This company took my money and never gave me the deep freezer I ordered! I was *** by this supposed company. Beware!!!!

Ordered item not received payment has been taken.
On May 1, 2020 I ordered an upright freezer from wholesale value and I received a shipping an email that said shipping was shipped on May 6 and as of today May 25, 2020 I still have not received the item the item is still says that it's still in Florida awaiting approval of the shipment. The payment was taken out of my account on the day that it was supposed to have been shipped.

Desired Outcome

This company has committed fraud there are several complaints about the same order especially during these hard times of COVID-19 whatever resolution you deem feasible for committing fraud

Usps does not deliver the type of package. You had no intention of sending the freezer. You committed fraud!

I ordered a freezer from this company through Walmart marketplace. My account reflected the freezer would arrive on May 15, 2020. IT NEVER ARRIVED!
They do not answer calls, or emails!
This company has committed fraud on many, many people!
I see by responses from them on here to others that they are blaming Covid-19. However the product was just put up the end of April, and USPS tracking was May 4. Covid was already around, so they are using this as an excuse.
If they can respond on here, then they can contact the buyers, or even Walmart to say there is a delay!

order is more than a week late. They refuse to contact me back about status or a refund/cancellation. I've made multiple attempts.
Ordered a freezer on *** marketplace thru them. We are over a month since I ordered, and over a week past expected delivery date. There is no valid phone number and they don't respond to the message requests thru the *** site.

Desired Outcome

I want either a status (which includes a quick delivery date) or an immediate full refund.

The seller stated my freezer would arrive on 5/19/20 but it was still in FL.USPS does not ship items over 70lbs. They lied to USPS about weight of it.
The seller stated to Walmart that my freezer would arrive on 5/19/20. On that date, it was still listed as being in FL. I called Walmart.com many times and they had trouble getting in contact with the seller. A Walmart rep was able transfer me to the USPS and they said the item never made to a USPS location. It was still at the sellers location. I let her know I didn't think USPS shipped freezers Andre they don't ship anything over 70 pounds. The freezer is over 100 pounds and the seller told USPS the item was only 1 pound and they paid about $2.00 in shipping. There is no contact information for the seller on Walmart's website. I also saw many other people write the same review when I searched the company after the call.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund. I will attempt to get it from walmart first since that may be easier than reaching out to a fraudulent company

I accept the response only because I have already received the refund from Walmart. It took a month for them to acknowledge only after being contacted by the Revdex.com. They blame it on Covid-19, but they never updated the shipping status until my last call with Walmart. Unprofessional, even with the state if the situation.

Wholesale Values is a *** They don't return e-mails and their voice message system is full. In addition other people have been scammed by Wholesale Values. See attachment below.

Generic answers..

We do not have a good impression of this business. We purchased an item on April 6th, costing over $400.00. It was supposed to be shipped on April 10th, apparently they purchased a label and insurance but never shipped the item. It was due on April 23rd. We have tried to contact them every day since April 26th to no avail. It is now May 22nd. I would not suggest anyone do business with this company.

I paid for a upright freezer that was never shipped. I emailed and received no response. Several customers are having the same issues. Please refund.

Communication is key. All I wanted was a refund. I understand the issue regarding the COVID-19 pandemic; however, Communicating shortcomings would have been a better option. I also understand there is a shortage in "freezers" due to limited parts. I believe the company is using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service.

I want a refund on the computer I ordered on April 15 that has not arrived.
I have tried to reach out to this company at least 4 times to find the status of my purchased item via both phone and email, and I have not gotten a response. I reached out to Walmart as well who reached out to them and I still have not gotten a response. This is very poor customer service and makes me think I was scammed. I would like a refund of my 498.00

Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I ordered a freezer through Walmart and this company is the seller. I placed the order on April 28th and it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. I contacted the seller and never heard from them. They also do not pick up their phone. I never received the freezer and the tracking information only said it was delayed. Delayed is BS. *** I've requested a full refund.

Just like others have said, this vendor accepted my payment for a freezer on April 29th and never sent the item. They never answer their phone which has caused me to spend over an hour on the phone with Walmart trying to get them to facilitate my refund. I will be taking the organization to small claims court if I do not get my refund.

