Initial check was sent on 4/29/2016 as our accounting department has researched and found that this payment has not been cashed it has been canceled and a new check will be sent today 5/20/2016 and should be received by 5/23/2016.

My house is beautiful except for a roach problem when we first moved in.

I live in a house that is not connected (6291 Lavender Cloud Place) to any other house. I complained to the office about smelling cigarette smoke in my bedroom at 1 am with all windows and doors closed. It is now 2:29 am and my room smells like cigarette smoke. I called Waypoint and smoke to the property manager and she ultimately told me not to renew my lease. Before this suggestion she asked me to talk to my neighbors about cigarette smoke throughout my house and we don't smoke and there is no one smoking outside the house.

My one neighbor was wonderful and told me no one smokes in his house due to illness. My other neighbor just basically okay'd me out the door.

The cigarette smoke problem has gotten worse since speaking to my neighbors. The manager also told me to contact HOA, which is next or contact the police.

I feel like a prisoner in my home. This is the whole reason you rent a house to avoid others dirty habits.

Also make sure you will not be charged for any maintenance repairs being corrected. You might get a surprise when it is time to pay rent. Also the area sewage smell through out the neighborhood is annoying.

So my decision is to not renew my lease. Consider this location and my experiences before you move to this location or other Waypoint Homes.

My wife and I have been renting a house from Waypoint homes. We have had nothing but problems with this property management company and we have had a very hard time getting any sort of resolution. I am reaching out to you because this company needs to be held accountable for their actions or lack there of. There are many many complaints on Waypoints Facebook page. Nobody likes being mistreated especially when it comes to your home.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  they supposedly want to fix the house however I'm already packed and ready to leave the money that I have spend in lost including illnesses is not of their concern they also have sent me demand for rent. I did receive a call from the maintenance department and the Service Manager for the Tampa area. However, there was no resolution. I was contacted from ###-###-#### by a woman named Tia.  She was apologetic and offered me a concession on the rent for the time the maintenance ticket was opened to the time it was closed. I was told I would receive a concession agreement to docu-sign and send back. I gave Tia my email, [redacted]@gmail.com, but  I did not receive that document. I called that number back and was told she was not at that office and to contact the office for my area, ###-###-####. I also still have not heard from the property manager regarding a deal to exit my two year lease with little or no penalty. I would still like to pay the differences I was discounted for the 2 year lease. If this is not possible I still need to speak with Barbara. If I can receive that document and am contacted by Barbara, my property manager, I can accept their response.

Oh Okay but still the troubles to us are already done. I will keep submitting it on social media ect. It is way in the company's reach to be organized and keep better track of private contractor deployment. The company does very well in sending payment due date reminders. Once you move in you are screwed under the company's mercy. But it's not even about the money lost anymore but the moral look at frontier next step is attorney general, for anyone in the future to avoid such abuse to them.

check for the deposit that I had written originally with my name only as evidence that I was the only one that I submitted a deposit for the home they are for I should get the check in my name and Edition the company that I originally had written the check for has been changed x 3 we started with [redacted] and ended up with I'm sorry we started with Michael Saunders and ended up with [redacted] and then Waypoint Homes I originally sealed the deal for the house with [redacted] with one check with my name on it only from my personal account so I hope that I could please recover or recoup the money that I expended which I am illegally obligated to since I have a check in hand that the company has cut for me
