Throughout the process of setting up my wife's prescriptions I dealt with a customer representative named Adam. He was extremely helpful and courteous. It appeared to us that he went out of his way to accomodate our prescription situation. His efforts were greatly appreciated by us and his service is a shining testament to this company.

The process seems to work if you are patient and take the extra steps required. Also, the office hours are not that user friendly, even though the staff is. Wait times are an issue as well. But eventually the discount emails arrive as promised once you get a person on the phone.

My employer recommended Wellness Plan of America, LLC and I am SO thankful they did. As many employers offer, I have a high deductible insurance plan so my medications were not being covered until the deductible is met. [redacted] at Wellness Plan of America has been working with me to get affordable medications and she has already saved me a great deal of money on the medications that have been refilled. I called Wellness plan one morning from the parking lot of my pharmacy and they were so kind to hurry and text me two different savings plans for two of my medications. I do not recommend waiting until the last minute, but I was new to the program and out of medications. Wellness Plan really saved the day!
