They're lying. They said in the response "No one factor affects the decision", but there is only ONE factor they base any real estate descision on: Income. They want to be near rich people. That's why there are dozens of those stores in *** *** as you get closer to ***, and in the more affluent sections of ***. They don't care about the other factors on their 'list'. Just that one

This complaint is false The customer and other members of her family repeatedly walked immediately past the registers with their food items and to the cafe to the cafe numerous times and failed to pay for their food They then ate the food and returned for more It was witnessed
by several Whole Foods employees No one ever manhandled the customer Everyone knows that you pay for food items at a register

We are sorry she remains unsatisfied and have no further response to provide in regards to this customer's dispute beyond what we have already stated

Ms*** claim has been reviewed and closed by WFM’s insurance adjuster and the claim was denied.She should reach out directly to her claims adjuster if she has any additional information to add to her claim and would like request it be re-openedAccording to the adjuster’s notes on Ms
*** claim, the premade burgers are prepared and mixed by hand, and Team Members should be reasonably checking for bones during this processMs*** was not able to provide the burger or the bone she allegedly found for the adjuster to inspectBased on these factors, the claim was deniedAgain, if she has additional information and would like to have her claim re-opened, she’ll need to reach out directly to the adjuster

to tell them its the manager at the southglenn store in coloradothey were rude and yell at my stroke recovering mother cuz she says their oranges were sour last time and if they can let her taste firstshe said no with an attitude.she says they don’t want our business
