I've been charged without recieving my box, and I've tried to contact about cancellation
I have tried to contact your team about cancelling my subscription at least three times. I was unsatisfied after I received my first box, so I decided to cancel my order but have not been able to. Last month you charged my card and told me that my monthly shipment was on it's way, yet I never received it. I would like a refund for last month, as well as to cancel my subscription.

I've tried to cancel my subscription multiple times either through the phone or through email and they still keep charging me.
I've been charged multiple times to my account and I've only received 2-3 boxes. I only wanted the first one and I tried to cancel after I saw what was in the boxes . I didn't want that stuff, I wasn't interested , but I wasn't gonna return the first box . So I called them to try to resolve the issue but they Hong up on me afternoon I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription. The first charge was 7.95 on 7/15/19 for the first box which I was fine with. The next charge was $22.49 on 8/2/19 , I knew the charge was gonna be higher because it wasn't the first box , but I still went and tried to chancel my subscription by email and they never got back to me. Then my bank got involved and I filed a refund order for that box and gg gave my the money back but I thought that it was over at this point. The next withdrawal from my account was $32.84 on 8/16/19 , the same month as the last one , now I started to get mad because my attempts at trying to chancel weren't working and they were making the prices higher without informing me beforehand. I got my credit back on 9/2/19 with the total of $23.49. Another charge was taken this morning on my account . The charge was $32.94 on 9/15/19 and I didn't even know what to do at this point so I started googling to see who else is having this problem and here I am. I hope you guys can help because this is very stressful and these are horrible business practices.

I just want my money back . I got the first box which was the $7 charge and I got another box which was one of the 32$ charges but I want the other $32 charge refunded and I want the company to loose my card and all of my other info and to stop the subscription immediately

I have never bought of here and received a email of yous saying I owe 24.95, which done see how I have never seen your site before.

Which I hadn't done. Yous have information that I don't know how you have. But I would like this resolved please.

This company offers a free box for shipping then chcharges you for the box 2 weeks later. False advertising, scam calls as well
This company offers false advertising on their product. They claim it is free but charge you two weeks later for the product. I told them to cancelmy subscription and had to go through a lot just for them to agree. Finally they did
Two months later I just received a.call from their number saying my account has been sent to collections and asked for a payment card, they spoke to my Boyfriend even though they asked for me and told him personal information. I called back and stated I cancelled my subscription and that this.company has and is still trying to scam me. The man on the phone then went back on what he said to say it was only a mistake that they sent it. This company is scamming people and they need to be shut down

I was hooked into a subscription they cancelled but never refunded the payment the took from my account and then they never sent the box, so the stole
I unknowingly signed up for a subscription box back in June I believe and I received the first box just fine, but then they drafted $22.49 from my account the next month. On the 5th of August I believe, I immediately emailed the company and asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the payment, and 3 different emails to this company I FINALLY got an email back saying they cancelled it. I have emailed another like 6 times to find out when I'll get the money back but I have not gotten a single email from them, and they didn't send the box since it was already paid for, so essentially they stole $22.49 from me.

I would like either my money refunded like I asked originally, or at least send the box so I get something for that money.

they are a complete scam.. targeting pre-teens, selling, saying its free... then a huge S&H. then a totally hidden trial period for 14 days when they start charging $24+ every 14 days.

my 12 year old daughter thought she was getting something free... then was told she would be charged for S&H and save a tree. i doubt the tree part of the scam. you are not allowed to sell to minors on the internet and you are trying to take a$24+ out of her kid credit card every other day. i called and was hung up on by a totally rude lady who said on recording that I didn't mind they charged her. I just told her to take her card out of the system and she was not a decision maker on purchases. she then put BS words in my mouth again... that I said on recording I had just said the charge was ok. then hung up with I told her I was smarter than the monkey script she was reading from. stop scamming people, especially kids, running your *** on pages that you are more than aware are pre-teen magnets. Save a tree? you should be ashamed of yourself. Then 2nd person tried to give us a 25% discount? right... Revdex.com, this is a total scam, not a business. They should be shut down.

Was charged 2 separate times for stuff I didn't order and I want a refund on my card
I have 3 charges from you guys. The first one is $7.95 on July 18th which was a purchase I did on something but I have two extra charges that I did not purchase and one is $24.99 which was charged on August 5th which I did not receive an email or anything for and another one for $32.94 which was charged to my card today.I did get an email with an order number for this charge and the order number is F37EDBF665. I did not do the second 2 purchases and I would like a refund and for my card information or my account to be taken off anything you guys have so I'm not getting charged again. I have been charged over $100 since I signed up & I have only received one box! I get charged $1X-XX X-X times a month & I only signed up a month ago!
I placed an order for 3 trees on 7/13 & since then I have been charged over 100+ dollars, $10 for the monthly subscription which I was fine With because that's what I expected to pay. But since then I have been charged 2 24.99 charges along with another 32.94 charge today. Which put my account into an overdraft which I will be the one who has to pay that. I am very upset with how my money is being handled and the fact that my subscription is still isn't cancelled when I put in a cancellation on 8/3/19.

