Review: I have ordered their waist trainer in August 2015 and as of today 2/**/16 I have not yet received my order. I have multiple emails to them and all their respond was your order will be shipped out next week. I want fully refund. If you can't get them to refund then at least they send my product that I paid for. I have tried contacted them by phone which unsuccessful. No one answer the phone. Very frustrating....please help!!! I am desperately need your help to get this straighten out. And I believe should warn the public about this business.

I have at least more than 10 complaints email to them.

Review: I ordered a waist trainer vest from this website on 12-*-15 and got my item on 12-**-15. The item was tried on and it was to tight .I sent them a email telling them that the vest was to tight and wanted to get an exchange for a medium and they said that was fine . So I filled out the exchange form and sent the item back for an exchange. They received the vest on 1-*-16 I have the tracking number to prove and all of the emails . I had sent them emails asking them what is taking so long and they told me on 1-**-16 that they would ship my item but still didn't . So on 2-*-16 I emailed them asking for a tracking number that way I will know for sure they sent it but they again told me that sorry for the delay we will ship your item again they didn't . I have sent them 3-4 emails that have not responded and if I have tried calling the numerous of times and left voicemails but still not a response yet . I would really just like for them to send me the size medium of the vest that I want that's all.Desired Settlement: I would really like for them to the the exchange like they said they would . I want them to send me a medium size vest and that's all . Thank you

Review: Paid extra priority shipping fee for faster transaction but failed to deliver. 7 days late today and hasnt shipped. No tracking number. They only reply with copy paste msg.Desired Settlement: If they can't deliver I want my money back and at least compensate with the trouble that they caused. This is the worst online shop I've encountered. I needed the corset for post pregnancy.

Review: There several issues at hand. I ordered a product for $54.95. Once I received the product I realized they sent me the wrong product entirely. I was charged for this product on July **, 2015. I contacted the company several time via phone and e-mail. It took them several days to respond through email and no one ever answered through phone. They would not allow a refund and said they would exchange the wrong item they sent me for the correct one. I was told on August **, 2015 that they would be sending me the correct product ASAP. On August **, 2015 they told me the exchange had been shipped out and sent me tracking information. The tracking information they sent me was the tracking information for the original product they sent me by mistake. Again I tried calling to which I still received no answer. They finally responded to my emails again on August **, 2015 saying that they would be sending me the correct tracking information for the exchange. It is now September *, 2015 and I have not received that tracking information. They are also still not answering the phone and are now not responding to my emails. I even used their online live support to which I received no response. I have never had such horrible costumer service in my life and I am extremely infuriated. I do not want the exchange because I refuse to support this company at this point. I want my money back for all the trouble I have been going through with this company for the past 6 weeks. I feel as though at this point they have stolen my money since I still have not received the product I originally purchased July **, 2015, and they have refused to give me a refund. They can tell I am frustrated and are now no longer responding to me. I want my money back now.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to contact me by phone and to refund my money for all the trouble they have put me through whether they give refunds or not. This company does not have the right to keep my money when I have received no product. I returned the mistake product they sent me and was never sent the right one. I do not want the new product at this point, I want a full refund.

Review: I purchased a product from Waist Shaperz online website. I received my item but sent it back to exchange for a bigger size because they do not do refunds. I emailed customer service numerous times about not receiving my product back after a month of sending it back. They let me know they were sending back my item and would send me a tracking number. Its been 4 months already and they won't send me back the item I purchased. I have contacted them repeatedly in regards to it and they tell me they're sending it but they never do. Now they have stopped replying to my emails and won't resolve the issue or give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund now. They won't send me my product back so I want my money back.
