I went with Wastepath, looking for an affordable optionWhat I received is substandard service, not worth even the cheapest of pricingExceptionally poorAvoid at all costs for PaducahSpread the word(see below) Pickup of trash was missed on the first two weeks (September 2018) Called customer service, left messagesNever get returnedFinally got in touch with customer service after several days of callingWas not told that if I had any overage bags, that I needed to contact them for "extra pickups" Spoke to customer care again whom said that extra pickups cost more so they suggested I purchase another can (about $per quarterly bill)Bought extra can serviceWas advised that trash pickup would be the two cansnever received extra canDrivers Never Picked Up Extra TrashHave an overflow of bags in my pick up area, but they picked up the Single Can and ignored the rest of the trash, that I paid for, to be picked upThis has gone on for two monthsEffective 12-5-2018, I have selected a new company and cancelled my Wastepath service

I am very worried about my decision to go to waste path. :( I called several times today and they told me the trucks will pick up my trash today haven't seen them. My pick up day is on Monday, we will see.

This is a trash company who does not pick up trash on the scheduled route that is assigned to a resident I have had trash sitting at my curb for 1/weeks still waiting for service I have called numerous times and tried to get the issue resolved to no avail I tried calling again today and was told that they could cancel the service but it is their policy to retain the payment I just paid for service on July 17, for July, August & September I have only had service from them on July 5th and July 12th, I told them I would be more than happy to pay for the service days but wanted a refund for August and September I was advised they do not offer a refund for service, I again stated they are not providing the service I just paid them for performing

Company failed to pick up my trash on my scheduled day of Tuesday. My service was sold to this company 6 month prior with my information. I paid my billed 3 months at a time. Every time I would call and say my trash wasn't picked up the service lady would say leave it out we will pick it up. this went on every week. I contacted the customer service July 29, 2017 stating my trash still hasn't been picked up. I was told the same thing to leave it out. My trash by then was pilled at the end of the drive way. I told this lady I was not happy with their service or their poor customer service. On July 31, 2017 I contacted them through their website email canceling my service to them and requesting a refund of July and August 2017 payment for a lack of service from them and received no reply. On Sept 2, 2017 I received a bill from them for sept, oct, nov bill not knowing why; when I canceled my service with them due to a lack of service from them. I would like to be reimbursed for the money

I prepay for trash pickThey did not pick up my trash different weeksI called to get the credits off my next bill and was told no credit would be issuedThey sent me a copy of my past credits and payments I madeNo credit was noted even though I called to them to let them know each time they missed

I haven't been receiving trash pickup for the last weeksI live in the [redacted] subdivision and neither have any of my neighbors that use this serviceI called on Wednesday the 21st to make sure the trash would be picked up on the day which is on Friday's they assured me it would beAt 2:pm on Friday the 22nd when the trash hadn't been picked up and they said their computers were downAll I am wanting is the weeks worth of garbage taken away

Yes we have had several issues at various times, sometimes out of our control, but we always tried to provide good serviceI do apolgize that you feel this wayWhen we know of a missed pickup, we do try to credit the account, but we do have to be notifiedIn the last few months we have been making some changes in the effort of providing a better service to our customers, and to my knowledge we have not missed a pickup for several weeks, if we have, we should have been notified

I used Waste Path last year as my trash pickup service on a quarterly bases The last time Waste Path picked my trash up was on Dec 26th I called them today to renew my quarterly trash service and *** in billing first told me that January, Feburary , and March were due I stated that I was not paying for service that did not happen The last time my trash was picked up was Dec She said OKAY you will owe $and I said again this does not include Jan., Feband March that I would not pay for those months She again said Okay and proceeded to get my credit card info and process my credit card *** tells me to have a good day and we hang up to phone
She calls me back to tell me that, the payment she just processed is for Jan Feb Marand that I will owe an additional payment of to complete payment through June I was totally deceived when giving my credit card information to Waste Path Services in *** *** **

