 This issue is not resolved. The product was returned to the company unopened and unused. I have not been given my refund. A company should not be able to force a consumer to keep a product that they no longer want. Especially, after the company failed to meet their requirement and only chose to meet it once the customer has complained

I was not told about a credit until after I contacted them and requested a refund. I tried to do a exchange, and was given a coupon code of $25 to use, but when I tried to do that, I was told only one special was allowed. I ask for my refund again, because their sizing chart is not correct, and said it was unfair for them to have the returned item and my money and then they told me I would have a in store credit. I told them if that is the case, send me the same item in a size 2XL , and then called andleft a voice message with that same information, but have not heard anything from them since!

This is not a reputable company. They do not go by their own policies except for no refunds. I ordered 2 products from them in Nov. and have yet to receive anything. I finally got in touch with them thru their online chat and they still hadn't processed my order. The person said it would ship out Monday so I requested for the order to be canceled and they said no refunds! I had to call my credit card company to get involved. Buyer beware! This is not a company that cares about customer service, prompt shipping, or being reputable!

because they were not delivered in the time frame that was given to me at the time of my purchase. I was never able to speak with anyone on the phone. The only correspondence I received was an unprofessional reply to my numerous emails to their "customer service department." After some weeks, I finally received 1 of the 3 items I purchased. I feel that my hard earned money has been stolen from me since I never received the products I paid for, nor a refund since they were never sent to me. I've never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. I am also an avid online shopper & have never experienced such an unprofessional, make-shop business. Hi, How do you have 4 orders in my name? And why are you asking me the details of this issue when I have emailed you and called you numerous times with my order details? My annoyance level is through the roof! Read through the details of complaint and you will get the answer to your question!
