I want to say that [redacted] with WPA knows what the definition of customer service is. He was excellent. If this is how WPA operates, I would not hesitate to be part of their organization. Customer service, not automated systems does still exist. Hooray!

This company is wonderful. They are so helpful in getting medical costs so affordable. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a health care plan.

Since my daughter was diagnosed in Aug. of 2013 with Type 1 Diabetes I have had to deal with more Dr.s and pharmacists than ever before. I have had several arguments with insurance company reps, medication suppliers and their delivery companies. Your phone system is MUCH better than the other med company I was forced to deal with (they say they are the FUTURE of SCRIPTS) not in my book…thank you for the BRIEF conversation with a computer and QUICKLY connecting me to a real person, all the call takers are pleasant and helpful (and repeating their name at the end of the conversation is great! By the end I forget who I was talking to). Since I have had the pleasure of dealing with [redacted], I have a tremendous feeling of relief. She has assisted me more than ANY other rep I have ever talked to, at any company, always pleasant, willing to do her job and do it well. I can't thank her enough for all of her efforts.

So far I've very impressed. I was immediately able to get a 30 day free trial for a medication that normally costs $300 +. I was also impressed that my calls were returned in a timely fashion.

I feel that they talk a bit fast. It also it would be nice if they sent updates on what is being processed and let you know in advance of the results instead of notifying you the day before you need to pay for something.

[redacted] at WPA was able to arrange affordable prescriptions for me during my job search. The arrangement will save much needed funds.

I have had great luck and awesome help with this company. They have always answered my questions and concerns.

So far so good. The only thing I wish they could improve on. Would be trying to get someone on the phone, it is next to
Impossible. When I call, you can never talk to a person. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to return your call. Which is usually late in the day or maybe the next day. And when a person works I can not always be home waiting on a phone call.
When I place a phone call I need someone right then and there not two days latter.

I thought I was signing on with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Nope! I dont know how I got suckered into paying $114.95 for a one time fee for some company Ive never even heard of nor thought I was signing onto. After I was shortly on a plan, I had calls from sun up til sun down with reps trying to sell it to me. I work late, so yes I cherish those early mornings I can sleep in so I think they finally got the hint when I made it clear, again. I counted 27 calls in one business week. They had no problem taking my money of course, but giving it back when I realized I had been misinformed by who knows, was first denied and then when asked for management it'll be back in my account in 10-15 business days. We'll see. I thought I would atleast receive some sort of brochure, a card or hell, just any proof Im covered but nothing ever came. Im all for goin green n all but....Sketchyyyy

The Wellness plan of America has saved me a lot of money on a prescription that was very expensive. Thank you wellness plan of America. They have sent coupons to help with saving on other medications. They are very helpful in many ways.
