making some changes in the effort of providing a better service to our customers, and to my knowledge we have not missed a pickup for several weeks, if we have, we should have been notified.

Waste Path- Please reread my complaint. I did not ask you to replace my mailbox or to credit my account for missed days. That is simply why I cancelled my service with Waste Path (along with your drivers being dishonest on their logs, stating that they did pick up my trash or that my trash was not taken to down to the curb). I asked for my refund of $23.17 (which I have a voicemail stating that it was offered to me and rescinded a month later) and for my old trash bin to be picked up. I would like my refund as promised and for my trash bin collected. I was told I would receive my refund and old trash bin collected within two weeks. It has now been over one month. I want this taken care of immediately.

Last week when they had not picked up our trash on by Thursday I called that morning and they said that the driver wasn't able to pick up his whole route this week. They said that they hadn't been notified by the supervisor when it would be picked up and they they would call me. Of course I had to call back that afternoon and was told it would be next week. Guess what. They still have yet to pick up our trash. This is getting old. They always have some excuse as to why they can't pick up trash. Our whole subdivision is not being picked up. This morning I called and they said they were running late and they should get it today.
