Clearly a *** Ordered a freezer on April 30, supposed to arrive May 18. A USPS label was created on May 5 so they could say they shipped and charge me. USPS never received the item and they don't ship items of that size anyway. Tried to contact them twice to cancel the order. No response. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a freezer from these people ( I am using this term loosely) on April 22, 2020. Payment was processed on April 26th., label made for USPS but never shipped. I have emailed this "company" three different times, and called the number that I found online...it is a cell phone, and no messages can be left because the mailbox is full. I will be contacting Wal-Mart for a refund.

Same as everyone else. FRAUD per the USPS the tracking number/shipping label was for 1oz priority mail . per email sent May 8th Your items are on the way. We've included the tracking information below..... NOT... Now I am seeing over 30 complaints for the same freezer never received but charged. Ordered off walmart.com on May 2nd... charged May 2nd. Will be contacting Florida and my home state AG tomorrow. No stars but one for complaint.

Advertising freezers through *** Consumer complaints since April 2020 show no freezers have ever been delivered to customers.
I am one of the dozens of people who in good faith purchased an Rca upright freezer from the *** website who have never received the product. See

for a sample of on-line complaints about this company. My story is the same as these. I have contacted *** but have as yet received any feedback.

The screenshot included shows what a fraud this is, starting with the idea that a 91 pound freezer would be shipped via USPS.

Desired Outcome

As are many who have been caught up in this fraud I am trying to request a refund through *** I just want your concern to be aware of this scam.

Thanks to the Revdex.com for eliciting a response to my complaint. I accept the company's excuse for being short-staffed, though I will note that e-mail responses to clients can be done from home so the "lockdown" excuse rings a bit hollow as a reason for not responding to inquiry I made through *** BTW *** issued a refund within 24 hours of my complaint to them.

Order placed 4/28/2020. Delivery date promised 5/15/2020. Item still not delivered and company will not respond.
I reluctantly ordered an OVERPRICED freezer from this vendor through *** on 4/28/2020 because they promised a delivery of 5/15/2020. I still have not received the freezer and the company will not respond to my emails. When I try to call the listed phone number, it states that the voicemail is full. The vendor misrepresented the delivery date knowing that it could not deliver the product on time in my opinion. There are other complaints online stating the same story and the response is that they have been closed due to ***. They knew the *** was an issue when the orders were placed and still had a ship and delivery date within 2 weeks. If I had known the vendor could not fill the order, I would have ordered this OVERPRICED item from another vendor. This has resulted in a tremendous waste of almost a month and I still have no place to store the frozen foods that I ordered. I would suggest that no one do business with this vendor due to their misrepresentation of delivery.

Desired Outcome

If you cannot deliver this item by May 23, 2020 I want a full refund issued immediately. You can call me if you would like at XXX-XXX-XXXX if you would like to try to explain how you didn't know the Chinese Virus was going to affect shipping on April 28th when the rest of the world knew by then.

The *** did not keep this company from communicating with me for over a month after I contacted them. It certainly did not prevent them from taking my money. They did not respond to multiple emails and their phone number would not accept calls. They also did not respond to *** when they contacted them on my behalf. They did not instruct my credit card company to issue me a credit. I received the credit from *** upon my own request. This company advertised that they would have the product and that it could be delivered on a specific date when they knew they couldn't get it to me on that date. It wasted at least a month of my life and hours trying to get information and my refund. This company made NO attempt to contact me and still hasn't. The only reason they have responded in this forum is because I filed a complaint. I would not do business with this company due to their complete lack of consideration for a customer who had already paid in full for a product. Their Revdex.com rating for customer service should be an F. The excuse that the *** kept them from communicating with me for more than a month is not valid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE

There is nothing to resolve. I resolved this issue myself due to no communication from the seller. Please lower the rating of this business and post my complaint so that other consumers don't have to go through the same thing with a company that will try to *** them.

Company sells product that they don't have.
I ordered an RCA freezer from this company via the *** website. They attempted to process the order without actually sending the freezer, which they don't have. I have attempted several times to contact this company and cancel the order, no response. After several calls to Walmart, I found out that there are many people who were scammed by this company and *** is taking action against them to stop them from selling on their site.

