We recently had Window World replace all the windows in our rental property and
they did a wonderful job. The windows are perfect and the employees were all
very helpful and efficient. We plan to use them for our home also.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Really no pressure sales and the installers (Rick and Rick) with quiet, efficient and left my house clean. Love the whole experience.

Window World team is very professional. Easy to work with sales to installation. They know their product and stand by it 100%. I had 16 windows installed and absolutely think they are money well spent, not to mention they kept our home toasty warm this winter.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Window World of Manchester, CT to install two storm doors in my home.
The owner, Anton, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of picking out the right doors for my home. I really made the process easy which I so appreciated.
And when it came to installation day, lo and behold, the installer was at my home on time and with a big smile on his face. He too was informative and helpful as I did have a few questions for him in regards to the installation.
In this day and age of many a contractor not living up to what they promise, Window World of Manchester was a breath of fresh air.
I highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them again if ever the need arises.

I would highly recommend Window World of CT to anyone interested in replacement windows and doors. I recently had windows and an entry door installed in my home. Everyone from the salesman, installers, and office workers were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I liked the salesman's "no pressure" approach. Left the decision of purchasing entirely up to me and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing right away (like other companies). I was able to think it over and call him back to make the purchase. Installation went very smoothly and I have zero complaints. The installers were very professional and did great work. The job was completed in two days, just as scheduled by the office.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive in both email and on the phone, from the estimate to the installation. We only had a small project, but they treated us like we were having the whole house done.

We had new windows and siding installed and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Workers were clean, answered all questions, did quality work and were most pleasant. Time will tell on the product but it looks good so far.

Review: After having our new porch windows installed in early May, we noticed gaps in the corners of the screens that were allowing bugs to come in, we were missing a screen and the windows didn't lock properly. A salesman came in late May with the screen, and said that the lock issues could only be resolved if a repair person from the company came out. In terms of the bugs and the gaps, he recommended stretching the screens out. He did one, and that's it. I don't feel it was my responsibility to fix this issue for the other screens since I am not familiar with the process and I didn't want to damage them. After numerous emails, I was told the issue was that the replacement parts would not be in until late July (It took a couple of weeks for the company to notify me this, which was discouraging enough). After a couple of emails where I questioned the company's concern for my windows, I was told I would be notified to set up an appointment on July 31 or August 1. I said either date would be fine, and the representative said she would let me know which date they would come to replace it. Although it was after this date, 6 out of the 7 window sashes were replaced. For whatever reason, they did not fix one of the windows and didnt even fix any of the screens. After notifying the company about this, I was told I needed to look up the serial number for the window not replace, which I did and sent to company on August 18th. It was August 30, and I still did not even hear anything back. Because of this, I sent an email to three different people on August 30. As of today, September 4, not one person has responded to my email 5 days ago. It has been four months since I have had these windows installed and they still are not fixed and I can't even get an answer.Desired Settlement: I simply want all my windows fixed so that they can lock properly. I would also like the screens to be installed properly so there are no gaps so bugs can come in. I would prefer to not wait another four months to fix this issue in which the salesman made it seem to be an easy solution.

Sales person was very informative. Showed us all options and prices. Installers came on time, friendly, left everything cleaned up and looking good.
So far, so good.

Recently, Window World installed several windows as part of our redesign project. Not only was the work done professionally, but also the workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The quality of windows is excellent with options and features available. The team was flexible when we had a change in the plan and responded courteously. Well done Window World.

The only negative thing I can say is that the crew arrived much earlier than expected. We were told they would be at the house between 830a and 9a, but they pulled into to the driveway at 7:55a. The only reason that was a negative is because we were still trying to get our daughter off to school, and finish some last minute clearings of window dressings. However, being early is much more preferable to being late. The only install issue we had was a sloppy cut job on a frame they had to hand make because the window we were replacing did not have one. It can easily be fixed with some slight sanding, and a little more caulk. Other than that, everything was top notch and accommodating from the crew. 27 windows to replace and they were in and out in just over 6 hours.

So pleased with the installation and the wonderful staf!
