I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I'm sorry it had to take this to get a response but I appreciate getting answers
I have reviewed the elevator maintenance records and have found no evidence of the elevator not working for more than a few hours waiting for serviceThe elevator had a safety mechanism that shut it down if the door attempted to close more than timesOur service person increased the open time so that residents with wheelchairs or walkers had more time to enter and the doors would not attempt to close numerous times as they enteredThe elevator has never been down completely for monthsI found no evidence of mold in the entry way to the buildingThere are salt stains in the carpeting at an end door in the stairwellWe have budgeted to change to a solid flooring to avoid this staining and damage to the carpetingWe located a resident that had a warped floor in a roll in shower that was repaired to their satisfactionIf there is someone else with an issue, we are unawareA service request has been entered to inspect and repair the toilet if necessaryThe door bar to the outside door has been replacedThe door, at no time, was inoperable and remains unlocked so that visitors can enter the vestibule to buzz the resident they are there to visit
We will not honor an alleged verbal promise to forego the early termination feeMr [redacted] has been irate with three different members of our staffI would imagine any conversation with our manager about the early termination fee was not pleasant so perhaps he mistook her attempts to calm him down to mean she would waive the feeIn any case, we are not waiving the fee as we needed to turn the unit and re-rent months sooner than contractedThe pictures of the unit show it empty but do not show the cleanliness of the carpet or appliances
The lease for [redacted] expires March 31, The move out occurred on November 7, triggering the early termination fee
Any resident who is required to move due to military service is not charged for early termination of a lease [redacted] 's husband retired from the military in July In September of Ms[redacted] gave us a written notice that they were moving because they purchased a new home Because their move is not related to a military assignment by a current enlisted person, the early termination fee was not waived
An updated address was provided prior to mailing a refund check via email/fax to Clay Meadows, MsD***, and MsJ [redacted] but my refund was deliberately sent out of stateMy grandfather (military veteran as well as honor guard for President Kennedy) opened my mail at my request and there was no itemization providedIt was only a check with attached stubThis is a very dishonest propertyI provided proof of my over-payment via email and they responded with an attorneyI provided proof that the apartment was inspected (spotless including carpets) and they responded with an attorney that they cleaned the carpets as their justification for taking the remaining $I provided pictures and a video of the apt as well as a witness statement (an elementary school secretary) prior to and afterwardsFYI HUD does not inspect every apartmentIn fact, they may only view 2-during their inspection and some tenants may not state any issues while HUD is on the property for fear of retaliation (myself)As far as bugs, contract or not the premises did have bugs in another apartment e.g., fleas (John) as well as mold (mine)It is possible that the standards that Woda Management insists as far as their employees and their tenants is not being upheld by their regional, district, and property managerAs far as the tenant verification (e.g., payment history, damages, etc) I have proof (fax and email) that processing for my current residence was delayed by Clay Meadows, MsD***, and MsJ [redacted] by an additional 1-weeksI request the $that I overpaid in rent, an itemization of damages, and a copy of the tenant verification (payment history, etc)I also lost the contents of my apartment as well as my service animal and pray that I will find someone who can help me recover the cost of those things as wellLastly, I do find the Revdex.com to be impartialI immediately requested (within an hr) the complaint be withdrawn (removed from website) and that it not be forwarded but the Revdex.com did otherwise
Enchanted Glen is undergoing an extensive rehabilitation using Low Income Housing Tax Credit dollars among other fundsThere are income requirements for the existing residents that we believe this resident would have met since there were always income restrictions on this propertyUnfortunately the [redacted] ' voluntarily did not complete the certification process and moved out without notice or forwarding addressPlease verify the forwarding address and we will forward the security deposit

I am responding to the misconceptions in the response given by WodaWe were indeed contacted last week Tuesday, while out of town, we did receive a call for them to try to resolve the issue in our upstairs apartment on Thursday We did not allow entry at that time because they told us there were many other residents waiting for their units to be fixed but wanted to fix ours when we were not presentIn regards to our damaged belongings, they were kept and the items that were serverly damaged were photographedThank you for your consideration and willingness to resolve this issue

The management of the property reports that all maintenance issues that have been reported are completeThe boiler system provides heat in addition to the heat pump system and is currently workingThis resident was not without any source of heat for a prolonged period of timeThe most completed service request is attachedWe apologize for any inconvenience and ask that any additional maintenance requests be placed through the management office at the community and any complaints can be sent directly to me at [email protected]
To place an illegal eviction notice when payment was in the office is not acceptable...having to lose hours of work to find my payment that was in the office on time is not acceptable I may have been late in the past does not excuse her actions now I'm not worried about not being compensatedBut the apology is not accepted had she not patronize and was combative from the beginning, I would have reacted and handled this differentlyThis was very stressful
There has been an ownership/management change at this property that our District Manager verified caused a delay in the ability to order a refrigeratorWe apologize and will credit the March rent payment that still has not been made, $if all rent due April is currentThe rent would be for March and for April making the total due The rent must be paid on time in the future

The Woda management can't provide an answer about parking when the parking lot is fullI was not towed correct that statement I have pictures showing my car was no where on the tow truck and still was charged $Tow guy didn't want to provide a receipt until I demanded him to so unprofessionalPlus after having about landlords every last one seems to make there hand light taking tenants rent money and I'm sick and tired of dealing with this companyI have called over several months ago for answers the only reason I'm getting a response now is because I reached out to the Revdex.com next it will be Live NewsAlso I have proof of being lied to about me moving and collecting another $application fee and was not even on the list
These issues were not fixed and I have bath towels over my microwave and have it stuffed with paper towels to keep the cold air out I take paper towels and stuff them in my door to the outside to keep out the cold air So, what they are saying is not true!
The rent amount you are being charged is the current rent for your unitBecause your community takes advantage Low Income Housing Tax Credits there are several levels of rentsIt is also important to remember that other people's leases expire at different times so that the new rents become effective at different timesYou will be required to pay the current market rent on your apartment
I am rejecting this response because: your dates are wrong on your dispositionhow could I move in on the 9/25/after my lease was terminated according to your paperwork? maybe train your staff better before giving out informationit's the principality of the issueI was under the pretenses that everything was good, and even went ABOVE what was asked of me to ensure the apartment was in great condition as to not have any issues with securing my deposit backI will not be sending the dollars to your company Regards, [redacted]
The security deposit disposition was returned within days of move outThe daughter and POA argued that the deposit must have been paid but had no record of the paymentAll other residents dating back to that period of time have a paid security deposit on record and a security deposit agreement on fileSabrina B [redacted] made the decision to give them the benefit of the doubt and refund the deposit they should have paidWe will not refund a double deposit