Desired Outcome

Stop selling item that they don't have or don't have access to.

It appears that there are many complaints about this company. Using COVID-19 as an easy excuse does not work. The lockdown does not stop a company from issuing credits for orders they had no intention of filling. In review with *** they have told us that they will no longer allow this business to sell on their platform, this action by *** is satisfactory.

All they did was copy and paste their original response... I still do not accept. It would appear this company tried to *** a lot of people out of money.

My wife ordered two different items from this company, card was charged, but items have not shipped.
We ordered an upright freezer from a Walmart marketplace on May 1 and a bag of coffee on March 24. Both items show shipped with USPS tracking, but it is only creation of the label. I purchased a Freezer on *** on April 29, 2020 from this seller with guaranteed delivery on May 14, 2020 the item has never been shipped.
I purchased a Freezer on Walmart.com on April 29, 2020 from this seller and paid an extra $75.00 for guaranteed delivery on May14, 2020. The freezer has never been shipped. I have contacted *** twice and emailed the seller per *** instructions. The seller has refused to respond to my email. Due the my immediate need for a freezer I was forced to purchase one from another seller The total cost of the Freezer from Wholesale Values was $408.77. Since Wholesale Values did not meet their commitment I want my order cancelled and my $408.77 money refunded.

They are a third party vendor on *** website, I ordered a freezer from them, they have scammed me.
On April 29, 2020, I placed Order #XXXXXXX-XXXXX, in the amount of $299.77, For item: RCA 6.5 cu ft Upright Freezer, White RFRF690-COM, On the ***-*** website, Sold by Wholesale Values, as a third arty vendor. Original delivery date of 5/11/2020. On 5/3/2020 I received shipping notice with USPS tracking, this is when I first became curious. Since when does the USPS ship freezers? ... That email stated delivery would be by end of day 5/15/2020. They charged my credit card on that same day, Sunday, 5/3/2020. I kept checking the tracking number,, there was no movement, no change, on 5/14/2020 I used the "contact seller" feature through my Walmart account order page and sent a message asking about my delivery that was due the next day, what transport company should I expect,, what time frame? Would they call first, ect... I received an automated response form from *** telling me the seller would respond within 24 hours. They never did. The 15th came & went, No Freezer, No contact from the company. I reached out to *** customer service and was told I needed to deal with the vendor. I have since sent another message to them, again, no response. Upon some internet searching, it appears I am not alone. I fear this company has scammed me out of my money and I will never get my freezer and I will have to throw away the extra food I purchased. I can't find any real contact information for this company anywhere. No phone number, no email.

I ordered freezer on April 28, which was to be delivered no later than May 12, which has not arrived and is indefinitely delayed. I want a refund.
I ordered a deep freezer on April 28th, 2020. The deep freezer was to arrive no later than May 12th, 2020. Order number XXXXXXX-XXXXXX. I used a Discover credit card in the amount of $374.93 (including the warranty I purchased, the freezer was $299.77 plus tax). I reached out on May 15th as the delivery date came and went and the tracking number never updated (USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). They state you will hear back in one business day, but never heard back. I have tried to call or do chat for a refund, but the wait times are over an hour and when you request a call back, no one ever does. I contacted them via message again today for a refund, which is what I am requesting: my order be cancelled and a refund given. I ordered via third party through Walmart.com but to get the refund, the order must be cancelled by the seller since they mark the item as "shipped" even though nothing has ever happened in 18 days since a label was generated. I have more files I can attach as evidence, but it will only let me attach one below.

