Company failed to pick up my trash on my scheduled day of TuesdayMy service was sold to this company month prior with my informationI paid my billed months at a timeEvery time I would call and say my trash wasn't picked up the service lady would say leave it out we will pick it upthis went on every weekI contacted the customer service July 29, stating my trash still hasn't been picked upI was told the same thing to leave it outMy trash by then was pilled at the end of the drive wayI told this lady I was not happy with their service or their poor customer serviceOn July 31, I contacted them through their website email canceling my service to them and requesting a refund of July and August payment for a lack of service from them and received no replyOn Sept 2, I received a bill from them for sept, oct, nov bill not knowing why; when I canceled my service with them due to a lack of service from themI would like to be reimbursed for the money

if I could give them review I would they lied for two weeks to me and my wife

*** *** was bought out by Waste Path Calvert City, KySince they have skipped my cans for weeks in a row as of todayI love on a dead end road approx foot longEvery house in our subdivision has been using Waste Path since the buy outSo they make other stops on my road, and pass it again when leavingMy bill is paid, have had no issue what do everI have called the business many times with no answer, and when I do talk to someone the attitude is up and rude is onNever allowed to talk to a supervisor or get a call back from a supervisorHave been refused a refundAlso the one Monday I was able to make contact, the residential customer rep told me they had over calls of complaints since close of business that Friday till Monday morningSo that is a sign of some issues going onAs of now this company owes me a month of service backI have left there company but they still owe me for more month and I am going to continue to take my cans to the end of the drive on Thur nightNo I have not cancelled my service, but would is they would answer the phone or call backTill then I am keeping track and encouraging others that are having poor service to find some one else to pick their trash up

I cancelled my trash service with the company on Aug 1st, They said over the phone that they would come collect the two trash containers of theirs within a week or twoI still have these containers in my drivewayI have called them and spoken with their customer service times over the past months pleading with them to retrieve their trash binsThey continue to tell me that I am on the list to get picked up, but they never doI am stuck with these containers with no way to get rid of themI fell like I have been EXTREMELY patient in this situation, waiting months for resolution

We received a note on our trash can that they could not pick it up because it was too heavyMy husband went to get it weighed and dump itIt was 300lbsHe called the office to speak with someoneOnce he spoke to the supervisor he was treated poorly and we canceled service which they first refused to doI (his wife) then called and wanted to speak to them in a positive mannerThe first thing out of ***'s mouth was "first off all" then wouldn't listen to my concernsThe customer service is poorThey are late to pick up trash and we will never use them again

I prepay for trash pickThey did not pick up my trash different weeksI called to get the credits off my next bill and was told no credit would be issuedThey sent me a copy of my past credits and payments I madeNo credit was noted even though I called to them

Every Friday, Waste Path Trash Services are to pick up our trash in Carrsville, KyThey don't always come on Friday, or the next day or the next! Sometimes we receive a phone call saying oh we will pick up your trash on Monday...Monday comes, but waste path don't! ! I call again, oh your trash will be picked up this coming Friday....sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, AGAIN! IT'S THIS WAY EVERY WEEK, OF EVERY MONTH! Our trash maybe gets picked up once a month anymore This is the same problem everyone in Carrsville has, infact, the whole Livingston Co! ! (All those with Waste Pathe!) If this business can't pick trash, when they are scheduled too, they need to sell or close thier doors!!! They sure like getting our money, but not our garbage! ??

[I called multiple times to ask when my trash would be picked up only to be given an excuse(Hence, it WAS reported to you.) ONCE I was offered a credit but never saw said creditCalls to let us know our pick up date would be delayed were very inconsistent and often non-existentIt was usually a guessing game to know which day our trash would be picked upI ended my service on 7/have called at least times for the can to be picked up and it is still sitting visible in front of my house on 8/It is often difficult to get in touch with anyone in the officeThere are other trash services that run through our neighborhood very regularlyI know a trash business can be run effectively and efficiently in MurrayPlease look into your business practiceAnd come pick up my trash can]

