We have been a customer of Wastepath for almost yrsAs of late trash pick up has been sporadic at bestweeks and no trash pick upNumerous call have been made and we were assured the problem would be taken care ofSince paying our bill for July, August, and Septmeber, we have yet to receive trash pickupI called to cancel my service and get a refund for services not renderedThey refuse to give me refundThe woman on the phone with customer service said that she does t handle that but refused to give me the number where to call to file that complaint

In early February I mailed a check to them for $for months of service Within a few days someone from the company called and said they would no longer service our areaThey said they hadn't received the payment yet but I could stop payment on the check or they would return to me My bank was going to charge $So I decided to let them send it backIn March the check cleared I immediately phoned them and asked for a refundI was told that wouldn't be a problem After a few weeks I phoned again and was told my name was "in a pile" and eventually I would get the $backI have phoned multiple times over the past months and am told the same thing each time: that "he" hasn't issued checks yetThe women who answer the phones will not give me the name of the person who issues refunds

We received a note on our trash can that they could not pick it up because it was too heavyMy husband went to get it weighed and dump itIt was 300lbsHe called the office to speak with someoneOnce he spoke to the supervisor he was treated poorly and we canceled service which they first refused to doI (his wife) then called and wanted to speak to them in a positive mannerThe first thing out of ***'s mouth was "first off all" then wouldn't listen to my concernsThe customer service is poorThey are late to pick up trash and we will never use them again

We have used this waste management company for a few years In the last year or so the service has become unexceptionalOur business is located on a main four lane highway, we have a very wide driveway and the container was out the night before actually a few days because they were running a day or two behind we were told that the reason for non-pickup was because the container was blocked This company has continued to not pick up on the days they specify or what is scheduled They have an all call system to notify customers of pick up delays but it is not utilized very wellThis past week, my container was set out on Wednesday night for Thursday pick up and the trash was still there Friday morning I called the company and was told an all call was done explaining that service was going to be SaturdayI did receive this call but only 30-minutes after I spoke with the Residential Customer Service RepresentativeI have had enough with this company so I decided to cancel servi

Garbage was to be collected weekly and had already paid for service Garbage was not collected for weeks and would not refund money for collection service

Waste Path service is not reliableWhen you contact the company their customer service people are not friendly or helpfulTheir go to response is that they will credit your account but it never gets creditedThey are suppose to pick up trash weekly but your lucky if it gets picked up twice a month When they do empty the bins they are completely empty and then the toss the binsSeveral times they have broke the lids of my bin and left bins laying in the wayVery poor customer service

I am very worried about my decision to go to waste path:( I called several times today and they told me the trucks will pick up my trash today haven't seen them My pick up day is on Monday, we will see

In April of 2016, I purchased a years worth of trash pick up for my parentsThe total was During this time frame, my parents trash was missed more times than it was picked upI called them and my father has called them multiple times to let them know we have been missedWe never received an excuse as to why they weren't picking up our trashFor the first weeks, we were actually missed! The ladies we spoke to *Amber and Cathy* were quick to tell us it was our fault that the trash was not put out that morning In which I know was not true because we pushed it out the night beforeAlso when the trash is picked up it is usually LATE in the afternoon on Thursdays and on some days it was night time when they would show upEvery time we were missed we actually were dreading the phone call to them because the ladies were usually rude Finally after the 20th time being missed and calling them they stated they would give us credit for the times we were missed per Kathy Monday May 1st, I received our renew for the year We called to see about our credits that we were promised to and was rudely treated once againThey said they would give us a discount for months *for months it is actually 42.00* which was bucks of a discount We ended up taking our business else where and called to let them know that we would not being continuing our trash pick up and for them to come pick up the canThis company has been truly hard to get a hold of when trying to call and ask about our why our trash has not been picked upEven before I made this review I read their responses wanting to see what they had to say It was never stated to us over the phone they were short staffed, in which we would have been more understanding Yet their response back to us it was our fault or they didn't know why it was not picked up and that they would find out and get back with us *in which they never would call us back* I would not recommend this place to anyone else

For approximately the past months we have had numerous weeks where trash was not picked up, trash littered in our yard and our mailbox was hit on two separate occasions on pick up day The response from their customer service was there was nothing they could do I then asked to have my service cancelled After this I asked when I would receive my refund for the remainder of my services not used They stated they do not issue refunds At this time I asked that I have my service restored only for the remainder of the billing period so I am not out any money I was then put on hold and then told that instead of restoring my service I would be issued a refund of $within a couple of weeks along with my old trash bin picked up After a month I called to check on the issue with the company giving me the run around Hours later they left a message stating "I'm sorry, I'm new I didn't know we don't give out refunds..." and stated there was nothing they could do

My apologies to Mr ***Our system was down, but this did not stop our trash pickups.Our customers were serviced on this day

I cancelled my trash service with the company on Aug 1st, They said over the phone that they would come collect the two trash containers of theirs within a week or twoI still have these containers in my drivewayI have called them and spoken with their customer service times over the past months pleading with them to retrieve their trash binsThey continue to tell me that I am on the list to get picked up, but they never doI am stuck with these containers with no way to get rid of themI fell like I have been EXTREMELY patient in this situation, waiting months for resolution

Waste Path's refusal to provide the services I have paid them is causing a health problem for me Trash has piled up for six weeks at my back door and if not taken care of immediately will cause me trouble with my landlord/neighbors/ But most of all: RATS in my house! This is a trash company who does not pick up trash on the scheduled route that is assigned to a resident I have had trash sitting at my curb for 1/weeks still waiting for service I have called numerous times and tried to get the issue resolved to no avail I tried calling again today and was told that they could cancel the service but it is their policy to retain the payment I just paid for service on July 17, for July, August & September I have only had service from them on July 5th and July 12th, I told them I would be more than happy to pay for the service days but wanted a refund for August and September I was advised they do not offer a refund for service, I again stated they are not providing the service I just paid them for performing
