I LOVE this toothpaste. I've bought about 4 or 5 brands of activated charcoal toothpaste. Some promised teeth whitening too and it didn't work. Some had an odd flavor with the mint but the teeth whitening worked. Now I've tried WonderVida Charcoal Toothpaste ð?¦·. This toothpaste constains A LOT MORE activated charcoal than the other brands I've tried. While the others were pure black, it changed to sort of a grey or watery look. hello stayed completely black in the mouth and the mint is an excellent fresh taste of mint. You don't need that much on your toothbrush because of how much charcoal is in it. You have to try this tube.

There was an ad on social media for a discounted box, which I bought via guest checkout in October. I am now getting an email confirming an order for another box which I never ordered and I never signed up for a subscription. The only way to get in contact with them is via email and they won't reply.

I am completed disappointed. I heard of this brand & when I found out there was a deal for a kit & that I just had to pay for shipping, I knew it was a steal.
I made the purchase in the beginning of November & received an email that my item has been shipped, but nothing still has came til this day. I sent out an email to them stating that it hasn't came & asked for an update on my package, just incase something has happened.
Then recently, as I check my bank account, I have a pending purchase that I have not made after my unsuccessful purchase the first time. I'm not sure if they tried to recharged me for the first purchase I have made, but it was definitely out of line because there was no update or a heads-up. Only emails about my package being shipped, but not actually shipped, and be charged tripled for what I paid for.

Wonder Vida advertised a one time purchase discounted "box" about a month ago (september 2018) and I purchased it. For reference, I used a guest checkout, as there is no way to make an account that you can sign into from their website. Therefore, the company should not be keeping or storing credit card information. I was charged $29.71 (USD) for another item on Octber 20th 2018 that I did not consent to purchasing, because as I said, when I purchased the first item it was advertised as a one time purchase. I am very cautious with the terms of conditions on sights like these, as other websites have done the same thing, scamming me with a monthly bill for a one time purchase. I have requested several times that they cancel my subscription and they have done nothing. There is no way to cancel an order once it is placed, and I was not allowed to cancel a purchase that was made with my credit card (that they stored in their database) They say they are a charitable organization, but I am beginning to doubt that is true. Please look into this company (PS, their listed number is not valid, making it even harder to ensure customer requests are actually fulfilled)
