My calls and interactions with Wellness Plan of America has been pleasant and they have described by plan and benefits very well. They helped me book an appt. I needed to book. I have only been with them about 2 months, but so far, I am pleased and they do they job well. They help with discounts and seeing what benefits I apply for.

what a GREAT experience we have had! the insurance and discount plans marketplace is very, very confusing. we felt like a fish out of water, but our advocate, christine, was patient, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. she even stayed late to assure us the best price for a prescription.

Christine was very helpful she called me yesterday and told me what I needed to do, and she would call me back. She did exactly that and had all the information I needed and and help setting the appointment that made every thing so much easier. \r\nBeing new she made it easier.

They fail to properly inform you that this IS NOT HEALTH insurance. Thus it does not qualify as mandatory Health Insurance. You will need additional Health Insurance.

I had awsome experience they were great.

My consultant was a great helper. He answered my questions and was on the phone with doctor facilities as soon as we hung up. I was able to find out information I needed to know within less than 30 minutes. I have not had a full experience in a doctors office and billing with this wellness plan, so I am unable to comment on that area. So far, I am pleased with this company.

I talked to VIvia about making an appointment for my child at the dentist, which she checked it out for me and got back to me. As we were talking I was coughing very hard and I asked her about the teledoc and she worked very hard to get me what I needed and wanted at a better price. I really enjoyed working with her.

They answered my question precisely and I walked away knowing what to do next. They were very helpful and so far I am pleased.

I spoke with Adam and found him to be quite knowledgeable and very patient with me as I am learning the new verbiage and processes. I was very pleased with the quick responses and the timely follow ups.

My first experience with this company was neglect of the way to handle and. Since my request to cancel, I have been in a much better game plan. [redacted] has gone way above and beyond his due diligence. If it weren't for him I would have canceled. So far so good. We'll see from here. [redacted] IS an amazing representative of the company.
