I filed a complaint with this company for exterior paint particles on my carI just noticed them yesterday and have no idea what they could beI filled out my form online and the very next day they called to say the claim was deniedThere is no way they would have any way of determining what those paint chips areThey could very well be industrial fallout and unless they decide to do the work and send in a paint sample, they have no right to deny the claimI am now in the process of disputing their denialDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I bought a paint protection warranty for my Acura MDX car from Siskin Enterprises, Inc The contract provides for paint protection in the duration of the contract While the contract is still valid (valid to 1/11/2020), a paint issue has happened with my car which is not as a result of any accident, crash, or abuse of the car; the paint has simply started to come off (peeling away in touch) from a portion of the car Clearly, the paint protection they advertised has not worked Upon inspecting the issue, they are denying to provide the service they are supposed to be providing to repair the damage; they claim the issue is excluded from the terms of the policy However, I have review every paper that I was given at the time of purchase and I have reviewed all provisions of the contract in the fine prints or otherwise, there is nowhere stating that this type of issue is not covered or excluded After much phone conversation, a manager flatly stated that they will not address
