I thought I was signing on with Blue Cross Blue ShieldNope! I dont know how I got suckered into paying $for a one time fee for some company Ive never even heard of nor thought I was signing ontoAfter I was shortly on a plan, I had calls from sun up til sun down with reps trying to sell it to meI work late, so yes I cherish those early mornings I can sleep in so I think they finally got the hint when I made it clear, againI counted calls in one business weekThey had no problem taking my money of course, but giving it back when I realized I had been misinformed by who knows, was first denied and then when asked for management it'll be back in my account in 10-business daysWe'll seeI thought I would atleast receive some sort of brochure, a card or hell, just any proof Im covered but nothing ever cameIm all for goin green n all but....Sketchyyyy

So far so goodThe only thing I wish they could improve onWould be trying to get someone on the phone, it is next to ImpossibleWhen I call, you can never talk to a personYou have to leave a message and wait for someone to return your callWhich is usually late in the day or maybe the next dayAnd when a person works I can not always be home waiting on a phone call When I place a phone call I need someone right then and there not two days latter

I have just signed up with this program, so do not have much experience with how the services work and how well they will pay It is affordable and sounds like it will be what I need unless I have any major health issues I have always been healthy and only go to the doctor for regular check ups and minor colds and flu I hope it is what I need, time will tell

With all of the changes to health care policies, my husband and I found ourselves with a three day gap in coverage from one policy to the next Wishing to have continuous coverage, in the event of an unforeseen accident, Wellness Plan of America was the only company that provided this service for a reasonable charge My agent was able to sign us up with a simple phone call

When we lost my husbands insurance that paid for basically all of our rx it was not prettyI called WPA and Adam worked very hard to get us the best deals on our Rx'sW both take between 10-pills per day and he is on forms of insulin alsoWith out their help we would not of been getting our meds filled

My family has been looking for insuranceI received a call this morning from the Wellness Plan of AmericaThey told me they were my only option as currently the enrollment period for general insurance is closedI asked for a description of their coverage which they said was insurance that would be taken anywhereI asked if there was somewhere I can read the description of benefits onlineThey told me no there was not, and I had to pay for the plan first and then they would send me information in the mailWho pays for services without knowing what they are? I asked if I can talk it over with my husband, and they pressured me to stay on the phone and enroll now and I won't find any betterFinally after asking several times, they gave me a callback numberA few hours later, I got another call from someone else asking "what I'm waiting for"I had checked with my healthcare providers and they said they will not accept this planI told the representative on the phone that I had been told it was insurance and would be taken anywhere, but research is telling me it is not actual insurance and my providers would not accept itI had been on the phone for all of minutes and only asked this one question and their response to me....."life is about compromisesWe assign you doctorsYou go where we send youThis is ***No wonder you are not insuredWe can't help people like you"I am really concerned this is a scam targeting uninsured peopleHonest represeantives of companies do not expect you to blindly buy coverage you can't review or berate potential clients with valid concerns such as mineReally poor

All I can say is this place is wonderfulAdam has helped me understand how the company works as well as calling me in a timely mannerThey have saved me a lot of moneyI truly appreciate all the help and patience they have given me
