I have communicated directly with *** *** and I believe that we had a few miscommunications through this process. I believe that we are all back on the same page and that *** *** has agreed to respond appropriately, once he has had a chance to evaluate the final results of
what we needed to do to meet his expectations

John came twice to explain everything to us and helped us pick the perfect windowsHe even advised my husband so he could cut a hole for a new windowCandi set us up with our install and crew and always sounded so happy on the phoneThe crew, Dave, Todd, and John, couldn't have been more respectful and were so careful to clean up in their wakeTo say our new windows look great is an understatementMy husband and I are buying my childhood home from my parents this fall and the project has made our home seem brand new again, ready for the next generation to love for another yearsThank you!!

World of Connecticut, not ***I am very sorry that you appear to be frustratedMay I make a suggestion?
Why don’t we reset the clock on this and start again? No hard feelings from either side? You have spent good money on getting windows
with a lifetime warranty, and we are the ones that you will have to deal with
for the duration of this warranty. Would
it not make sense for us to all work together here? Going back and forth pointing fingers will
not get your window fixed and we would love nothing more than to see this
resolved quickly for you
I would like to let you know where we stand at this point. We are still not 100% sure on what the issue
is. We believe that one of your windows
may have developed a crack in the glass, but as yet this remains unclear. We know that the window you are having
difficulties with is in the bathroom, but you have two different windows in the
bathroom, and they are two completely differ styles of window, so we don’t know
which piece of glass it is. This is not
a window quality issue. Glass can crack or
break, but you have the best warranty in the industry, so it is covered for as
long as you own and live in your home.
At this time we have proactively gone to the extent of ordering
replacement sashes for every window in your bathroom so that, when we hear from
you, we can simply swap out whichever sash it is that has the problem
Mr***, this is potentially a minute fix. Nobody needs to take time off work. If there is someone there during the day we
can simply swing by and swap the sash, or we could do it at another time that
would be more convenient to you.
We have left numerous messages and sent e-mails over the
past month but we have not heard back from you.
Is there a better way to reach you? Can you communicate directly with us and not via this forum so that we can work on a resolution together?

Very satisfied with work performed. Replacement windows completed in short timely fashion including full operation and area cleanup.

We have been trying to reach Mr. [redacted] for the past few weeks
and have had no response to our calls or e-mails, so it is very difficult to
try and figure out what is going on here. 
We clearly have more of a communication issue here than a...

issue.
Mr.
[redacted]’s windows were correctly installed at the end of June 2013, and the
products that were supplied were of a very high quality, as attested to by the
fact that they carry the [redacted] seal and the [redacted] gold seal.  Our records show that on 7/1/2013, shortly
after the install, our field supervisor in fact did a physical walk-through and
inspection of the final install to make sure that everything was satisfactory
to the customer.  Mr. [redacted] even asked
at the time if he could keep 12-15 of the old storm windows that had been removed.
On April 1st 2014 we did replace a
top window sash, under warranty, that had been damaged. Mr. [redacted] was not
there the day we replaced the sash so perhaps he was unaware that it had been
done.
 On July 18th Mr. [redacted] called with
another issue on a window.  At this time
it was difficult to determine what the issue was, as there was a bit of a communication
barrier.  No wanting to delay a solution
we went ahead and ordered several different parts for what we thought might be
the issue, but not knowing exactly what the issue was.
 On 8/14/2014 we sent a service tech out to try
and establish if we could take care of the alleged issue, but unfortunately we determined
that we had not guessed correctly and he said we could return the following
week with the correct replacement sash. 
We have been trying ever since then to reach Mr. [redacted] without success.
We have responded to Mr. [redacted]'s requests each time they were
made and have worked diligently and consistently to address any and all
concerns, while at the same time not really understanding what some of those concerns
were.   Things can certainly break, or go wrong with
any manufactured product but Mr. [redacted] has a lifetime warranty on these products and we are here to
service that warranty for him.   It has been hard to reach him and that has
certainly caused delays in us resolving the issues as quickly as we would have
liked.  Our hands are tied if we are
unable to communicate with him.
I am requesting that this complaint be removed by the Revdex.com  and ask that Mr. [redacted] please call us so that
we can arrange for someone to go over to go to his home and speak with him
personally in an effort to resolve this it as quickly as we can. We are here to
service his lifetime warranty and so we are both in this for the long
haul.  We would much prefer to be working
with Mr. [redacted] than against him going forward.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Window World of Manchester, CT to install two storm doors in my home.
The owner, Anton, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of picking out the right doors for my home. I really made the process easy which I so appreciated.
And when it came to installation day, lo and behold, the installer was at my home on time and with a big smile on his face. He too was informative and helpful as I did have a few questions for him in regards to the installation.
In this day and age of many a contractor not living up to what they promise, Window World of Manchester was a breath of fresh air.
I highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them again if ever the need arises.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Really no pressure sales and the installers (Rick and Rick) with quiet, efficient and left my house clean. Love the whole experience.