I would to receive my money back for all of the things I wasn't supposed to be charged for along for the boxes I didn't receive but was charged for. I was charged 9.95 on 7/13 which was the initial payment then charged an additional 795 on 7/13 that's I was in aware of. & then charged 24.99 on 8/2 for no reason then 9.95 on 8/14 but never received a box & then charged another 32.94 on 8/15 for no reason. Leaving me at $90 in charges I didn't agree to pay! This is the second complaint I have filed since August 2nd and I am still getting charged !

Problems with canceling subscription
I signed up for a one time special offer worth $10 facial products. When I signed up, there was no indication that I was subscribing to the product.
suddenly I received a monthly box. I immediately contacted Wonder Vida to cancel and got a written response saying they will cancel but have not done so. I reached out again to cancel, this time with no response from anyone.

I have contact them and I have not got any response I appreciate a response wanting to cancel my subscription due to product not working with my skin.
I would like to not be charged for a second box which I was not informed I would be charged again after my first box I would not like a box I have not liked the product they have not worked great with my skin and I definitely don't want to be charged for a product I do not want I have email them and I have tried to contact them though the phone number but was no answer I can not have this charged to my card because of the reason the product were not working well with my skin I would really appreciate if someone can answer me I have emailed and have not gonna a reply back

They either do not answer phone or hang up if they do. I can not get in contact & they continue to bill me for a subscription I cancelled within trial
When I call to cancel the subscription (which I did within the 7 day trial period) they either do not answer, or they hang up if they do. I have disputed the charges, yet they are now continuing to bill me. Each time, the charge is higher. i.e. last month 24.99, this month 32.99 and now states " no postal address on file" as I cancelled during the trial yet they are continuing to bill me. So I disputed with my card company. so now, they are billing and added "no shipping address on file"

I would like them to refund the unauthorized charges and to stop billing me. This company is a scam.

I have emails to cancel during the subscription. The company continues to bill me despite this. They have charged me 2499 and then another charge of 3499. With a charge of 2499 I had disputed it with my bank. The company stated no mailing address on file yet they charged me anyways. They then charge me 3499. Their response does not address the complaint. The complaint is that I did cancel and they are continuing to bill me. I have reached out to their customer service several times and they will not respond. They suddenly shipped the box ''' they billed me for without authorization once I filed the complaint. Until this date, they updated my address to "no shipping address on filed" as soon as I disputed the charge. They never responded to my emails cancelling, and have yet to respond to my bank, however they quickly responded to this complaint. This shows it is intentionally. This Hs been done to numerous others I have found oh since looking into this company more after they began scamming me and refuse to cancel.

I knew first time was $7.95& that it was agreeing to subscription.wrongful charge07/22/2019 of $24.99,
I cancelled on 07/14/2019, emailed again 07/15.

I placed my order 07/07/2019 at 2:43 AM, order number 6DAA33E87D $7.95 was billed to my card( it was a 'only pay shipping deal', I read the terms and all)

I fully knew it was an agreement to subscription; I agreed to the $7.94 charge ( that was the ad for the first box). With no notice and no absolute reason, I was billed on 07/22/2019 $24.99(I received no email about this or answer)

I emailed to cancel on 07/14/2019 at 6:46 AM.

Neetu ahluwalia ( from ***@wondervida.com) responded to my email (07/14/2019 at 1:21 PM) stating info about the company and to let them know if I still wanted to "leave wondervida" to which I replied on 07/15/2019 at 6:39 PM a clear confirmation stating that I wanted my subscription cancelled.

Today there is a charge pending for $32.94 (order number in the email they sent 30FADE9DAF, I called my bank & they stated there was nothing they could do to block them & suggested I reach out to the vendor ( which I did twice via email in July). I called three wondervida numbers ( no response, the line just rang for 27 min)

My reason to cancel in a summary:
The initial $7.95 box was delivered,
( this is purely my reasoning, I am not trying to talk negative about the products)
but the tooth paste damaged my tooth enamel & caused heavy dental pain immediately (lasted for a a couple of weeks). The creams caused my skin to break out ( I tested it as directed on the arm & that was on. I DO NOT break out, it has been maybe over 6 years since a break out)

All in all, its just not me. I do not wish to pay for something that causes harm and I will not use.

I want the charge from 07/22/2019 of $24.99 refunded. It was not agreed to nor did I receive any kind of notice or refund from them. Also the 08/09/2019 charge of $32.94 to be refunded ( I can ship items back if needed). I clearly submitted my cancellation notice in a well advanced, timely manner.

I have acknowledged that I was aware of the subscription. I am now stating that I want it cancelled. I do not accept this response because the cancellation notice was sent well ahead of time, therefore I should have not been charged. There are unauthorized charges. The agreement for the first box was ' to only pay shipping'. wondervida posted an additional charge ( on top of the shipping), and also continued to charge me the following month even though my cancellation notice was submitted ahead of time.
I cannot accept this response, nor the 'invitation to contact' the company. I have emailed plenty and called with holds over 20 minutes. No one answers.

