Installers arrived on time.They took great care in making sure they kept the area protected and left the area clean when the work was completed..

Window World representatives were very friendly on the phone (Candi) in making appointments to make a sales presentation and measure our windows. The sales representative, Dylan, was very experienced in his work, was honest in answering our questions, and flexible in making a change to our contract when we decided to go with colored finish on some of our windows. The installer, Kevin, came alone and needed two visits to finish the job because hedges in front of our house caused him to need the extra time for outdoor trim work. We noticed the lack of drafts in our house immediately! Very satisfied with Window World!

I am rejecting this response because: I had not noticed at the time of signing the comment form that seven of the screens did not line up with the frames at the bottoms of the windows. That is why I called them to come out and look at the problem. Although [redacted] did see the flaws in the instillation and know that they dismantled a kitchen pantry window without replacing it because they did not have the window with them on instillation day. They have not made an attempt to fix what I showed [redacted]. The gaps under the screens should not be there!!. The pantry window no longer has storm windows since they took it apart and disposed of them.

We had a large picture window replaced in our home 0n 8/9/2016 by an window installer working for Window World out of Manchester CT. The installer's name was Kevin who flawlessy performed the procedure of removing and replacing the window. He was a true proffesional and left no stone unturned when ensuring that he left our home the way he found it. Clean. The replacement Window World window appears to be of higher quality than that of the original Champion window that lost it's Argon charge and weather seal. We were delighted with this entire process and would recommend Window World to anyone lokking for window products.

We are pleased beyond all expectations with this incredible business. From every aspect including sales (with Dylan) and install (with Kevin) we are incredibly happy. I am writing this review as I want to give others the opportunity to work with such a great company! In fact my mother used Window World many years ago and both she and I have been sending friends to them for windows and EVERY person has been happy. Prices are far and beyond better then anyone else..the quality of the window is perfect and everyone I have worked with has been helpful and kind. We have had zero issues with any of our windows but we know if something breaks they will be right out to fix it. We have had windows installed as recently as a month ago and as far back as 5 to 8 years ago. And all of our windows from them have been awesome!

Wonderful local business but they do big business
From John A[redacted], the sales men who quoted me (btw $2000 less than a well known national company ) I went with window world immediately, to the ladies Diane and candi in the office who were very pleasant to deal with. The whole process took 3 weeks. The door is just beautiful and I love the guarantee that goes with doing business with window world. Thank you

Workers were clean, answered all questions, did quality work and were most pleasant. Time will tell on the product but it looks good so far.

The windows are great,the two gentlemen where vary professional and knowledgadle about the Windows. Cleaned everything up after the installation.

We had a great experience with Window World. They were professional in all of our dealings. We had two of our homes sided and one home all the windows were replaced. From the office staff to the owner, the salespeople and the contractors, everyone worked together to ensure that our needs were met and exceeded. We are ver grateful and would entirely recommend them and use them again.

We got estimates from quite a few contractors. Window World was significantly lower than the others. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and sliding glass doors we received.
The installation crew was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They arrived at 8:00 AM, installed 16 windows and two sets of sliding glass doors, removed the old windows and doors, completely cleaned up and left at 3:30 PM.
I would certainly recommend them to someone looking for replacement windows.

The only negative thing I can say is that the crew arrived much earlier than expected. We were told they would be at the house between 830a and 9a, but they pulled into to the driveway at 7:55a. The only reason that was a negative is because we were still trying to get our daughter off to school, and finish some last minute clearings of window dressings. However, being early is much more preferable to being late. The only install issue we had was a sloppy cut job on a frame they had to hand make because the window we were replacing did not have one. It can easily be fixed with some slight sanding, and a little more caulk. Other than that, everything was top notch and accommodating from the crew. 27 windows to replace and they were in and out in just over 6 hours.

We had new windows installed last week by Window World of Connecticut. They are beautiful and of excellent quality. These are replacing the replacement windows we purchased 15 years ago from another company that were failing within the first 5 years! Installers were efficient, did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend this company and the quality windows they offer. We paid a little extra for the interiors to have the faux wood finish and they match our existing wood window frames perfectly.

This is my second time using Window World of Ct. Professional, friendly and on time. I would recommend them. Kevin was a great installer on. Y first project and wonderful person. Dylan was a wonderful sales person and a fine installer and very nice guy to work with. I recommend him to all of my friends looking for Windows and other window world products. Great company, thank you window world.

Everything and everyone was easy to deal with. No talk of how they where the best, just all positive talk about who they are from the salesman, office ladies, to the installers, everything was smooth from the beginning to the end. I own a small home with only 11 windows and was still treated like I was buying 100 windows, so Thank You Window World for being patient and easy to deal with from a new home owner.

Awesome job...Installers arrived on time and got right to work. Very neat and professional..Windows were installed in about 8 hrs and looked great. So far no issues. Great looking window for the price and they look awesome from the outside as well as the inside...no mess was left when they were done....old windows, packing etc all went.
Also there was NO high pressure sales...Jon came out and measured and checked each one and left the estimate...we followed up a few weeks later and decided to go with Window World.
