Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The manner in which they suggest requires additional information such as email & phone number Info that they can add to database for resale value Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: your site offers the ability to buy a month subscription but then locks you into an auto renew whether it is wanted or notMany states require and most companies that force an auto pay also incorporate a monthly email to the subscriber informing them they are about to be billed for another monthWhite Pages prefers to simply bill blindly and hope it isn't detected by their unknowing customers so they can rack up as much ongoing revenue as possible before being detected This is a known business practice followed by only the least reputable companies , of which Whites Pages is clearly one Sincerely, [redacted]

I do see that we received an email from Mr [redacted] on Friday 8/Unfortunately, no, we did not reach his email within the business days and he emailed in again on 8/Unfortunately, when a user replies back to the ticket they initially created, it bumps their ticket to the newestWhen Mr [redacted] kept emailing in and bumping his ticket to the newest, we were unable to reach it since we answer tickets from the oldest firstPer Mr [redacted] request, we have removed this information from our websites and it will take effect immediatelyWe get our information for people search results from a broad variety of publicly available information sources, third party data suppliersFor a description of our information sources, please visit our Help sectionIt is possible for new information to be added in the future, so we encourage users to visit our website periodically

Hi Revdex.com, Thank you SOOO much for resolving this problem for me! I am relieved that my information has been removed from their website Thanks again! [redacted]

As previously mentioned, this search is not associated with your informationDisplaying the general location of the area code associated with your number does not show any of your information; any search for any valid number that begins with those same three numbers will yield the same result. In addition, we are not affiliated with directionus.com, you would need to contact them directly requesting removal

We do not sell information on Whitepages.com or to other sitesAny advertisement that is seen on our website is another company and they obtain information on their own, not through WhitepagesMs [redacted] will need to contact any of those companies directly to have the information removed

They need to update the whitepages removal process , so individuals or businesses can quickly Better resolve the removal request on their companies sites quickly and more efficientSome people are elderly and just like handicapp accessible does apply to online companies as well My son [redacted] mentioned this for me to writeThanks Revdex.com...Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:One of my listings was removed, but not the otherI am sending the screenshot to the Revdex.comThis phone number is an UNLISTED phone number that I pay for each monthThis is out there for all the world to see because of WhitePages.com unfair, unethical business practicesAnd this physical address is continually restored on the website -- EVERY TIME I have it removedAnd now I imagine it will happen even more often, since I've filed this complaint, right? Maybe somewhere will really mess with me and put it in other places around the Internet, right? Because that's the kind of company WhitePages is -- unethicalTo give the canned PR response (obviously copied and pasted from other responses) that WhitePages.com does "make an effort" to compare new information with old information is completely bogusThere is no effortAnd I have not been creating any new records to cause this information to be restoredThis unethical company has just been waiting a while then slapping the information right back on the site. This is clearly breaking the law and violating not only my privacy but the privacy of a lot of people who have filed the same kind of complaints with the Revdex.com, and I am wondering what it's going to take to rein in this unethical businessThere needs to be legislation around the issue of online privacy, because there is NO online privacy right nowAnd it has to start with this unethical business right here Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My name still appears on their websiteIt has completely not been erasedKindly look into it [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***
