Ordered a freezer from Walmart's website on April 13, 2020 which they claimed shipped that very day. It was supposed to arrive by the 29th. On the 30th still no freezer and the tracking information showed it was still in Boca Raton, FL. I attempted to contact them by phone several times, leaving messages as no one ever answers and got no response. I emailed them twice through Walmart and got no reply. I contacted Walmart customer service and informed them that I felt it was a fraudulent sale. It was stated on the site I would not be charged until the product shipped. I was charged the same day I place the order and was given a tracking number for the freezer they claimed to have shipped. A month later the supposed freezer still hadn't left Florida. Obviously there was no freezer and they just got the shipping label so they could take my money. As I asked them in one of my emails which they ignored, "who ships a freezer USPS?" Walmart ultimately issued a refund. Do not do business with these crooks. I would give them zero stars if possible. And don't bother responding with the COVID excuse you are giving others. It's bull, you are simply thieves. I was able to get a freezer elsewhere shipped to my home no problem and have received items from the other side of the world with little or no delay.

Wholesale Values charged my credit card for an order through Walmart Marketplace in April 2020 but didn't send the items.
Purchased 2 Gogo Squeez Fruit on the Go Variety packs @ $24.77 each for a total of $49.54 on 4/10/20 due to arrive 4/22/20. Tracking shows: Shipped by Wholesale Values Fri, Apr XX X:XX am Just shipped BOYNTON BEACH, FL USPS MARKETPLACE Tracking Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX My credit card was charged but I haven't received the product. I have sent repeated emails through the Walmart marketplace asking for a refund without receiving any response from Wholesale Values, although Walmart claims I should hear from them within 1 day with each new message I send. My Walmart Order number: XXXXXXX-XXXXXX I am seeking a refund in the amount of $49.54

I received the full refund.

Product ordered and paid for has never arrived. Tracking number not recognized by carrier. Requested refund and no response from supplier.
Placed order on Walmart.com marketplace on 5/11/2020. Order #: XXXXXXX-XXXXXX for a RCA 6 cubic feet upright freezer was charged on my Visa card in the amount of $357.00. Received and email confirmation that the order shipped via USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 5/11/2020 and was due to arrive on or by 5/21/2020. I contacted Walmart.com on Thursday June 11th and I was told that I needed to reach out to Wholesale Values Inc. as they were the shipper and order fulfillment. I sent email to the supplier on 6/11/2020 requesting a refund for the order I have not received. I had assumed that the order was lost. Reaching out to USPS on tracking number I was informed that the label was created but never delivered to their facility.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a full refund.

I ordered a freezer 5/2/20.Tracking shows a number,but waiting on item. I have tried to call & email.No response. Item was supposed be delivered 5/20.
I have reached out to Walmart and the company. I have tried to call the number says the mailbox is full. I have submitted emails. I have requested a refund or to deliver the item I ordered. When I ordered the freezer it did not state it was not available or on back order. This seems fraudulent to me. I cannot cancel the order on Walmart website.
I could have purchased a freezer from some other company by now. I either want my money back or the freezer delivered in great condition.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer to receive the item I ordered as long as it is in new condition, but if that is not an option I want my money back ASAP!

I have not received the product or ordered or a refund.
I ordered a freezer from this company thru *** and I was expected to receive my product 5/22. They attached a USPS Tracking Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. When I checked it for several days it said shipped but there was no changes. I later called *** which they then stated they could not reach the seller and to call them myself. Since they haven't answered my calls I called *** again who instructed me to file a dispute on the charge. My bank has now instructed me to file a complaint with Revdex.com and my bank is currently working on trying to get my money back. I've tried calling the seller @ (XXX) XXX-XXXX but there is no answer and no option to leave a message. Since I filed the dispute with my bank, the status on the shipping shows delayed.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back at this point since I no longer trust this company to deliver my product.

I ordered a freezer on 4/28, never received freezer, no one to contact to get refund. They scammed me!
Ordered on 4/28 RCA 6.5 cu ft upright freezer, white RFRF-690-COM Oder #XXXXXXX-XXXXXX, charged $323.75. Have yet to receive freezer. Called USPS tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Was told shipping label was printed but no freezer found. Walmart customer service referred me Wholesale Values, who then tried to charge me for a "Just Ask" account at $5/mo to get technical advise! Wholesale Values has been totally unreachable! Walmart needs to know they are associated with scammers! I also went to my local paper to investigate this company. I cannot reach ANYONE who can help me refund my money!! Or find the freezer!!

Don't order from this vender. I placed an order through Walmart. They created a shipping label and sent it to USPS so they could claim item shipped and bill then never shipped anything. I wrote them several times with no responses.

Using this canned response and using COVID 19 as an excuse for your scamming clients is just not acceptable. Your actions speak for themselves. Creating shipping labels so you can show Walmart you have, "Shipped," and get paid and never shipping product is criminal! When almost every review states the same thing this is no accident it is intentional.