While we are all experiencing the impact of Covid-19, this still doesn't excuse businesses from using ethical practices. One of those impacts that consumers are experiencing is the need to be very careful with the money that we are spending. You have used a copy and paste response for every comment that you have received which is also an indicator of your lack of interest in these complaints. I will be moving forward with additional litigation if a refund is not received as that would be considered theft. I have attained the name of the owner of the company.

Much like the reviewer below, I ordered a freezer through Walmart.com. Wholesale Values, Inc is the 3rd party vendor. I ordered it on May 2, 2020. It said it shipped through USPS. Going to the tracking part of the site, it turns out the label was printed but the item never shipped. I spent 1 hour on the phone with Walmart yesterday and another 2.5 hours on the phone with Walmart today to get a refund and send it up the chain given that this is a pattern for this vendor/wholesaler. I'm a new mom who is trying to store pumped breastmilk prior to going back to work as a physician and needed this freezer. This is an awful thing and sham company. It needs to be investigated and stopped.

I ordered a freezer to store my wife's breastmilk for my baby who is in the NICU. The freezer was purchased through Walmart and was supposed to be shipped by this vendor. The tracking number and shipping information was created on May 7th when I purchased the item, and it was slated to be delivered on May 20th. I did not receive this item and after checking with both Walmart and the Postal Service, the item was never sent to the postal service after the shipping label was created. I attempted to contact the company directly but it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. There is no way to communicate with this company, and this item is an essential item for my family. I have started the refund process with Walmart, and in looking at this company through manta.com, there have been at least 10 other individuals with similar experiences with this vendor. The price of the item was 299.77, and at this time of the pandemic and with my wife being out of work with the baby, this is not a small amount of money, and it has put an extreme strain of stress on our family because now we have to scramble to find a spot to store the food for our child since this company has failed to communicate.

I do appreciate their response but they still need to fix the phone issue. I am satisfied though.

I ordered a upright freezer on 5/3/2020. Seller created a shipping label in order to say it shipped, but never actually shipped the item.
Ordered an upright RCA freezer from *** My order number is XXXXXXX-XXXXXX, This is a market place seller, so I could only contact them via email, which I sent 2. I have yet (as of May 20th) to hear from them. The seller must have created a bogus first class, 3oz package label, in order to say that the item had shipped, in order to keep with the *** market place shipping standards. I am positive that the USPS would not even pick up a parcel of that size or weight, because it it considered freight and exceeds the postal service standards. The company has my money, but I have no product. I understand we are in difficult times, and some companies can not complete shipments of items, but at the very least COMMUNICATE with the customer and give me an option to wait longer for the item, or cancel the order. During the 17 days I've been waiting I could have already sought out other options or places to make a purchase of a freezer. Instead my money is tied up with this company and I will have to wait even longer know, and try and get a refund.

Ordered a freezer from wholesale values and did not get the product. I see by the reviews, that this is apparently a *** and no one has gotten order.
Ordered freezer in April 30 with a delivery date of May 19. No updated shipping information or correspondence since May 6 when it was supposedly shipped. Did not receive purchase today. After looking further into this company, it is apparent that this company is a scam. There are multiple consumer reviews stating the same thing. Paid for product and did not get shipping info passed *** it shows it was shipped. No update and no one has received their purchased freezer and can't get a response from Wholesale Views.

These people are professional *** They have *** hundreds if not thousands of people. I ordered a freezer through Walmart on May 1. The tracking info said it would be shipped via USPS - first red flag. (Turns out they get postage for a 1-ounce package and mark item as shipped - when it's supposedly shipped, you can't cancel the order.) It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Shipping info had not been updated and freezer never arrived. I checked their reviews on https://www.wmtsellers.com/wholesale-values#review and was horrified that hundreds of other people also got *** I spent 2 hours on the phone with Walmart yesterday. Am supposed to get a refund of $320 but it's not showing up yet. These people deserve more than a complaint to the Revdex.com. I will also file complaints in any other place I can find, including USPS and Attorney General. Name of person who owns the company is ***.

This is the same generic response you've given to numerous people who have fallen for your scam. You deserve criminal charges for scamming hundreds if not thousands of people desperate for a freezer during a pandemic. What does "a credit to be issued through the online channel mean"? It's still not shown up on my cc statement. I'll also send a complaint to the Florida Attorney General and the US Post Office.
