I got this coverage and was told all was covered They claim it's clear coat failure Even IF it was, I was led to believe that I'm paying purchase price plus percent on daily interest for years On the roof of cab there's huge faded spots, dull, that need to be repaired Also, white pins in the blue paint one several places The customer service, I spoke with, told me that they'll restore my truck back to how it was when I bought it, now they claim they will not I've got interior and exterior coverage Interior was done, no problem, and very nice guys came out Exterior, they will not take care of They need to do as they said, RESTORE my truck as it was a year ago when I bought it Which was, the paint had no problems and I covered every inch, as well as my son, and these issues were not there then They ADVERTISE that ANY ENVIRONMENTAL issues are covered, now they refuse to do it This is to be my LAST vehicle and reason I purchased all the coverages that I d

I purchased a life time rust proof warranty from Perma Plate for a Ford Escape when I purchased this vehicle new from [redacted] in White Bear Lake, MN in July Now I have some rust on the passenger rear quarter panel and low and behold my claim is being denied No sales materials given to me say only certain types of rust are covered I have all materials provided to me by salesperson

Warranty #R Clain # I purchased Permaplate rust protection on my new Ford FPlatinum with a so called "Lifetime Warranty" The rocker panels on both sides of the truck have rotted through from the inside, no rust appeared until recently and upon inspecting them closely, I put my finger through the metal on both sides of the truckI submitted a claim and without even a request to see the vehicle, it was deniedThey went on about how the product is designed to prevent rust-through of fenders, doors, quarter panels and hollow body cavitiesThey claimed that the rocker panels shown in the photos I sent, were not included in the rust proof applicationThey don't consider them "hollow body cavities"??? The Ford dealership recommended this product but I would caution anybody about throwing their money away on itThere are other reputable companies who will back their product

Stacy [redacted] is fantastic! I made a claim to Permaplate regarding my torn Mercedes Benz driver seat I was very disappointed with the repair work the repair person completed twice I again contacted Permaplate only to be offered $to settle the claim At this point, running out of options, I went back to my dealership to see if they could repair my seat since at this point it was ruined Needless to say they couldn't help and proceeded to quote me $for a new seat! I was very frustrated and while at the dealership I addressed the warranty and repair department Thankfully Stacy was visiting the dealer that day!!! How lucky is that? She took ownership of the issue right way and found the right company to repair my torn seat They ended up replacing the part of the seat that was torn only and it came out looking like new without having to replace the entire seat Im super happy with the outcome and I commend Stacy for taking a dissatisfied customer and turning a negative into a positive Thank you also to the gentleman that came all the way from hr away to pick up my car and deliver it back to me repaired Im am extremely happy with the result I want to personally thank Stacy for keeping such a nice attitude when needed Great job!!!
