Review: I placed an order online 11/**/2015 I was emailed right away that the order and payment was processed and it will be shipped out in 10 business days. It is 12/**/2015 and I have not received my product. Every time I call I get no answer it send me to voicemail. Then I email and all I get is that they are sorry and it will be ship out on Thursday than it never did, and then it will be shipped on Friday and never did, never received a tracking number or nothing. I even tried to cancel my order and I got no email or phone call.Desired Settlement: That I either receive my package before 12/**/2015 or a full refund back to my credit card

Review: I recently order a product from this company. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive my product or tracking number. I called, sent emails and even have written them on social sites trying to find out the status of my order. I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone. I wondering if I will ever get my product because as of today I have not received anything regarding the status and no matter how much I beg and plea, no one will contact me back.Desired Settlement: They will have a better system set up for customers to get in contact with someone for customer service especially when they are selling hundred dollar products.

Review: I placed an order for 2 waist trainers back on October **, 2015. I received one of the waist trainers on November *, 2015. On the invoice sent with the package one of items had an "X" marked next to it showing it wasn't shipped. The company charged me for an item they never sent. A few days later I e-mailed the company asking if there was a delay. They apologized and said they will send the item out ASAP. Two weeks later I still have not received the item. I sent another e-mail stating to please cancel my order and refund the money to my credit card. They responded saying they don't offer refund or cancel orders. I contacted my credit card company to disput the charge. The waistshaperz company is threatening to send me to their collection company unless they get their money. I have my invoice showing they NEVER sent the item they are claiming.Desired Settlement: I think the business should give me a full refund on this product and a formal apology for this inconvenience.

Review: I ordered a waist trainer and a swim suit on August **, 2015 ; it is now October [redacted] 2015 and I still have not revived my items. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service and they continue to say they are sending it and I will have a tracking number but I have yet to still revived my items and they took my money out of my account that same day I ordered. I asked for a refund they said they do not give refunds, I then said I would like my items it has been over 2 months and I still do not have the items I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like my items delivered and really be delivered and not tell me the same thing every week and nothing come to my house. Or I would like a full refund of my money that they took from my account for these items.

Review: I order a waist trainer on June [redacted] 2015. I changed my mind about the order and had it cancelled. I called and asked when I would get my refund of 57 dollars. The company claimed to have already given me a refund. I caled my bank to make sure and they said they only see the money has been taken out and not deposited back in. I called waist shaperz again and a man told me he'd take it to his manager and get back with me monday. It's now Tuesday and I have no heard a word and I keep calling the company and it says they are not available. I've got the same thing for a week. I want my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my $57 put back in my account.

Review: I purchased an item from waist shapers Dec [redacted]. I got an email saying my item would be shipped out 7-10 days. Come December [redacted] I contacted the organization saying that I never got shipping information and I never received my product and I would like a refund since the product that I ordered never shipped and I no longer wanted the item because had I not contacted them it would've been a month with no word from them. I get an email saying that they could not refund me and they had no idea why it took so long for the product to ship and they would ship it right away. I replied once again saying that I no longer want the item due to the time that it has taken to receive it, let alone hear anything back from them. Someone replied saying that the company can not cancel or refund orders. This is poor customer service and I believe that this organization is a scam that's stealing people's money. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: I contacted company more then several times about package never making it. I even contacted my local post office they made an investigation after two days found out I never received package. After explaining this to waistshaperz over and over again, they kept insisting packag made it. Now she tells me well I can't do anything about it all I can do for you is send you another one for $30. I explained to them that my time is being waisted with these messages back and forth. They don't even have a phone number that works. I have saved all messages from them and my e-receipt. This has been going on since November.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and never want to deal with this company ever again.

Review: Ive emailed, called, and messaged them on [redacted], ive yet to hear back from them about the whereabouts of my purchase. Its been 16 business days (not including the day I ordered it) , and 22 non-business days since ive ordered my purchase (also not including the day I ordered it). I haven't received my tracking number to know where my package is and I have not heard back from the company about my concern. They said it gets shipped out in 7-10 business day and that they give the tracking number about 2 hours after it gets shipped out.Desired Settlement: Want to recieve tracking information and to get my purchase asap.

