The customer placed the order on January 31, 2017 and sent an email requesting to cancel shortly after.  Our email response time is 24 to 36 hours, this order shipped on February 1st before we can respond to the customer's email.  Reason for canceling is due to the shipping and handling...

charge.  As a courtesy for the customer, we issued a $3.00 refund on February 1st bringing the shipping and handling cost down to $2.99 from $5.99, but also offered him to refuse the package if he was not happy with the item and / or overall cost of the order.  As a final solution I processed the remaining refund of $6.98.

This e-mail was sent to: [redacted]We'd still be more than happy to set up a replacement, but none of the correspondence we've received has detailed what was wrong with the case other than it being "wrong". Was it the right photo but didn't fit her phone, or was it the right size for her phone but the wrong photo? We have an order for an Apple iPhone 6 with a photo of what looks to be your family on vacation. Does she have an iPhone 6, or does she have the 6 Plus?

 Hello [redacted],I'm forwarding the messages that I received from cellular outfitters just 2 minutes before the one I received from you.  These messages make no sense as I have not placed any new orders.  This is not a response to the complaint I made to Revdex.com.  I'm now concerned they will continue to charge my credit card with orders I did not place, as it looks that way according to their e-mail.  I did not place any new orders!  What is the recourse now?  What happens if they refuse to respond or give a refund?  How can consumers be protected from fraudulent companies like this?Thank you,[redacted]  Your Order Has Been Confirmed. sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with Cellular Outfitter.  First off let me explain the shipping and handling charges.  Shipping and handling is a per item charge and it is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.  You are provided 3 different shipping methods on the order check out screen.  You must select a shipping type and click on the 'Apply' button to update the grand total to reflect that specific shipping cost.  Otherwise the shipping and handling will default to our standard First Class shipping type at the end of the purchase.  As a courtesy I have refunded you in full for the two orders.  Both orders have shipped so you may keep the items for the inconvenience.Feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have.Kind regards,Customer Success Team