Non delivery of a stand up freezer and company generated a fake tracking number on May 07, 2020.
May 1st,2020 placed order(order # XXXXXXX-XXXXXX/Walmart.com) for a RCA stand up freezer(over 85lbs.) With Walmart.com and referred customers to Wholesale Values(by Walmart.com) to order this freezer. Paid infull 326.00
USD and when tried calling their phone number numerous times no answer and no replies to 4+ emails through Walmart.com. Wrote and called Walmart complaint line and emailed back that Wholesale Values will get back to you. Looked up their review page and there is over 20+ complaints made for non delivery of freezers in the last 3 weeks. And entire page has over 250+ negative reviews of non delivered and no refunds made with a non working phone number to company listed above. Looking for a full refund of my order as I was promised delivery by May 10, 2020 and it has come and gone with no response from Wholesale values who work with Walmart.com online shopping. I needed to order another freezer due to no response from this company and unable to cancel through Walmart due to fake tracking number with no item/freezer given to USPS. Tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Boca Raton Fl. 33432 May 07,2020 @11:20 AM sceduled delivery May 20 but generated on May 07,2020 with no pick up instructions for USPS. USPS help line stated the tracking number is for 1 ounce package with no further pick up date and informed me that they do not delivery items over 70lbs.(this freezer is over 85 lbs. Out of box). As a former law enforcement officer and seeing all these complaints, I believe this is a bogus appliance company with tiny office that has disappeared after collecting funds all these promised freezers and other non delivered items.

Walmart only has records of this false tracking number and is referring this to Wholesale Values Inc. and I'm trapped in this scam and no responses or voice answering machine at Wholesale Values Inc.. Between emails, phone call attempts by Walmart and myself it well over 10 attempts with no responses from Wholesale Values Inc.. If Walmart just checked the over 250 negative reviews on their web site they will see this are the only reviews for Wholesale Values Inc.(over 20 undelivered complaints for freezer in last 3 weeks).
I have forwarded all Walmart receipts, USPS tracking proof of non pick up of Freezer.

Company is a scam and Walmart has pulled them from their website.
I ordered a freezer on Apr 30th to be delivered May 19th. W V posted items being shipped USPS to arrive May 19th. Apparently this is the same line given to many other consumers. The phone number is phoney, their is no response from their email given. USPS will not ever deliver an 80lb freezer per the USPS. Walmart is aware of the problem and has pulled them from their website.

I just want you aware this company has pulled a scam on myself, Walmart and many other people. They need to apologize to all of us honestly.

I ordered a freezer on May 4 through Walmart. sadly to say that this is a *** and a fraud. The freezer doesn't exist. They even created a Usps label and the update says shipped, then on it's way, now delayed.

I bought a freezer from seller Wholesale Value, Inc. on the Walmart website. Received a shipping tracking number through USPS. The 80 Lb freezer was not what was shipped. The shipping number is for a one ounce item. Never received the freezer. Walmart was very good in returning my money and they told me that Wholesale Value, Inc is no longer a member on the Walmart Website. Buy beware. Also check the Manta.com reviews along with the Walmart reviews. This was not an issue with the virus and shelter in place order. I hope the Revdex.com will take notice of this.

Ordered a television through Walmart, fulfilled by Wholesale Values as a third party seller. Absolute scam as they charged my credit card, created a USPS label and then NEVER shipped. There are hundreds and hundreds of people who have also been scammed:

They took my money, made a label, and never shipped my item. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I purchased on Walmart's website. Now I'm trying to get my money back. They will send an email saying your item shipped, but when you check the tracking number it shows only the label was made. I thought it was odd that they would use the postal service to ship an appliance. That makes me think there was never any intention on sending anything. I hope they return my money fast, just like they took my money fast!

This is nothing short of fraud. The information that we have is that our freezer shipped via USPS 18 days ago. Since when has the post office delivered freezers? The tracking number is invalid and their phone goes right to a "the mailbox is full" recording. Walmart is of no help. I wish there was a rating lower than zero.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order and it was supposedly shipped on May 5th with expected delivery on May 18th. Well today is the 19th and Walmart has no answers as to where my item is! I have called and emailed with no response. If I could give a negative star, I would. Even if I would have walked the item from their location to mine, it would not take 13 days!

I am another one of hundreds of customers that ordered a freezer through this company only to find out that the information I was given about shipping was completely false, if this company couldn't fulfill the orders they should not have taken them. Wal-Mart needs to cut all ties with this business, there are hundreds of complaints against this company on there website. Would give them negative 5 stars if possible!
