The reason I reject this is we should of never been contacted by anyone because we do not owe this money

Our records indicate that the concession has since then been applied. The property manager did submit the request however our accounting team processed the request in the order that it was received. It has been applied and you are at a zero dollar balance.

Per the notification of the discontinuance of the Waypoint Rewards system, points had to be redeemed by December 31, 2015. Any points not redeemed by the aforementioned date, would then be transferred to the Inside...

Advantage program.  Because you will be utilizing your points after the determined end date, they will need to be used in accordance with the current Inside Advantage Program options. We sincerely apologize for any confusion.

Notice did specify $1310, this was the amount due the day of serving however per the residents lease late fees continue to accumulate at $10 per day until paid, late fees cannot be waived. Resident did not reach out to us only to the corporate call center...

and paid via Money Gram which only accepts the full balance on the account. Per NV law and the lease to avoid a fair housing violation, no credit is being given for the late fees.

Yes someone came out a FOURTH time and fixed almost everything. But it does not fix the lack of respect or ethics Waypoint Homes has for the clients or how they make money to pay rent.
The master bath shower head is still leaking(even more now.) I put it in the review of the maintenance call as soon as the system let me, but no one contacted me. I am afraid of contacting anyone, because of how poorly I have been treated...I'm afraid I will be charged to have someone come back out because Waypoint waited until the very end of the 30 day grace period to have someone come out to address all of our issues. On top of that we were told that nothing could be done about the oven/fridge/drawer issue..."
Had we been aware of all the pre-existing issues this house had and that it would take a full month and cost us $670 in lost wages, we would not have rushed out of our last home. As you can see above the shower in the master bath is still leaking. And no, the oven/fridge/drawer situation was not "fixable" because someone put in the wrong sized fridge. We are still requesting compensation for our lost wages as it was Waypoints lies, manipulation of its' clientele and of work orders (of which I have proof), and lack of proper management (within the office and with the contractors) that lost us that money.Rebecca Sussman

The demands cannot be met as they are unlawful as the current resident's have a lease that expires on October 2, 2016. Which they have legal rights to the property until that time.

After having three (3) years experience in dealing with Waypoint Homes I have found several factors that are unsatisfactory. First being maintenance issues, Waypoint Homes fails to tend to maintenance issues in a timely manner and has a tendency to refuse to repair the issue. One issue for instance that we have had to deal with since the first few months that we have lived here and is still ongoing. Instead of repairing HVAC (Heating and Air conditioning) the maintenance department will close the work order stating that there is not a problem. The problem is that the unit is not cooling. We suffer from health issues that require that the home stay cool. Their maintenance departments words are, "I',m sorry that you have medical issues and if you have a medical emergency call 911. There is nothing that we can do to help you at this time." Another issue is that to cut corners, when installing the fire door leading into the home from the garage they cut the door down and purchased a door that was too heavy for the door jam. The walls, both inside the home and the garage began to crack; instead of tending to the issue properly the only thing that they wanted to do is fill in the cracks. In order for me to give the matter properly tended to I had to tell management that I was going to report the company to the Fire Marshall. It took me three (3) months to get this matter taken care of to keep us safe and protect the integrity of the home. Management will not answer their phones nor return telephone calls.

Hello, I do see where there was a $35 utility charge added to the resident ledger. We have contacted [redacted], your property manager; she will be contacting you no later than 24 hrs to discuss this matter. If you do not hear from [redacted] by 2/25/15, please contact our corporate office...

and we can escalate this matter over to a regional manager who can assist with getting your issues fixed in a timely manner. [redacted] will continue to work with you and once you provide

the local office with proof of payment for the charges in question they will

remove the charges. If proof is not provided the charges will not be removed.

them directly with [redacted] as she is your property manager.
