Whitepages tries to make information available to everyone, but we understand that people have different needs and priorities when it comes to their data searchesIn order to make that experience easier to customer for each visitor, we set up Whitepages Premium as an alternative service.Premium accesses a wider range of data sources, uses more back-end processes to parse and present the dataIt then cross references information before placing it into accessible bundlesThis is all for an improved ease of useThe monthly membership cost covers the extra technology we use in delivering this data, making it more convenient and comprehensive for you.Your feedback is still appreciated, and will be forward to our product teams for reviewWe make continual improvements to our services, both in functionality and price - we hope that one day we can meet your needsIn the meanwhile, please keep an eye on our news site for product news: http://blog.whitepages.com/

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: here is the weblink They keep publishing my private data despite already requesting that they NEVER post my personal information again They do not have a system in place to stop the republishing of my data They put the onus back on consumers that information may be republished in the future I have opted out I have previously battled with them back in August and filed a Revdex.com complaint back then They continue to purchase data from brokers and just keep "updating" their database with data consumers have already requested to be opted out of publishing This is blatantly denying my rights and creating time and effort on my part to keep tabs on this shady companies practices They have no right to republish any data that has been previously requested to not publish It's a constant game of whack-a-mole trying to stay on top of multiple companies who keep publishing my information They need to provide a solid way of opting out---for good!!! Not just for the lifecycle of their existing data, at that point in time This is blatantly harassment and my next step will be class action lawsuit [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our records indicate that this profile has already been removedThe link that was sent in only links to a generic search for that name, not to any active profiles; following that link will display no profiles for [redacted] .If your data was removed and you see your name lingering in a blue box on Whitepages.com, that is purely a search optimization feature that redirects to our sister service, Whitepages PremiumIf you click that box, you'll find that it does not link to any active profiles for yourselfThat information is only being displayed based on what is entered into the search field. You can test this by doing a search for “Sally User” in Seattle, WashingtonThe name and location will appear in the blue box, but clicking the box will not re-direct to any active profiles for Sally User in Seattle. Our sincere apologies for any confusion or inconvenienceShould you find an **active profile**, please send us a direct URL to that profile at [email protected] you for contacting Whitepages

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am showing as a relative of [redacted] on WhitepagesI nor [redacted] can remove the information This information is listed as a premium result and we are unable to see a profile number unless I purchase the details On Apr 8th I was told by Samantha of Whitepages that the data profile would be removed; and it has not, please see the attached documentation The URL is http://www.whitepages.com/nameNC, Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Yes, we are an auto-renewing serviceJust as if someone were to buy a gym membership, you get billed every monthWhitepages Premium is an auto renew service and a user will keep be billed for the service until it in cancelledAgain, I do not see that we have received any emails from Mr [redacted] until March 24th, requesting for assistance with cancelling the accountMr [redacted] could have logged into his account immediately to cancel his service, but that was not doneWhen running a search on Whitepages Premium, we do state that the charge is "/month" right next to the priceWe do not hide the fact that this is a monthly service
