My order was shipped on 4-29-20 was not received as of 5-16-20. No answer on my emails. I was notified that I would receive it by 5-15-20. Nothing yet, no notifications nothing and were talking about a $400 or so order.
Tried to contact Walmart and they couldn't help. I'm going to cancel order and reverse my charge through the bank unless I hear something.

Promised order never arrived. Company won't take calls or reply to emails. Finally cancelled order through Walmart. Not to be trusted.

If that is the case then you shouldn't be promising an early delivery date. The delivery date was a good month and a half before anyone else, which is why we ordered from you. I'm curious as to what was shipped to the Post Office? The USPS found fault with the item and held the order due to improper procedure.

I ordered a freezer on April 29th and still have not received it. This company does not reply to emails and does not answer their phone.

I could understand if my item was not shipped because of being on "lockdown" or "working with limited staff". But I was given a tracking number on May 3rd and the tracking info still says Package Acceptance Pending. Upon further investigating with the USPS I found out the shipping label created used First-Class Package Service - USPS First Class Package Service is a fast, cost-effective way to ship lightweight packages weighing up to 15.99 ounces to any U.S. destination. So how can my 90 lb freezer be shipped using First-Class Package Service?

I can also verify that there was not a credit issued to my account for the freezer I never received.

If shopping on Walmart.com make sure you never order from Wholesale Values.

I ordered a freezer throught walmart.com and they go through this compony for this iteam and I never recived it and now walmart will not return .
I purchesed a freezer through walmart.com and they go through whole Vale for the freezer ,I was suppose to get it on 05/14/2020 and never got it,I contacted walmart and they said that there was an issue ,so I contacted whole value and no answer and I read the reviews and their are 6 people with the same issue that they never recived the freezer.so I called walmart back and they said there was nothing they could do.I purched the freezer on 04/28/2020 and it was suppose to come on 05/14/2020 the price I paiad was $358.88 and I would like my monet back.

Freezer was not shipped as stated to USPS. Case number XXXXXXXX at USPS. Post Master stated the PKG was never given to them by the shipper. Order number XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Item ID XXXXXXXXX RCA 6.5 cu ft upright freezer purchased from Walmart on may 2 2020. Visa card used amount $314.76. no contact from them regarding freezer.

Company billed me for goods it never delivered (ordered through Walmart). Order was cancelled, refund should have been issued.
Company charged me for items it never delivered (ordered through Walmart.com). Order was delayed multiple times, then cancelled. Company kept money and didn't issue refund. Company is non-responsive. There are dozens of other complaints on walmart.com indicating this company is fraudulent. They take money and never ship goods.

Despite whatever they say a refund has not been issued. Even today the Walmart site still shows this as active but delayed (continually for 2 months now). Walmart says to contact the vendor (Wholesale Values). Wholesale Values says contact Walmart. They are selling goods that don't exist and were never shipped. Nothing has changed. The fact that dozens of others have complained about the same confirms the scam.

Would give 0 stars if allowed! I ordered on 4/27/2020, should of been here 5/5/2020. Still nothing! They have no phone number. Sent 3 emails no response. Ordered off of Walmart marketplace. They will not help you get your money back either. Do not do business with this place! I looked on reviews in 2 days 14 bad reviews.BUYER BEWARE!

On 4/29 I orderd a freezer from this company thru Walmanrt.com. They provided a tracking number for USPS. Never delivered the product.
According to the reviews on this companies site this has happened to many people. They are offering this freezer, taking payment submitting a tracking number with a delivery date of the past week. The tracking numer is for a USPS letter according to the Post Office and cannot be more than 2 ounces .I questioned the process when I saw that the merchandise was shipping USPS as the freezer weighs over their maximum weight limit. Which in actuality means they never had the freezer and definitely no intention of shipping it. There needs to be an investigation into this company. They do not answer emails or the phone number although I tried both several times.
I have contacted Walmart.com and was lucky enough to get a refund for my purchase.

