We recently moved to the areaMy husband being active duty in the military for a total of years will be retiring in November of this year We have purchased two farms and built our retirement home in Wickliffe Kentucky My daughters and I have already moved in to our home while my husband is still active duty stationed out of state We were recommended to begin services with Wastepath by my father-in-law who lives less than a mile from our home on the same road We immediately called to sign up for services and asked for two trash receptacles to be delivered to our homeWe were notified that they were backed up and it may be a couple weeks before they were deliveredTwo weeks after we moved to the area one trash receptacle was delivered and placed at the end of our driveway on the following Monday and our trash was picked upNow three weeks later our trash has not been picked up at all along with not having the second trash receptacle deliveredI have called at least four times to see what the issue was and was also left a message to notify us that the trash would be picked up on Saturdays from now on until further notice The trash dispatcher has always been very friendly and easy to deal with, but now this is going on the fourth week without trash pick up Because we have just moved to the area we have more trash than usual as we are currently unpacking not to mention our every day trashI have made several trips to the recycling bin in Wickliffe to get rid of boxes Now still only having one trash receptacle it is completely full along with the bed of my truck which we put at the curb on Friday evening for a Saturday pick up which did not take placeSo I called again on Monday, which was yesterday, was told first that the trash man came by at 11am on Saturday morning and there was no trash out to be picked upAfter telling the dispatcher that it was out on Friday evening and even took more trash to the road by 7am Saturday morning, there was no way he could gave missed it The dispatcher assured me that my second trash receptacle would be dropped off along with the LARGE amount of trash that I now have would be picked up today (Tuesday 8-7/18) It is now in the afternoon and the trash has still not been picked upI am now beyond frustrated

*** *** was bought out by Waste Path Calvert City, KySince they have skipped my cans for weeks in a row as of todayI love on a dead end road approx foot longEvery house in our subdivision has been using Waste Path since the buy outSo they make other stops on my road, and pass it again when leavingMy bill is paid, have had no issue what do everI have called the business many times with no answer, and when I do talk to someone the attitude is up and rude is onNever allowed to talk to a supervisor or get a call back from a supervisorHave been refused a refundAlso the one Monday I was able to make contact, the residential customer rep told me they had over calls of complaints since close of business that Friday till Monday morningSo that is a sign of some issues going onAs of now this company owes me a month of service backI have left there company but they still owe me for more month and I am going to continue to take my cans to the end of the drive on Thur nightNo I have not cancelled my service, but would is they would answer the phone or call backTill then I am keeping track and encouraging others that are having poor service to find some one else to pick their trash up

I went with Wastepath, looking for an affordable optionWhat I received is substandard service, not worth even the cheapest of pricingExceptionally poorAvoid at all costs for PaducahSpread the word(see below)

Every Friday, Waste Path Trash Services are to pick up our trash in Carrsville, KyThey don't always come on Friday, or the next day or the next! Sometimes we receive a phone call saying oh we will pick up your trash on Monday...Monday comes, but waste path don't! ! I call again, oh your trash will be picked up this coming Friday....sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, AGAIN! IT'S THIS WAY EVERY WEEK, OF EVERY MONTH! Our trash maybe gets picked up once a month anymore This is the same problem everyone in Carrsville has, infact, the whole Livingston Co! ! (All those with Waste Pathe!) If this business can't pick trash, when they are scheduled too, they need to sell or close thier doors!!! They sure like getting our money, but not our garbage! ??

Waste path is our trash pick up service in our countyWe pay $48/months for them to provide trash pick up service day per week on WednesdayOver the last years they delay their route or do not come at allThis has happened 75% of the time with themI am trying to switch trash companies bc of their continued failed service and the way they handle their businessI have asked them for a refund on my month payment multiple times and they will not issue a refundTherefore I am forced to accept that I am paying for a service that is not providedAll I want is a prorated refund and to end my service with them so I can purchase from a company who will provide the service we pay forThey are always rude on the phone and never apologize for the huge inconvenienceThey should be held accountable for their broken contractThank you!

I call every other week or every week to Waste Path on behalf of my mother because her trash is not picked up The driver passes right past her drive and goes into the next community and picks up my nieces trash The driver has noted several times on his route log that her drive is blocked, which is total ** When is he going to come up with a new excuse First they wanted to say that they were not going to pick up her trash because her driveway was to far off the main roadA supervisor was sent out to take a look, and okayed her route Did they really expect a year old woman to wheel her trash a half a mile to the main road? Customer service rep says that the driver is the best driver they have and cant believe he would lie on his report Well obviously hes not the best driver or I would not have to be calling every week because of a failure to do his job My mother pays her bill just like everyone else He is picking and choosing the stops he wants to do and if you live

Garbage was to be collected weekly and had already paid for service Garbage was not collected for weeks and would not refund money for collection service

On several occasions they failed to pick up our trashThey usually made those up within a week or two, late pick upsWe always called and were told they knew about it, or they called us sometimes and said they would get it some other dayThe last time they failed to pick up, we didn't call because their drivers should obviously know they didn't pick up our trashWe never failed to have our trash at the road on the proper day, although they seldom came on the day we were scheduledThese bills are paid in advanceNext month billing cycle, we called and told them they owed us a pick up we never gotThe man said they could not knock that off the bill so they were told we would be looking for a different serviceWe paid them for the next cycle minus the $for the week they didn't pick up our trash, so we are even on thatThey accepted that check but they tried to add that to the next month cycleWe refused to pay because of their mistreatment, and got a different service.S

I used Waste Path last year as my trash pickup service on a quarterly bases The last time Waste Path picked my trash up was on Dec 26th I called them today to renew my quarterly trash service and *** in billing first told me that January, Feburary , and March were due I stated that I was not paying for service that did not happen The last time my trash was picked up was Dec She said OKAY you will owe $and I said again this does not include Jan., Feband March that I would not pay for those months She again said Okay and proceeded to get my credit card info and process my credit card *** tells me to have a good day and we hang up to phone
She calls me back to tell me that, the payment she just processed is for Jan Feb Marand that I will owe an additional payment of to complete payment through June I was totally deceived when giving my credit card information to Waste Path Services in *** *** **

I haven't been receiving trash pickup for the last weeksI live in the *** *** subdivision and neither have any of my neighbors that use this serviceI called on Wednesday the 21st to make sure the trash would be picked up on the day which is on Friday's they assured me it would beAt 2:pm on Friday the 22nd when the trash hadn't been picked up and they said their computers were downAll I am wanting is the weeks worth of garbage taken away

Waste Path's refusal to provide the services I have paid them is causing a health problem for me Trash has piled up for six weeks at my back door and if not taken care of immediately will cause me trouble with my landlord/neighbors/ But most of all: RATS in my house! I was treated very disrespectfully when I called them about the 2nd time my garbage was not picked up The woman would not listen, talked over me, then hung up on meThis company said they would pick up garbage on Tuesof every weekTwice within the past month the rubbish has not been picked up until or days laterWhen called, excuses are given as the truck broke down, or the driver is illThey are not reliable and do not give the service they claim to give to their customers
