I am rejecting this response because:Over a month agothe store manager [redacted] asked me to look up for a replacement bag for less than it's original prices.  His rational being it has some usage.  The bag is less than a year old,  and the usage was gentle until the water ruined it's integrity. I wrote the manufactor of the the bag, and explain the story,  and they offered a 60% off discount if they placed the order through that contact,  [redacted]).  I forwarded the information to [redacted], and he told me they would place the order,  and when they recieved it at the store,  they would contact me to pick it up.I contact [redacted], from the company two weeks afterwards and he said no one has placed that order.  I contacted the store numerous times over the past two weeks,  all with excuses that [redacted] is not available to speak with me in particular.  He has returned none of my phone calls or emails.  I specifically spoke with,  of names I can remember [redacted],  [redacted], and [redacted].  Those are the only names I have noted,  but there were many more.  All which said they would make sure he received my messages.  [redacted] said the order had been placed from Vladimir.  [redacted] from bark n the bag said not.  [redacted] said [redacted] said the order had been places,  and perhaps to assume it was from another source.  I can not make any assumption because its been well over two weeks, and any order placed would have arrived already.[redacted] is pretty much lying.  Not only did he lie about placing the order for the replacements,  but also the "allegations" of misdoing from the wholefood employees who cause damamged to my property and sold me some kind of scrap meat at a quantity which was less than I paid.  If I dont get the replacement bag NOW I am reporting this store to consumer affairs.

We are familiar with Ms. [redacted]’s complaints. The call to our corporate office was disconnected due to a fire alarm in the building. Our representative notified Ms. [redacted] she would have to let her go due to the alarm. Ms. [redacted] continued to talk after being notified we would have to end the call. I (her...

supervisor) instructed our rep to hang up in order to evacuate the building. We are sorry for the unfortunate timing of the alarm, but we do feel our team member did her best to try to notify Ms. [redacted] she would need to end the call. We have contacted our [redacted] store, and they have stated they stand by the quality of the second turkey they gave to her husband. As well, we believe the “white goop” should not be cause for alarm, as this alone is not a sign of spoilage and is actually a very normal occurrence. When cooking poultry, retained water in the meat runs out of the meat and carries protein with it. Freezing poultry can sometimes cause additional cellular damage which may lead to more water and more protein escaping during cooking.  The fresh turkeys sold at WFM are kept below freezing to maintain a crust of ice on the surface, which most likely lead to additional cellular damage, as mentioned above. Turkey meat, according to the National Turkey Federation, doesn't freeze at 32°F, but at a [redacted]rature closer to 26°F. Again, our store stands by the quality of the replacement turkey they were given. If Ms. [redacted] remains unsatisfied, she will need to contact our [redacted] store directly to request a refund as we do not process returns at our Global office in Austin. We are sorry again for Ms. [redacted]’s dissatisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:  I looked through my emails and do not have a written response. I think someone in my family must have spoken on my behalf, but I would appreciate if you could reply, so I have this as well. I believe I heard that they were spent at California stores? That would make sense if a family member or friend did so without my knowledge. Could you verify this is what happened? THanks.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. Parking has been a huge problem in the center and we have worked with Avalon for the past year and a half to find a viable solution. We have received a lot of complaints from customers not being able find a parking spot when they come to shop...

We can usually turn a parking spot over every 30 to 45 minutes but have had issues with customers leaving their car in our lot for several hours which prevents people from being able to come in for their grocery shopping needs. We have hired Advanced Booting Services to monitor the lot and Whole Foods Market doesn't get any of the fines.This policy isn't meant to alienate our customers and we started back in November to warn/educate customers about the new parking policy. We started enforcing the booting since the beginning of the year and are also trying to speak to most customers whenever possible about using the general parking area if shopping other retailers. We have put in signs in our lot to let guests know about our parking policy. With the opening of phase 2 in Avalon, there are several new lots and decks available for guests shopping the center.We are hopeful that with the addition of the new decks, parking will be less of an issue but we need to ensure that you or any other customers wanting to shop with us can find parking. We appreciate the feedback.In most cases if you can show your receipt to the store manager showing that you were shopping in the store when your car was booted, they will reimburse you.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, the "rep" I was speaking to did NOT inform me of any fire alarm.  I would have understood.  Further, I called right back, and they answered the phone, so that statement is completely false.  Second, I do not need anyone from Whole Foods to tell me about fat/protein coming from a poultry product.  How insulting.  It appears they think that I never cooked a turkey before.Third ~ I suggest that WHOLE FOODS have their [redacted] location CONTACT ME.  I am not about to CHASE after people who have been rude and sold me unhealthy, unrefrigerated products.Since they have shown their true colors ~ they can send a check in the amount of $80.00 ~ which is the cost of the original turkey, plus the cost of a replacement turkey purchased elsewhere ~ AFTER Thanksgiving.Whole Foods might want to be a bit more gracious to their customer base, instead of lying and making up stories as to why their Customer Service staff were so disrespectful.Completely unacceptable and rude response from Whole Foods ~ however, not unexpected, as this SAME THING happened last year at the same location.  We were assured they were under new management ~ apparently not.