Desired Outcome

If you cannot deliver a product do not advertise it or use it to gain money without delivering a product. That is called THEFT

Tried calling Wholesale Values on two numbers I was given for them: (XXX) XXX-XXXX and (XXX) XXX-XXXX. One goes to a VM that isn't set up, the other to a VM that is full. Both are set up to ring direct to VM.

Desired Outcome

I only wish to receiv the item I paid for over a month ago. It would be nice if they would call and explain what happened to the item they had listed as "in stock" and why they have a tracking number for so long if it hasn't been shipped yet. But getting my product it most important for me. Thank you.

I still want my product delivered, it was nice they are offering some type of credit but fails to explain when they anticipate the delivery of my "in stock" item. All I am requesting is now that lockdown is lifted when I can expect my product. Thank you.

I didn't want a credit, I would like my product which they reflected was not only in stock, but they had issued a shipment tracking number. I either want my ordered product, or this company to explain why they mislead me with listing it was in stock and that it had shipped. Thank you

Do not trust this seller. They have *** dozens if not hundreds of buyers by selling freezers and other items but not shipping them. They have been generating shipping labels with USPS since April or earlier, with low weights, for freight items USPS does not accept. USPS has not received these items and delivery dates have passed for the buyers. I am one of them - they do not respond! Check reviews on Walmart.com.

Purchased a freezer through Wal Mart that was sold by Wholesale Value.
On 4/22/2020 I purchased the RCA 6.5 cu ft upright freezer the money was removed from my account that same day. I checked back and found that the freezer allegedly shipped via USPS on 4/27/2020 with an arrival date at my home on 5/04/2020 to 5/11/2020. After the 4th I checked again and all I could find was again that it was shipped on 4/27/2020 via USPS. I waited again until late evening the 11th and when the freezer did not come I again checked and again all I could see was that it had shipped via USPS on 4/27/2020.
I know that when anything is shipped via USPS they always give you a day by day account of where your item is. I contacted Wal Mart internet site where I had made the purchase and was informed that there was nothing they could do but make contact with the seller and have them contact me. After a day not hearing anything I went to the Wholesale Value online site and tried to send them an email. Every time I tried my email was rejected. So I tried calling the number for them on their site. I was informed that their number was not set up to leave messages. On the 14th I again went to the Wal Mart site and eventually received a telephone call from an agent by the name of Jeanette. I informed Jeanette of my problem and that I now wanted a refund so that I could go out and buy a freezer from a more reputable company. Jeanette stated that she understood but did not have the authority to grant the refund but she would send an email up to some one who could and that I should hear something the next day. After not hearing anything from Wal Mart the next day I again tried to track the freezer. This time it stated that the freezer had been delayed. On 5/15/2020 I again tried to make contact with Wholesale Value via the internet and requested a chat. During the chat I explained the problem and was then directed to a site to continued the chat but having to pay a dollar to do so. I decided I've had enough and it was time to take further action.

Desired Outcome

Wholesale Value was paid $321.50 for the freezer that I have not received. I want a full refund.

I purchased a HP Laptop on 4/12/2020.
I ordered a HP Laptop computer from *** and the seller is Whole Sale Values on 4/12/2020 and haven't received it. I have called the number provided twice and voice mailbox hasn't been set up so, I can't leave a message. I have also sent emails three different times requesting a response and I have not received any response back. The email address is ***@gmail.com. Phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX . This is the information I was provided on the customer service website. I want an explanation of why I haven't received the HP Laptop that I have already paid for.

I got in touch with Walmart.com and they told me that they have removed the third party vender from there website. Walmart customer service said that they weren't response to them either. They also refunded me my money. I did let Walmart know that I sent in a complaint to the Revdex.com, they thanked me for that. Thanks for your help with this issue.

Ordered an item two weeks ago was supposed to be delivered today havent received any updates
On April 29, 2020 I purchased the RCA 6.5 cu Upright Freezer, White RFRF690-COM via *** but item is from Wholesale Values. I purchased the item for $317.76 order #XXXXXXX-XXXXXX I am requesting a refund as I have not received not 1 update for the item and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from the company. I have reached out via message and phone and both unavailable for me. I am requesting a refund for the item as a shipment label was made for the item on April 29th but item has not actually sent out yet. I am currently unemployed with 2 small children, I need the money back if the item isn't sent to me in an reasonable timespan.

