Christine was very excellent and went above and beyond to assist me and even called me back after my appointment to make sure everything went well and gave me advise tooIt's rare you find employees like Christine that actually cares about the customerThank you SOO Much Christine!!!

I signed up with US National Health Plan which put me into a health insurance product but also had me purchase Wellness Plan of AmericaI was not so sure I would need the Wellness Program but after logging in and seeing how much value the program had I gave it a shotI purchased organic food which was delivered to my HOUSE, I used the doctor by phone, and I was even able to use the wellness advocates to save $a month on my medications!!! So far so good! I would definitely recommend Wellness Plan of America

Cecilia at WPA has been awsome in helping me bridge the gap in my insurance, and has proactively worked to get me the benefits that I need, they have really been a wonderful advocate and have provided me with the exact benefits I need in a really customer focused way I am delighted and satified with there efforts which have been above and beyond the call of duty

The Wellness Plan of America helped me secure two medications, that I had to have, at little costs The customer service concierge' were always friendly and helpful Adam, was especially helpful He was persistent and detailed I have MS and tend to get frustrated easily Adam worked with me and is responsible for getting my Copaxone and Lyrica They have other services that are very beneficial I finally got my Medicare and another Part B insurance so I did not need to stay with WPA Otherwise II would have kept their services If your someone concerned about your healthneed medications, need nutritional support, and you can't afford health insurance, this would be a great program for you

I recently worked with Wellness Plan of America to try and get back on track health-wise I used their cleanse program and have never felt better! I lost 12lbs, kept it off, and feel fantastic! I also want to praise how great their staff and customer service is as I always felt they were there for me with any worries, questions, or concerns! I have recommended WPA to many other people! I've only been a member of the wellness plan of America for couple of weeks, and I've had the joy of being contacted by a young lady name [redacted].
It's been such a joy and so refreshing to have her call me, she has consistently called me to make sure that I understood all my benefits and what I needed to do to login and find information on your website she's been such an inspiration because every time I've talked with her she's always the same with an attitude of such a joy to help me with whatever I need, always with a smile in her voice.
My recommendation would be that you give her a raise and promote her to be a trainer of everyone of your custom service reps so she can show them how to always serve others with a with joy and a smile. She's such a delight, a very sweet spirit.

Top notch service! My wife was put on a medication costing $350/month. I called WPA and they got us approved to receive these same meds for $0 saving us $4,200 per year! The only issue I have is figuring out what to do with all this extra cash! The application was quick and painless. They walked us through it the whole time. 5 Stars! 2 Thumbs up!