In April of 2016, I purchased a years worth of trash pick up for my parentsThe total was During this time frame, my parents trash was missed more times than it was picked upI called them and my father has called them multiple times to let them know we have been missedWe never received an excuse as to why they weren't picking up our trashFor the first weeks, we were actually missed! The ladies we spoke to *Amber and Cathy* were quick to tell us it was our fault that the trash was not put out that morning In which I know was not true because we pushed it out the night beforeAlso when the trash is picked up it is usually LATE in the afternoon on Thursdays and on some days it was night time when they would show upEvery time we were missed we actually were dreading the phone call to them because the ladies were usually rude Finally after the 20th time being missed and calling them they stated they would give us credit for the times we were missed per Kathy Monday May 1st, I received our renew for the year We called to see about our credits that we were promised to and was rudely treated once againThey said they would give us a discount for months *for months it is actually 42.00* which was bucks of a discount We ended up taking our business else where and called to let them know that we would not being continuing our trash pick up and for them to come pick up the canThis company has been truly hard to get a hold of when trying to call and ask about our why our trash has not been picked upEven before I made this review I read their responses wanting to see what they had to say It was never stated to us over the phone they were short staffed, in which we would have been more understanding Yet their response back to us it was our fault or they didn't know why it was not picked up and that they would find out and get back with us *in which they never would call us back* I would not recommend this place to anyone else

Waste path is our trash pick up service in our countyWe pay $48/months for them to provide trash pick up service day per week on WednesdayOver the last years they delay their route or do not come at allThis has happened 75% of the time with themI am trying to switch trash companies bc of their continued failed service and the way they handle their businessI have asked them for a refund on my month payment multiple times and they will not issue a refundTherefore I am forced to accept that I am paying for a service that is not providedAll I want is a prorated refund and to end my service with them so I can purchase from a company who will provide the service we pay forThey are always rude on the phone and never apologize for the huge inconvenienceThey should be held accountable for their broken contractThank you!

In early February I mailed a check to them for $for months of service Within a few days someone from the company called and said they would no longer service our areaThey said they hadn't received the payment yet but I could stop payment on the check or they would return to me My bank was going to charge $So I decided to let them send it backIn March the check cleared I immediately phoned them and asked for a refundI was told that wouldn't be a problem After a few weeks I phoned again and was told my name was "in a pile" and eventually I would get the $backI have phoned multiple times over the past months and am told the same thing each time: that "he" hasn't issued checks yetThe women who answer the phones will not give me the name of the person who issues refunds

On several occasions they failed to pick up our trashThey usually made those up within a week or two, late pick upsWe always called and were told they knew about it, or they called us sometimes and said they would get it some other dayThe last time they failed to pick up, we didn't call because their drivers should obviously know they didn't pick up our trashWe never failed to have our trash at the road on the proper day, although they seldom came on the day we were scheduledThese bills are paid in advanceNext month billing cycle, we called and told them they owed us a pick up we never gotThe man said they could not knock that off the bill so they were told we would be looking for a different serviceWe paid them for the next cycle minus the $for the week they didn't pick up our trash, so we are even on thatThey accepted that check but they tried to add that to the next month cycleWe refused to pay because of their mistreatment, and got a different service.S

I have had multiple issues with this particular sanitation company being unreliable about picking up trash, and sometimes not picking it upWe set our trash out on Wedevening supposed to pick up ThursdayAnyway, the last several weeks and multiple times over the time we have dealt with them, they tell us Saturday they will pick it upWell this week it hasn't been picked up and I called about getting a refund in full as I had paid my bill* *** *** and must have reliable people as I can't walk up and down driveway to check it Please help me, as I am unable to help myself at

Waste Path service is not reliableWhen you contact the company their customer service people are not friendly or helpfulTheir go to response is that they will credit your account but it never gets creditedThey are suppose to pick up trash weekly but your lucky if it gets picked up twice a month When they do empty the bins they are completely empty and then the toss the binsSeveral times they have broke the lids of my bin and left bins laying in the wayVery poor customer service
