We purchased a seven year, premium plus protection plan from Perma Plate when we bought our Nissan Armada from Cool Springs Nissan in July Our paint was damaged while driving in Florida as some type of liquid splashed on the vehicle and the splatter and drip pattern will not come off the carWe received a denial of our claim despite the fact that the contract clearly states as does their advertising that they are guaranteeing that the exterior body paint will not be damaged by a variety of things including water spotting, industrial fallout, and loss of gloss We clearly believed that the $we paid for this Perma Plate protection would protect us from paint damage as we experienced on our recent trip and believe that the company is not complying with their advertising by denying this claim We nor anyone else know what caused this paint damage but it clearly is the result of a failure of the Perma Plate product (and may have been caused by the product itself!) I bought a warranty from this company few years ago for paint protection and for the interior of my car When I had to file a claim they told me that they will not cover anything I was disappointed and upset What a waste of money I would not recommend this to anyone Keep your money
Permaplate is a great investment! Having leather seats with children and a dog bring about scratches/abrasions and cuts into my car seats that can only get worseThey come to you and make the repairs You would have no idea that there was ever any damage It's amazing work