They have False/Misleading Advertising, charged my card multiple times without my authorization, and won't reverse the charges and refund my money.
I found Wonder Vida's advertisement online saying that as a promotion, we can try their product for "free", just pay for the shipping and handling fee, which was $7.95, so I ordered knowing that it's only a one-time purchase of their sample/trial box. There was nothing on their ad saying that: a) I "will be billed the remainder of the amount after 14 days trial period", b)there's a 14-day trial period, and c) it's an "auto subscription". So on my bank statement, I got charged $7.95 for the shipping and handling fee on July 11, then another charge on July 25 for $24.99, and the most recent charge on August 7 for $32.94. I sent them an email stating that the charges were unauthorized so they have to refund me the amounts $24.99 and $32.94 (a total of $57.93) and cancel the subscription. On the same day, I received a reply from *** (Wonder Vida Staff) saying I "contributed" to their "charitable campaign" and it ended with "Please let us know if you would still like to leave the WonderVida family", including Office:X (XXX) XXX-XXXX. I replied back saying I did not sign up for a subscription so they have to cancel my account and refund me the money they took out without my consent or authorization. I also attached the screenshots of their charges on my card. When I didn't get a response after several hours, I called the number they provided on the email and on their website. I spoke with their customer rep named *** who was so rude and even had the nerve to "educate" me on how to talk to her, then when I asked to speak with their supervisor or manager she hung up; we were not even done talking yet. I called again and spoke with *** who told me she cancelled my subscription and gave me a cancellation number, which, oddly, is actually the same as my order number: FB287F6581. She said that their website mentioned a 14-day trial period and that I have to call within that period to cancel otherwise I will be billed for the rest of the amount and will automatically be subscribed. However, that's not anywhere on their advertisement, which only said the sample/trial box was for free, just pay shipping and handling, and it didn't state that I will be auto-subscribed. Also, she said that since it's a "charitable contribution" they can Not refund me my money, which I find very wrong, alarming, and a scam.
I do not want to speak to any of their customer service reps anymore because of the rudeness and disrespect I received from them that I didn't deserve.

I would like a refund for the 2 charges (total of $57.93) made on my card, for them to totally delete my information in their system especially my bank information, and definitely cancel my account, and no more future charges.

WonderVida just recently canceled my subscription! Thank you for your response and help!!

There is no easily accessible way to cancel my subscription.
I've been pleased with the products I've received, but I can no longer afford a subscription. I would like to cancel my subscription, but I can find no way to do so. I understand that I agreed to a subscription when I first signed up, but I don't have enough money to continue. I feel like I'm being scammed, and money will continue to be withdrawn from my account with no way to cancel. Please make the cancellation process as easy as a subscription.

Desired Outcome

If at all possible, I would like to be refunded. At the least, I would like my subscription canceled immediately.

I want a refund of the $33.61 taken on 22nd July and all my card details deleted from their site. No more charges.
I saw an advert on Instagram from wondervida about a "supposedly" free wondervida box that contains some natural beauty products and skin care and all l needed was to pay for shipping. Just click the link which l did and ordered for the product. I was impressed with all the natural stuff used and the fact that they were contributing to a charity to help plant trees. But there was no terms and conditions stating that once you order, you are invariably subscribing. Most honest companies would ask you to click on the terms and conditions to proceed so that they are sure you accepted the terms and conditions and you know what you are doing. I got charged 20.09 for shipping cost on the 7th of July, only to get another charge of $33.61 on the 22nd of July. I called and left a voicemail as l couldn't reach anyone on the 22nd explaining the charge l got and l wanted clarity on what just happened. I got an email same day from Neetu, one of the staff and she explained that l didn't read the terms and conditions and it was stated there. I told her l never saw any terms and conditions, and l didn't subscribe to anything. She said she couldn't process the refund as the funds have gone to their charity partner but sent an email showing she has cancelled the subscription. And that l wouldn't be charged anymore. But this is fraudulent because when l sent her an email again which she hasn't responded to, I called today to speak with a representative and fortunately l did speak with one. David explained that their policy states that l could have called before the 15th day to cancel if l didn't want to go ahead. I explained to David l had no idea l needed to call and why call if l haven't gotten the products yet to sample it. I explained to him that l called and left a voicemail and l got a feedback from Neetu who should have explained everything to me when the transaction was still pending. This company is a scam and should be made to do the right thing. I will suggest they get a program that allows their customers to click on the terms and conditions agreement before making a purchase on their site. And when they are offering "free wonder vida box", they should spell it out what the free entails. I wasn't shopping on their site because l wanted the products. I was shopping to try out the free samples they are offering so their terms and conditions shouldn't apply to a promo. That is been dishonest and it's annoying. I want a refund of the $33.61 and all my card details cancelled from their site.

I only purchased to help with the trees, the acne cream is bleaching the parts of my face that Im applying it too.
I paid with my debit card from bank of mkntreal. I purchased at the end of june, and I was charged again like a week and a half agi

I'm being charged for a subscription that I never signed up for.
I bought the "free" spa box and was not made aware EVER that I was also signing up for a subscription of any kind. I've tried calling to cancel my subscription but no one picked up and I'm very frustrated.