Review: On 8/*/15 I ordered and paid for a waist trainer from Waistshaperz/Posh Group Corp:

Discount (code: Waist40): $-35.98 USD

Subtotal : $53.97 USD

Shipping : $12.98 USD

Total : $66.95 USD

I received it 7-10 days later. It did not fit and my doctor said due to my [redacted] it probably wouldn't be a good idea to wear one. So I contacted Waistshaperz and let them know I was sending the item back in which I did [redacted]. See my confirmation below that proves they received my item back. In addition, I paid $27 to send it back to them.

Since then I have sent numerous emails to them via email and Live Chat. I ordered Natalie Leggings in size M as my replacement item since they do not give refunds. They play games and are not professional whatsoever. Each time I contact them via email, they have no previous info of my conversation with the previous customer service rep. They tell me my replacement item will be sent and I will receive confirmation but I never have.

I contacted my [redacted] and disputed my c/c charge. A couple of weeks later I receive the message below.

The [redacted] number [redacted] is talking about is for the original item I received and sent back. He obviously has no knowledge of the steps I have taken to receive my replacement item. Then he has the nerve to send me threatening letters about attorneys and collections. Not only does he have my $66.95 that I paid, I spent $27 to have the item shipped back to them, he has my original item and I have no replacement item sent to me.

I then cancelled my claim with B of A due to the fact my husband and I have very good credit and do not trust this company AT ALL. They seem shady and the type to send me to collections because they feel like it. I would rather eat the $66.95 then have bad credit. Also my billing and shipping are different, but my billing address matches my credit card.

Your lack of respect for people shows in your business first of all you don't start a conversation with hey. I am a paying customer who did not receive my product but yet you threaten me with collections when you have my payment and also my return item I've been told the item has been sent out already on numerous occasions but yet I have yet to receive it. I will give you until next week to send my item or I will be contacting the Revdex.com to deal with you directly because I am sure I'm not the only person that has complained.

Revdex.com, I have all of my emails that I have sent this company. Unfortunately, the live chat ones cannot be copied. If I am not getting a refund then I expect my replacement item to be shipped. Its been almost 2 months already.Desired Settlement: Either send me my replacement item Natalie Leggings in Size M or refund me my $66.95

Review: I ordered a waist shaper quit some time ago. When I received an email confirming my order, I realized that the size was incorrect. I immediately attempted to call them to fix the error and follow-up w/an email. in my email I stated that the size was incorrect on my order and it needed to be corrected. I received an email stating that the error was corrected and that I would be receiving the correct size. A week later, I received that product and it was the incorrect size. I emailed the support center and they stated I needed to return the item and they would exchange it for the correct size. This was their error and never once was I refunded for shipment to exchange the item being that it was their company error. I went ahead and returned the item and paid out of pocket for shipping. I received an email that following Monday, 8/** stating that they had received my item and were shipping the correct size that day. To this date, I have not received a tracking # nor has my product came in. I've left over 7 voicemails because NO one ever answers their phones over there. I have sent over 4 emails inquiring of status on my shipment and still have heard Nothing from them - no phone calls or emails have been returned nor have I received my product. I am now out by $75 (estimate).Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my product ASAP! If not, then I would like to be refunded for my purchase & shipping cost.

Review: I ordered a waist trainer and I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which when I did the "live chat'' with then they changed my order for me to the size I needed and there was no problems. I received and email stating that the order was changed for me, and they would be sending me an tracking number within 7-10 business days. Well here is is 20 business days later and still nothing!! I attempted to email them about 3 times, live chat again about 7 times on different devices, and call them (which the number provided, does not work). This is absolutely ridiculous! All I want is my item that I paid for!Desired Settlement: I just want my product that I spent $75.00 for!!!

Review: On 10/**/2015, I placed an order for two items from this company. After 8 business days, I reached out to the customer service for a status on my shipment. They informed me at that time that my shipment would be sent out and provided a tracking number. I received the shipment as expected, however only one items was received. The package included details that it was a partial shipment.