I accept this response from the retailer. While I would have rather received my item I will take a store credit given that I placed an order through another site.

freezer ordered on april 23 payment taken on april 27 email showing shipped with order number and tracking number from usps. tracking freezer with what info they gave me is useless usps doesnt ship over 70 pounds. tried to call both numbers they have listed but unable to get a person or to leave a message says mailbox is not set up to take messages. email doesnt work either keeps giving me an error message. horrible horrible horrible company.

On 3/29/20 purchased a laptop from *** marketplace. We never received the laptop. We can not get anyone to speak to us about a refund.
On 3/29/20 order a HP 15DA0076NR 15.6 Intel Core i3 Windows Touchscreen Laptop from Walmart through the Walmart Marketplace from Wholesale Values. The total on the purchase including tax and protection plan $531.02.

On 4/6/20 we received tracking update that the laptop had shipped, with expected delivery of 4/8/20. On 4/8/20 tracking was updated to delayed stating item never arrived to USPS. Since then tracking has never updated and have never been updated with any other information.

On 4/15/20 We reached to *** a customer service rep at *** and he said he would email Wholesale Values and begin to process the refund. HE stated that within 24 hours we would an email from Wholesale Values regarding the refund. No email was received. We were given the reference number XXXXXX-XXXXXX in case we were not contacted.

on April 24, 2020 we called *** again since Wholesale Value does not answer their phone. Understanding that they may be closed due to Covid shelter in place this whole time we called *** again, we were on hold for 2 hours. We spoke to a Denise. She told us that this issue would be expedited up to her manager and we would receive an email regarding our refund within 24 hours. We still to this day have not received an email or any type of correspondence.

5/13/20 today we tried to email the saler and the phone just rings and rings and the voice mail states that the person has not set up a voice mail box. We attempted to email the saler through the *** website and conveniently it states that this feature is not allowed.

Desired Outcome

We would like our money back from this purchase. We did not receive this purchase. We used our *** credit card. We needed that laptop for our children to homeschool since schools are closed and I am now working from home. We had to go out an buy another laptop. So right now it is affecting our credit score as well. Because we have more on our credit cards because it shows we bought 2 laptops when we only needed one.

Product never received and no answer to emails or calls.
RCA 6.5 upright freezer purchased through the *** online site. Order XXXXXXXXXXXXX. $299.00 on April 29, 2020. Site said that items was shipped on March 5, 2020, but it was not received by USPS. Shipping ticket was a fraud. Emailed four times and called, no answers. Requesting a refund because I don't have my product.

Company has taken money from my debit card for a product that has not been delivered.
This company is a 3rd party seller on Walmart. On April 20th I ordered a laptop costing $478 from them through Walmart. It was supposed to be delivered to me on May 6th. USPS tracking online could provide no information other than the package was delayed. After calling USPS I learned that this company created a label for the package since April 24th but has not delivered them the package. It seems as if this is the normal practice for this company. Attempts to contact this company have been fruitless. I would like my money refunded.

I would like a full refund of my money or I will file a police report for theft

This business has not responded to any phone calls or emails sent to them. I did eventually receive a refund through Walmart not the company.

I placed an ordered through the Walmart website that was suppose to be fulfilled by Wholesale Values. They did not ship or reply to email.

I can't return the item to Walmart for a refund because I never got it. I can't cancel it because Walmart thinks it was shipped!

I ordered a freezer online through ***.com on April 24, 2020. I cancelled this order on April 25, 2020 by responding to their email.
My credit card was charged $318.51 on April 28, 2020 after I had responded to their email stating they had received my order. I have tried to call the number *** has given me. The message is that this voice mail box is not set up. I have been on hold with *** for an hour. The most recent email I received from the vendor says that this freezer has been shipped and is supposed to arrive tomorrow, May 12, 2020 by USPS. This is a *** and I want $318.51 refunded to my credit card. I have read numerous complaints on ***'s website in regard to this company.

Desired Outcome

Cancel the shipment of the freezer and refund the $318.51 to my Capital One credit card.
