These issues were not fixed and I have bath towels over my microwave and have it stuffed with paper towels to keep the cold air out. I take paper towels and stuff them in my door to the outside to keep out the cold air. So, what they are saying is not true!

I have reviewed the elevator maintenance records and have found no evidence of the elevator not working for more than a few hours waiting for service. that residents with wheelchairs or walkers had more time to enter and the doors would not attempt to close numerous times as they entered. The elevator has never been down completely for 6 months. I found no evidence of mold in the entry way to the building. There are salt stains in the carpeting at an end door in the stairwell. We have budgeted to change to a solid flooring to avoid this staining and damage to the carpeting. We located a resident that had a warped floor in a roll in shower that was repaired to their satisfaction. If there is someone else with an issue, we are unaware. A service request has been entered to inspect and repair the toilet if necessary. The door bar to the outside door has been replaced. The door, at no time, was inoperable and remains unlocked so that visitors can enter the vestibule to buzz the resident they are there to visit.
There is nothing that can be added to the original response. We have not refused any calls.
The security deposit disposition was returned within 30 days of move out. The daughter and POA argued that the deposit must have been paid but had no record of the payment. All other residents dating back to that period of time have a paid security deposit on record and a security deposit...

She then reviewed the rejection with our Regional Manager siting identity theft and racial discrimination as the causes for the items on her credit report. There was no dispute filed on the credit report and no documentation was provided by Ms. [redacted]. Our Regional Manager told her that the rejection of her application would not be reversed. During all of the is contact that started February 23 she never mentioned a stolen money order until the last conversation when she was notified the rejection would not be reversed. We have no record of a money order being tendered and Ms. [redacted] could not provide a money order receipt. We have not terminated any employee for stealing at this property.
Any resident who is required to move due to military service is not charged for early termination of a lease. [redacted]'s husband retired from the military in July 2014. In September of 2014 Ms.[redacted] gave us a written notice that they were moving because they purchased a new...
home. Because their move is not related to a military assignment by a current enlisted person, the early termination fee was not waived.

To place an illegal eviction notice when payment was in the office is not acceptable...having to lose hours of work to find my payment that was in the office on time is not acceptable. I may have been late in the past does not excuse her actions now. I'm not worried about not being compensated. But the apology is not accepted had she not patronize and was combative from the beginning, I would have reacted and handled this differently. This was very stressful
The security deposit was not received in 30 days my mother went on the 30th of January to get a response and I had to call Sebrina B[redacted] for information. Also the manager said they had been there 12 years with out any carpet replacement so no need to clean and there in no clause in their lease agreement about cleaning and you still took $125 out for cleaning I also have witnesses saying there was never a carpet cleaning service there ever so it was a lie. Thank you for your time and trying to rip off an 85 year old woman in hospice.

staff. I would imagine any conversation with our manager about the early termination fee was not pleasant so perhaps he mistook her attempts to calm him down to mean she would waive the fee. In any case, we are not waiving the fee as we needed to turn the unit and re-rent 5 months sooner than contracted. The pictures of the unit show it empty but do not show the cleanliness of the carpet or appliances.

A year later she goes to $755 and I go to $770 after I was told I would not be taken up again by one of your several managers you have employed in a 2 year period. Your reasoning would make sense IF my neighbor and friend was also at the rate I was at. To increase one tenants rent $30 in one year and another's only $15 is not fair when the only explanation you give is fair market value. There was a mistake made and no one wants to acknowledge that. The management of the property reports that all maintenance issues that have been reported are complete. The boiler system provides heat in addition to the heat pump system and is currently working. Mr. [redacted]'s unit was treated for bed bugs on 11-30-2016 and re-inspected on 12-14-2016 and no bed bugs were found post treatment. The [redacted]'s properly prepared for the treatment on 11-30-2016 per the written instructions they are given from the exterminator. The unit was again inspected on...
2-8-2017 and a live bed bug and some eggs were found. The unit was scheduled for treatment on 2-14-2017. The [redacted]'s did not prepare for the treatment and the exterminator told them that he would give them an hour and come back. Mr. [redacted] told the exterminator to treat "as is" and the exterminator did as instructed and would not warrant the treatment. We are charging Mr. [redacted] for the treatment due to this lack of cooperation and the fact that without assistance from the resident, this problem will continue.

The Woda management can't provide an answer about parking when the parking lot is full. I was not towed correct that statement I have pictures showing my car was no where on the tow truck and still was charged $100. Tow guy didn't want to provide a receipt until I demanded him to so unprofessional. Plus after having about 4 landlords every last one seems to make there hand light taking tenants rent money and I'm sick and tired of dealing with this company. I have called over several months ago for answers the only reason I'm getting a response now is because I reached out to the Revdex.com next it will be Live 5 News. Also I have proof of being lied to about me moving and collecting another $35 application fee and was not even on the list.

Woda Management takes pride in all their communities, including Clay Meadows. Management conducts monthly health and safety inspections in all of our apartment homes. We have an annual contract with an exterminating company to perform monthly preventative service, and bed bug detection....
A physical inspection was performed by Rural Development this year at the community, and we received a great review. All works orders are completed within 48 hours and our vacant units are made ready for new residents within 5 -10 days. The itemized statement regarding the distribution of her security deposit and any refund or charges, was mailed to the last known address for her on August 25, 2017. We have not received a landlord reference request to date, but will return any inquiry once received.