I started following up regarding my second item on 10/**/2015. Since then I have been told many times that my item will be shipping out on various different dates and have only been provided the original tracking number. When I referenced the tracking number as the number that was previously sent for the partial shipment, they then apologized again and said my item would be shipping out on an upcoming day.

Now almost six weeks since my order was placed and paid for, I still have not received a shipment tracking number, or my item. After many attempts to get this resolved via email, and telephone (with no answer) and nothing accomplished, I attempted to reach out to the company on social media and when I did, they blocked me so that no communication can take place. The last communication via email from the company was that the item was going to be shipped out yesterday, 11/**/15 and a tracking number would be provided upon shipment. As of today 11/**/15 @ 2:10 PST I still have not received any information from the company regarding the item that yet again they said would of shipped out.Desired Settlement: I would like a SECOND tracking number for the item that was not shipped, or an immediate refund from the company.

The customer service and business practices of this company are horrible!

Review: I ordered a waist shaper on 2/**/16 with a confirmation # of [redacted]. On 2/**/16 I received an email from the company stating that my order will go out by Saturday 2/**/16 and I will receive a tracking number and my order will definitely be delivered by the end of the business week. As the week went on I never received an tracking number so I expeditiously emailed, called, and even contacted the company via Instagram to get detail on my order. No one ever responded to my messages and the company deleted me from Instagram. All I wanted was my merchandise and I have yet to receive anything. This company has scammed me out of $72.95.Desired Settlement: My money needs to be refunded because my merchandise was never sent and the company has ignored me completely. I will never shop here again nor would I recommend anyone to shop here after this terrible experience.

Review: I placed an order for one of the companies products back in September 2015. I received the product about a week or so later. I sent an email claiming that the product did not fit right and what to do. It took a terribly long time before they responded, after myself sending emails, and commenting on there business page on instagram. When they finally replied they couldn't give a straight answer, so it took several more emails and commenting on instagram. I was told to send back the product I had and that I can exchange it. After that was said and done I had more emails and commenting on instagram to find out information on getting the exchange. Finally they emailed me saying they would ship my new product in December 2015. Which now is the issue. I've received three emails since replying with the product being in their drop ship warehouse and as soon as it ships I'll receive an email with a tracking number and the product within that week.

It is now the end of February and I have yet to get this product.Desired Settlement: I think with all the problems I have had with their customer service I feel they need to go against their so called policy of "no refunds" and now refund me since this has been ongoing since October 2015 and it is now February 2016.

Review: I ordered one of waistshaperz product on september [redacted] and paid for express 5-7 business day shipping which was an extra $17.00. I recieved my package on the [redacted] of september.

Then when I try to fit my product on me, I couldnt even fit so I called the number that was on the invoice and I left a message with their support department. It has been about 3 days since I havent heard so I emailed them because on their website, they stated that emailing is the fastest way to contact them. So I told them what was going on and wanted to just simply exchange my product for a bigger size. I have not gotten a reply and its been about a week now. Review: I purchased a Waist Trainer but I purchased the wrong one yesterday morning, they were both black and both wearing black bra's so it looked like they had straps. I have an [redacted] condition where I am [redacted] due to a military accident which I explained in the many emails I sent. When I finally got an answer after I told the person they immediately stopped replying. I just bought this garment yesterday morning, I have not even received it, I have read their policy on returns and exchanges and they don't do returns, understandable, because they consider it an undergarment. Review: I recently purchase at item from Waistshaperz about a month ago. I return the item back right away due to the wrong size and I didn't need it anymore. After two weeks of returning the time I emailed customer service for a status and they responded back that my item hasn't been relieved yet. A few days later I emailed them again and they responded back that they still haven't got my return. I track my package and it says that they already review my item on October **, 2015. I then try calling them but their number wasn't a working number. Again, I end up emailing them and they still respond to me that they did not receive my package, I am very frustrated and in need to talk to someone their.Desired Settlement: After being treated like this, I want my whole entire refund back along with the shipping cost that I sent the item back to them.
