Thank you for reaching out to Cellular Outfitter. We are so very sorry to hear that the customer is not happy with the recent purchase from Cellular Outfitter. Upon pulling up the order, I see that the problem lies with the USPS as they have lost the package, per the attached
tracking information.*** Upon looking at the notes from Senior Customer Service Agent *** on 7/26/16, the customer called in and was upset that the USPS could not locate her order, and with out having the customer wait the full business days for delivery as per the shipping terms of service she refunded the customer in full the $15.96.The payment was been refunded back to the method of payment used when placing the order, and customer must reach out to their financial institution if she has no see the funds released back

I can't figure out how to respond on your website, but I wanted to let you know that I no longer need you to seek resolution from the companyMy credit card company has sided with me and issued a refund. However, I still want the public to know how this company does businessAlthough they
agreed that I wouldn't have known what the final price was until after my payment was submitted, they refused to refund the differenceThey also told me that they would send me the stylus that was supposed to have been included in my shipment and they haven't done thatThis company appears to be very dishonestI don't think it's fair that my credit card company has to cover for their deviousness

I'm forwarding the messages that I received from cellular outfitters just minutes before the one I received from you. These messages make no sense as I have not placed any new orders. This is not a response to the complaint I made to Revdex.com. I'm now concerned they will continue to charge my credit card with orders I did not place, as it looks that way according to their e-mail. I did not place any new orders!
What is the recourse now? What happens if they refuse to respond or give a refund? How can consumers be protected from fraudulent companies like this?

While I completely understand the need to charge shipping and handling, the problem is that the amount is not shown on the order page before clicking the final button to place the orderCustomers should know the final price they will be charged while they still have time to change their minds about whether or not to place the orderI am not aware of any other online retailer that does not operate this wayIt is underhanded not to have the shipping charges clearly visible before the final submission of the orderApparently, I am not the first customer to make this same complaintYour practices are deceitful and underhandedIf your shipping prices are fair, you should be willing to follow practices and make them clear on the order page before the final order is submitted.Your response shows that you are willfully using deceitful tactics because you did not address the real nature of my complaint, nor have you stated that you intend to make this change
