I purchased this extra warranty to protect my leather seats when I filed a complaint about some dirt marks that I had gotten during a move I was told it was out of the day report period I immediately realized I had by mistake put down the wrong month and resubmitted, they then said they must review They asked me to send pics which I did, but then they requested additional pics
When I purchased this product, I was told it will prevent chipping from small pebbles and such. Rick hard protection. Well the product stinks. I already filed a claim and the service was excellent however, tech stated chipping is not part if the package. But it was sold to me this way and others also after reviewing complaints. The did a fantastic job detailing my car but nothing was done about the chip. Others gave complained about this same issue and they need to stand behind their product. In just a few months I had to file a claim on the coating with is not a good product at all. It appears claims are going to be filed regularly because it does not protect the paint at all. And windshield.

I bought a Mercedes SLK on April 29, from Infinity of Coolsprings, Nashville TN During the paperwork I was told of this wonderful permaplate protection package I could buy to protect the interior/exterior of the car The car is not brand new, but had been garage kept with only miles, perfect condition inside and out, So I purchased the package Fast forward to Sept 28, I notice white blotches all over the passenger door and trunk I go to car wash attempting to remove the spots...only to find they will not come off and there are thousands of these tiny pin point bubbles everywhere I return directly to the dealer, there I am told that this is the permaplate I need to contact them which I did, it was a weekend and they were closed so I initiated a claim online first of the week comes around and I have an email response back that my claim has been denied, due to clear coat failure all they had was my complaint, no one from their company had even seen the

I filed a complaint with this company for exterior paint particles on my carI just noticed them yesterday and have no idea what they could beI filled out my form online and the very next day they called to say the claim was deniedThere is no way they would have any way of determining what those paint chips areThey could very well be industrial fallout and unless they decide to do the work and send in a paint sample, they have no right to deny the claimI am now in the process of disputing their denialDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I love PermaPlate. I bought a car not knowing that I would soon after get a dog and having light seats with a dog is not the most ideal situation at all. Whenever, I can't get a stain out PermaPlate is there for me and takes care of my needs in a timely matter when it's convinent for me.