Ordered a deep freezer on May 4th and decided to cancel the order the very next day on May 5th and till this day I have not been refunded.
On May 4th I ordered and paid for a RCA 6.5 cu ft upright freezer through *** On May 5th I contacted *** via their website to cancel this order with the remarks "Please cancel this order. Ive purchased another freezer" Guess what? No response from your company!! However, I did get information stating my Freezer should arrive on May 21st. On May 7th I repeated this same process of requesting this order to be cancelled...and again, No response! On May 22nd, 1 day after I was due delivery of my purchase I sent ANOTHER email stating "Did you cancel this order? If so, why was I billed and still have not received any merchandise from you? Interesting...Still no response from anyone with this company explaining what happened and why was I not refunded!! So..I sent yet another email via the Walmart website on June 1st stating "Ive tried numerous times to cancel this order and still no response nor has your company refunded my money" Enough is Enough!! REFUND ME MY MONEY!! Oh...1 last thing, today is June 6th...STILL NO FREEZER or my MONEY!!

I purchased a freezer and they took the money and never delivered and wouldn't respond to calls during the pandemic
I purchased the freezer on May 5,2020 expected delivery on the 22 May. They took $320.75 on the 5th May. They sent a fake USPS document May 15 stating that they were delayed. I contacted USPS and they had no record for the item. I tried to contact the company with no success. This situation caused me some serious anxiety with money so tight and no work. Today is June 2 and I'm still working to get my money back.

I need a freezer of equal size. I don't care where they get it. I want the freezer

I ordered a freezer on May 3rd from this retailer through Wal-mart.com. The freezer was over $300 and was supposed to be delivered by May 20th. I have not received a freezer. The email sent to me on May 9th saying ordered was shipped has actually not been shipped. The tracking number was created through USPS and USPS has not received anything to be shipped. I have requested to cancel my order and a full refund but no response from this company. I believe this company is a *** Wal-Mart should not allow this company to advertise on there website.

I am unable to contact this company to find out where the product is that I ordered from them. They have taken a payment with no delivery of product.
I purchased an upright 6.5 cubic feet white upright freezer from Wholesale Values through Walmart.com on May 2nd. The order number is XXXXXXX-XXXXXX and I was billed 299.77 on my credit card. The freezer was due to arrive on May 24. I tracked the package on USPS with the number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and it said the package was delayed. I e-mailed Wholesale Values with no response back and there was no contact number. I contacted USPS to check into this problem and I was told by an employee at USPS that there was no evidence of this package being shipped to a USPS site. The package was too large to ship through USPS and it appeared to be a scam. I am trying to get my money back through Walmart .com. Please close Wholesale Values. INC. down since they are a fraudulent business.

I would like to have a refund. I contacted *** customer service and they said the charge will come off of my credit card in 5 business days.

I did receive my refund from *** I still am concerned about Wholesale Values which is a fake business and should be shut down so they do not take anyone else's money. They are supposedly shipping appliances through the postal service which can't be done. Please stop this fraud from happening to others.

Never received product they are part of Walmart Marketplace
Walmart Marketplace-vendor ordered RCA 6.5 cu ft freezer order XXXXXXX-XXXXXX on 4/27. My credit card was charged 4/29. I was given a delivery date 5/14 and a tracking number from the USPS. I have attached the tracking information. I also attached what communicated 4/29 shipment received acceptance pending. I contacted USPS and this is not even a tracking number. I waited around all day for delivery, went on Walmart's website sent email to this vendor nothing, escalated and nothing. Waited on hold to speak with Walmart sometimes up to 2 hours. Spoke with Walmart 4 times including today. They issued the service contract refund 5/19 for $36.38. Today, I informed Walmart that I would not be waiting another 4-5 days for them to contact vendor I already had cancelled and requested refunds for both the service contract and the freezer. Walmart told me they will issue the refund today. Wholesale Values misrepresented that they even had the product used a phone tracking number. I am a SR Citizen and feel they are scam artists and the public needs to be aware of this. The information I attached is what is listed when you look up your order.

Want them to receive an unfavorable rating and anything else you a able to do.

The company knew that they could not supply the product it was ordered on April 29th but my credit card was charged. On 5/27 it still is awaiting clearance from what? They made no attempt to inform or resolve their customer questions. We waited all day for a delivery and were given a bogus tracking number. Yes, the number could not be identified by the USPS. Sadly, I spent hours-waiting to speak with someone to try to get this resolved with Walmart Marketplace. They never responded initially to my inquiry I made to them on Walmart Marketplace but took the time to answer to Revdex.com. Apparently, I was not the only one that went thru this and the sad thing due to my waiting to receive their product I lost out on buying a freezer from a reputable company and now freezers are in short supply.

So this attempt to provide an excuse is just that an attempt.

This business responded 6/1/2020 and when I provided further detail they responded on 6/27/20 with the exact same response word for word. I do not need any further response from them. I have been refunded my money, however, I would like others to know that this company advertises merchandise that they have no intention of delivering and make no effort to make the consumer aware of this so buyer beware and request they receive a unfavorable rating.

I understand we are in a pandemic that's why I need this refund. the response on this case I understand, but this company has a lots of complaints of non payment and not responding to consumer.

I ordered a Laptop Wholesale thru *** on 5/1/20. Not delivered on 5/20/20. Can't contact.
Purchase date was 5/1/20, delivery scheduled for 5/20/20. Model: HP Pavilion 15.6 Laptop Intel Core i5 Touchscreen.
