously horrible experience trying to track down the items I purchased because they were not delivered in the time frame that was given to me at the time of my purchase. I was never able to speak with anyone on the phone. The only correspondence I received was an unprofessional reply to my numerous emails to their "customer service department." After some weeks, I finally received 1 of the 3 items I purchased. I feel that my hard earned money has been stolen from me since I never received the products I paid for, nor a refund since they were never sent to me. I've never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. I am also an avid online shopper & have never experienced such an unprofessional, make-shop business.
