On 1/13/2020 I was charged $67.95 for products from this company which I did not order.
On 1/13/2020 my credit card was charged $67.95 for products I did not order. Months ago I had ordered a trail version but never agreed to more. The return address on the package is

I got the sample box for $10 and sent an email to cancel the subscription right away. I got charged 60 dollars. Very *** off right now
Order date on january 1st and only got an email after they charged my card. I cancelled the subrcription the same day I ordered. Not sure why they only cancelled it today. Oder id D685FCDB04

I've been charged $60 and can't cancel I don't know how.
I ordered a "free" box a couple of weeks ago and when I ordered their website never told me I would get chartered monthly. They took $60 out of my account and I need that to pay my bills that are coming up I would like a refund for that and a cancellation for now on. I will be contacting my bank about this as well.

bought it. But it was glitching and took to long to load on billing. I didn't know if it charged me. I tried again on safari. I got charged twice.
I checked my online back and noticed I was charged twice. Because on Instagram where I saw the ad I purchased it from there. Now, I will be expecting two boxes?! I only want one not two. It was loading for 15 minutes so I didn't know if it charged me so I said "let me go on safari and do it" and I entered my card and it's officially confirmed so I leave it alone. they basically took an additional $7.85 out of my account. My WiFi was and is fine.

I placed an order and my total was less than $8.00. When I placed this order nowhere did it say I was going to be charged $60 monthly.
I have now been charged $60 and I was not notified or told this was going to happen when I placed an order for less than $8. I have contacted them but heard nothing back and now will need to file a dispute at my financial institution and get a whole new card and card number which is really a hassle because I have automatic payments set up with it for my other Bill's.

My card got charged $90 out of no where from wonder vida. I tried to go onto the website but it won't load. I want my money back.
I am under 18, so even if I bought something from this company I cant be held into a contract/subscription. I haven't recieved anyhting from the company but yet U get chargef $90 I want my money back, and to be taken off any list you have.

They won't let me cancel and I didn't order a subscription
I ordered their free box which wasn't free I had to pay shipping..ok fine what I did not sign up for is a subscription w them and it won't let me cancel a subscription I didn't order or want.. I don't want them to take money from my account..it's a scam

I emailed the company right after my first order to cancel. They just more money out of account. I did receive a box and I am unhappy with it.
The date was December 15 for 7.95. December 29 $60. The product is stuff from another country and you can't read the directions on how to use it. I have emailed the company to get a refund and they have not responded back to me.

I ordered a free wonder vida box. a month later, a transaction was made for wonder vida $54.00 although I made no other purchases from them.
I saw an advertisement for wonder vida on instagram, saying that you could get a box for free to plant 3 trees. I thought I could try it out since I really enjoy skin care, it's free, and helping the environment. first of all, it didn't come in a box. I did end up having to pay shipping, but I thought it was fine because it wasn't as much as the full price would be. it just came in one of those shipping packets, which didn't seem right. everything was fine after that and from what I knew, all was done with, with wonder vida. about a month later, yesterday, there was a transaction made for $54.00 on my bank account for a "cosmetic store" which a had no idea what it was because I had made no cosmetic purchases since wonder vida. I called the number on my card and they told me it was from wonder vida. I had to get a new card because they suspected fraud, and talked to dispute. I now have to go through the process of trying to get my money back, which is a very long process which I never signed up to. I am very angry and disappointed that this company would hide the fact that the box is actually a subscription. I now am going to try to call wonder vida to most definitely unsubscribe from what I didn't sign up for, and attempt to get a refund.

There is hardly any information online about Cancelling or calling this company.
Their products are terrible, they are repetitive, and I can't get on the phone with anyone to make the charges stop!
They have been extracting money from my account like clockwork and I have been trying to cancel a subscription ( that I made for 9.99 might I add, even though they are charging me 24.99 )

This company charges my card after I've tried to cancel my subscription. They're taking my money and I can't cancel it.
I received the first box not knowing this was a subscription. I was charged again roughly $10 but no shipment was delivered to my home. I was charged again almost $50. I've emailed this company to cancel my subscription but I have received no response. I am very upset and I don't want to cancel my debit card. I need to stop these charges on my card now.

Don't purchase this product, take all the negative reviews into consideration. They are very true cause I've learnt my lesson. I'm a victim but u still have a choice of not being one.!!!

Company subscribes you to a monthly subscription and charges you without notifying you of such subscription.
I saw their ad on instagram to get a box and pay just the shipping fee. It did not say anything about monthly subscription or any on going monthly payment. After I received my box, I was charged $33 in the next month but did not receive any new box. I was never informed of such subscription, did not receive ant receipts and wasn't advised that I needed to cancel the subscription. Today, I received an email from a collection agency that another charge was sent to collections and my credit may he effected by this.

I only received ONE box and I never signed up for any monthly subscription.

I waited on hold for a customer representative for over 30 minutes today. The representative did not do anything to look into this issue and blamed that it was my fault as I supposedly subscribed to their services, WHICH I DID NOT. He did nothing to help me out, was very rude and ultimately hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else or his manager.

This is a huge scam as they charge on going monthly for something that you'll never receive or won't notice unless you check your bank statements. You can call them to dispute but will never refund the amount back and left feeling more frustrated. You don't get any receipts or any email notifications in regards to the subscription or charges.

I have been charged a total of $75.33 and have received no products from them.
When I signed up for the free trial the information available was that it was $7.95. Nothing else was emailed or verified. Since then I've been charged a total of $75.33 and another attempt to charge me $33.27 on 10/2/19. A "Collection" company called me and charged an additional $24.99 that WonderVida has no record of. I never received any product and have emailed and called numerous times to cancel this subscription. I've also requested to speak to management more than once with a promise of a call back to no avail. I would like the total amount of $75.33 refunded and my card taken out of their system. This I have also asked for - I've had to lock my credit card so they're unable to make additional charges.
This entire organization is fraudulent.

Wondervida is false advertising and scamming many people by not letting customers cancel the subscription which was never described as such.
I initially bought a box from them because I saw an add on Instagram and it looked very neat, I purchased one and hadn't noticed I also paid to "plant trees" . Their website is narrow, only one direction which is getting your card #. I received ONE box from them over two months ago and have been charged ever since with no product. I emailed them and told them to cancel my subscription and I have not heard anything back since then. Never knew it was a subscription or that I would not receive something I paid for. A big scam and many are talking about it.
