I purchased a laptop through *** marketplace sellers on April XX XXXX. It has not been delivered. They will not return my emails. their voice mail
ordered lap top. have not received it. that was april 10, 2020. the phone number says voice mail not available. They do not respond to emails. I contacted the realty company of that address and they are at 1050 northwest avenue Boca Raton. *** is the CEO. Below is my order info through *** website.

the tracking number I was given is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for USPS. which shows it has not been started.That it is on way to a post office.

I want my money back. it was taken from my prepaid debit card through netspend

Item ordered not received. Company will not answer multiple emails asking for update ETA on purchase.
I placed an order April 23rd for a new TV through *** website which this company fulfills. I received an eta of shipment of APR 28-May 4. I sent in multiple emails over the past 10 days after noticing that package was delayed for a very long time. I purchase online daily and am very experienced in the delivery of items. I totally understand shipping delays, inventory errors, and others. What I do not agree in is not being contacted after multiple attempts just asking for an updated eta. I want an answer to when my product will arrive. If its not available, just let me know and I will cancel. Do not leave me in the dark for over a week and not return emails. I can provide extra documentation of order receipts if needed. Thank you

I want my item delivered and an update to when it will be delivered.

Because they a crooked company

This company collected 317.76 from me for a freezer they never had and they never shipped.
This company sells their items through Walmart.com. I purchased a 6.5 cu ft RCA upright freezer from them on 4/20/20 for 317.76. I received a shipping email from Walmart on 4/24 advising time would be delivered by end of day 5/7/20. A shipping label was created by vendor; however no item was ever shipped. After doing addition research online I found out this vendor scams people by charging them for this item and never shipping anything out. They are collecting money for theses items and creating fake USPS mail labels to make it seem like they are shipping something out but they are not. I reported them to Walmart and they are now aware this company is a fraud and will be blocking them from selling anything on their platform.

Desired Outcome

This business needs to be shut down and prosecuted for felony theft. They are stealing people's hard earned money by falsely advertising a product they don't even have.

They scammed a bunch of people. I spoke to Walmart and they confirmed this - this is how I was able to receive my refund from Walmart directly not this company. Even with COVID going on they could have responded to calls and emails.

This company is selling on Walmart creating fake shipping labels with the USPS in order to charge the customer but never sends the product ordered.
I ordered a freezer they charged my credit card and never sent the freezer. Created a shipping label with USPS in order to take payment. USPS does not ship large items. Please see the attached document with complaints from many other customers that they have also taken advantage of. They are still operating on Walmarts website and under different company names. They should be arrested for fraud.

Desired Outcome

They should refund every customer they took advantage of and stop operating all business under Kenneth and ***.

The company is lying. They created a shipping label with tracking info for the united states postal office. The post office does not ship freezers. The tracking number in Walmart still shows pending receipt of item for a priority mail envelope. You never had intentions of shipping a freezer. If this was a delay due to Covid why would a shipping label be created? You are just taking advantage of people during a pandemic!

On April 16, I processed an order (order#XXXXXXX-XXXXXX) for an upright freezer from Wholesale Values at *** The next message I received was on April 24 claiming the shipment information had been set up with Boca Raton, FL Post office but the post office was awaiting its arrival. As of May 1, that had not been updating on the tracking. On May 1, I emailed the company's listed email address of ***@gmail.com and have yet to receive a response. I have also attempted calling their listed phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX on the following instances: 5-1 @1257 pm, 5-2 @652 pm, & 5-6 @905 am. All three attempts to reach by phone yielded the same result: I reached a generic recording saying that either the voicemail had not been set up, or that the voicemail was full. I had the same result when I tried calling XXX-XXX-XXXX today @9:07 am. On 5-2, I chatted with *** via their customer service online chat forum. I filed a complaint against the vendor for not having responded within the 24 hour policy time frame set forth by *** for their third party vendors. I was also told that if I had not heard from the vendor about a proper delay, or received it by May 8, that Walmart.com would process a refund to me. On 5-2, I also filed a claim with USPS to investigate the whereabouts of this freezer in the case it is moving in their system but not being properly tracked. The post office called me yesterday but I had missed the cal and they left no voicemail. I called the number back today and was told they will call me back after 11 am when they are doing phone calls about claims. So, as of now, I have had zero contact response from the vendor and don't know if the freezer I ordered for medical supplies and foods is even en route. USPS tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my freezer this week OR get a full refund by this weekend. I would like the vendor to be held responsible for their actions.

I personally own a small business and had to temporarily freeze its operation due to covid 19. I still responded to messages, had a valid outgoing message recorded, and spoke to my vendor sites to communicate my temporary store closure. The fact that even the site they sell through couldn't reach them makes me feel like this a lie, as they clearly created a shipping label through USPS for a one ounce item, which couldn't Be done for a large freezer. I do not trust the response and I still think this is a lie. If they were on lockdown, they could have had at least one person handling this area of business. Unacceptable behavior.

While I do not believe their reason in their response, and the refund already was issued through *** long before they responded, I will let my case rest. I'm glad they have finally responded and I hope they decide to handle their business better in the future.