For approximately the past months we have had numerous weeks where trash was not picked up, trash littered in our yard and our mailbox was hit on two separate occasions on pick up day The response from their customer service was there was nothing they could do I then asked to have my service cancelled After this I asked when I would receive my refund for the remainder of my services not used They stated they do not issue refunds At this time I asked that I have my service restored only for the remainder of the billing period so I am not out any money I was then put on hold and then told that instead of restoring my service I would be issued a refund of $within a couple of weeks along with my old trash bin picked up After a month I called to check on the issue with the company giving me the run around Hours later they left a message stating "I'm sorry, I'm new I didn't know we don't give out refunds..." and stated there was nothing they could do

I call every other week or every week to Waste Path on behalf of my mother because her trash is not picked up The driver passes right past her drive and goes into the next community and picks up my nieces trash The driver has noted several times on his route log that her drive is blocked, which is total ** When is he going to come up with a new excuse First they wanted to say that they were not going to pick up her trash because her driveway was to far off the main roadA supervisor was sent out to take a look, and okayed her route Did they really expect a year old woman to wheel her trash a half a mile to the main road? Customer service rep says that the driver is the best driver they have and cant believe he would lie on his report Well obviously hes not the best driver or I would not have to be calling every week because of a failure to do his job My mother pays her bill just like everyone else He is picking and choosing the stops he wants to do and if you live

This is a trash company who does not pick up trash on the scheduled route that is assigned to a resident I have had trash sitting at my curb for 1/weeks still waiting for service I have called numerous times and tried to get the issue resolved to no avail I tried calling again today and was told that they could cancel the service but it is their policy to retain the payment I just paid for service on July 17, for July, August & September I have only had service from them on July 5th and July 12th, I told them I would be more than happy to pay for the service days but wanted a refund for August and September I was advised they do not offer a refund for service, I again stated they are not providing the service I just paid them for performing

We do have issues to arise where we have missed pickups but we do try to communicate with our customers to make them aware if we are running late or we will credit their account.As far as the mailbox, if someone seen us hit your mailbox, we would be more than happy to repair it, we just cannot go on...

it was hit by our driver because it was trash pickup day.Im sorry you feel that we didnt care about you as a customer, we always care and try to help our customers with any issues and concerns.

[redacted] Response: Ms. [redacted] complained about poor trash pick up in her area. In June this year, we had two of our regular drivers quit without notice leaving us short handed. There is a National crisis (a shortage of CDL drivers) making it difficult for us to replace those drivers with trained and competent drivers. We have gone through numerous drivers and training without success. They apparently do not like the smell, heat, hard work, or pay but they just quit without explanation. It takes some 3 to 6 months to train a driver to learn 5 trash routes per week. We are working our drivers at their maximum allowed weekly hours (60) to get our customers trash picked up. We know it is frustrating to them but with the driver shortage and equipment breakdowns, doing everything we can to get the problem corrected. We have purchased 3 new trucks but it is taking time to get them worked into our routes. We have picked up most of the customers but no on their normal day. We notify them when we are not going to pick them up but if we don't have their latest phone #, they may not get the call. We current have a new driver learning the routes and another with a CDL permit who can take his driving test next week. I will take both of them some time to get the routes learned. This was a miscommunication issue between the "ccuxtomer" and our company. As stated in their complaint, they moved to another house in our service area and we had no record of an address change. The new resident of their old address called for service and the previous resident was terminated. We...

believed they had moved from our service area. Since the previous customer was not on a route sheet at their new address our driver did not pick up the trash, thus they were not being picked up as per her complaint. Our drivers are trained to pick up trash only if they are on their route sheets. The issue has been resolved once we were able to connect by phone. We now have their new address and they are on our route sheet. Their trash has been picked up. We are also installing a new phone system to improve our phone communication with customers.

I paid for service for July, August, and September. This is what I want a refund for. Furthermore, when trash was t picked up, you were notified, and nothing was ever done about it. When I called, I was informed that the drivers log said my can wasn't out. Now, why would I call for 4 weeks trying to get my trashed removed and not put my trash out? Ridiculous excuse for dishonest business practice.