my experience with window was exceptional!!

Window World installed our windows on 6/16/16. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, and the price unbeatable. The owner and company employees are friendly, personable, professional, yet feel like family. 6 months in, the windows are great. They dramatically reduce the noise of street traffic/lawnmowers and the drafts are gone. I also feel we're saving on heating costs since these windows were installed.

From day one the initial consultation and installation, Window World exceeded my expectations. No pressure and honest, provided me with windows that exactly matched my needs at an excellent value. Installation was quick, window installer was awesome and ensured all windows were installed properly. Very happy with my choice.

They were excellent. From the sales person to the office staffe and the installers, all were professional and personable.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  It is full of misconceptions that may be interpreted as "lies". 
1.  The quality of the windows are not as great to have as they claim a "gold seal".  I asked to leave the old windows because I was tired of seeing the installers wasting time ( for a job that was suppouse to take two days I took four full days).
2.. You did replaced the damage window, thank you,  I was not at home but my wife took time off from her job in order to be there.  I have to earn a living.
3. I called on around 04.24.2014 according to my notes.  I explainded to the owner "[redacted]"  it was the long window in the bathroom, and proceed to give measurements. she reported it will have to be shipped from [redacted], USA so it will take a "couple" of weeks.  It was not ON JULY, 18, 2018.  The couple of weeks in her calendar its different as mine, I still waiting for this window to be in place at my home.
4.On 08.14.2014, I received a message at work around 10:00am in the morning from [redacted], indicating that he could not install the window today because the " employees were in a staff meeting all day" to call the next day.  I mentioned that I have taken time off from work in order to have that installed today.  He reported " I am sorry there is  nothing I can do".   If they went into the property  on 08.14.2014 thats is new to me, because they had cancelled. 
Best practice to do business is to let customers know ahead of time.  This business does not have the disipline to carry that on.  Besides its jut another deception from the top of this  business organization.   They should not be doing business in the State of Connecticut, and then blame the customer.
I wish my experience would have been different otherwise I will no be filling this complain.  Thank you for your attention.Sincerely,[redacted]

Sales person was very informative. Showed us all options and prices. Installers came on time, friendly, left everything cleaned up and looking good.
So far, so good.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Widow World CT. From the moment I called to get a quote to the day of the install, I was given friendly, prompt, considerate service. The salesman who came out was very friendly and answered every one of my husband's and my questions. After signing the contract (which was a breeze on the [redacted]), we waited for the windows to arrive. Before long they were in and we were able to promptly set an install date! The day of install came and the only prep we needed to do was remove curtains and shades. The installers (Jared's crew) we're so friendly and very respectful of my home. They wore booties in the house and were extremely hard workers. We replaced all the windows in our ranch home and had them all capped on the outside. The crew stayed late in order to finish in one day for us. I'm thrilled that we choose Widow World CT. Every step of the way has been positive and I absolutely love our new windows! Our home looks so much better and the quality is amazing. The lifetime warranty is the icing on top. I highly recommend this company for whatever number of windows you need replacing.

Kevin, who replaced 11 replacement windows at our summer home in [redacted] Ct. did and outstanding, beautiful, and great job. He is a great craftsman, and WindowWorld should be proud to have such person working for them. He's a real gentleman, easy to speak to and with. He did such a great job that I will not have to do any touch-up painting inside or outside. We received many comments as well from neighbors.
