I was supposedly only getting one box for a low price, but they charged me again for a subscription I did not sign up for. The said it was a "trial."
They said it was a trial and it was only $7.95 on June 17. I cannot access any order history or account history at all. But they charged me $24 for something I did not order on June 30th. I didn't receive anything after they charged me the $24.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back. At least the $24 I did not intend on spending.

I just want them to lose my card information, and refund me the money they took from my account ($58.75).
I ordered from this company thinking it would be a one time thing. (Order number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). That was on June 11, 2019. They said it was a free order that I pay shipping on. I paid $17.98 to this company that day. On June 25, 2019 they proceeded to take another $24.99 out of my account without my knowledge. Then on July 9, 2019 they proceeded to take another $33.76. Of my knowledge, I have not given them any reason or permission to take this money out of my account and would like to have it refunded to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like to know why they took this money and would also like to have Wondervida refund the money they were not supposed to take, preferably by sending me a check or directly putting it back if that's possible. I would also like for Wondervida to lose my card information and never make contact with me again.

I selected a One time purchase and they keep taking money from me without my permission. I've tried to contact them and no one has reached out.
I had First made a ONE TIME PURCHASE of a wonder visa product that suggested that the money would be used to plant trees on 05/07/2019 for $4.77. But after that firs purchase they continuously kept charging me. On 05/20/2019 they charged me $21.00 for absolutely nothing as the same for 06/03/2019 charging me $29.77 and today 07/02/2019 they charged me $29.77. On they're website they claim that for a one time purchase they will take the money from that one time purchase and put it to charity. But it seems that after that one time purchase they have been charging me without me knowing until today they have sent me an email claiming o have ordered a package when I haven't. And so I tried to Reach out to them cause I've now realized they've been now charging me without my consent! Please help !!!

I would Just like a refund due to the fact I have Not placed any of these orders or have subscribed to them ! I only Picked a one time purchase.

This company charges customers card without authorization of any type of disclaimer given. They state they donating to a charity.
I purchased a sample package for $7.95. Three weeks later I have a debit on my checking account for $24.99 showing from WONDERBLACKMASK (which isn't even their company). I contact them via email about this charge stating I did not authorize it. They send when I purchased the sample package that it locked me into a subscription. Their was no disclaimer given or any type of login information so that I am able to cancel whenever. They stated they could not refund my money because it has already gone to charity. I read reviews and others state the same was done to them. I advised them again that I did not authorize this and wanted to cancel and now they will not respond via email or phone.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a refund and cancellation since I did not authorize this. All I want is for them to delete my card info and remove me from any further "subscription. I read that others were charged monthly and they accidentally had to get a new card number.

Charging me for something I never signed up for and not responding/answering
Also similar to others complaints. I signed up for a free spa box where I payed $7.98 in shipping. I received the box and everything was fine until I realized they billed me $24.99 for something I never purchased/signed up for. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times but no one answers or picks up the phone.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the $24.99 and to be unregistered for any or whatever they have me signed up for.

I want to unsubscribe, ubt they do not respond to email an no unsubscribe form on their website.
My daughter wanted to order their box just once - an unintentionally subscribed to monthly order - now we are trying to unsubsrcribe. The terms and conditions say: got to the unsubscribe form on our website - but there is no such form on the website. Customer service does not respond to email unsubspription.

This company is a scam.
This company advertises a "free" spa box that has a bi-monthly subscription attached to it (unknowingly to 99.9% of customers). There was no refund offered and I was denied when I asked to see a chart of the companies annual spendings to see how much of my money they took actually went towards "charity". It is not clearly stated in advertisement or during purchase that you are signing up for an expensive subscription. The only place I could find any information on this was deeply hidden within their terms and conditions (which, lets be honest, nobody reads). Honestly, all I want is a refund. I do not have a high paying job and I most definitely do NOT have room in my budget for this random thirty dollars to disappear out of my account to an unknown cause.

I have not received any products for the past 7 months. I assumed they weren't billing me; however, they continued to do so. I would like a refund.

Like many others, my daughter and I haven't received any products for the past 6-7 billings. Because of this, I assumed there was an error in the system. I attempted to contact WonderVida, but a majority of their services and contact websites were disabled and were "not found." Because of this, I have had an extremely difficult time obtaining a refund for the lack of products I received. When I first bought this product there was no mention of a subscription and the charges you would receive after the first billing. Now I get charged,but we have not received any products. No one answers their phone number, and I have not heard back to an email request.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded for all of the boxes I paid for that were empty. I would also like for my credit card to be deleted from their system and removed permanently. Please stop the charges for this "box." I was not also asked to donate to charities. Many contingencies were not disclosed and I would like to be refunded. Thank you.

Company charged $24.99 for a subscription, when it wasn't clear that customers were signing up for a subscription. No contact information on website.
I ordered the trail spa box after seeing an add on Facebook. I used a debit card in May, and received my first box. But was just charged $24.99 6/26 for a subscription to the company. But it was not clear that I signed up for the subscription. As far as I am concerned this is a scam. The company takes advantage of young customers looking for natural products, and on people trying to shop eco friendly with companies that donate to charity. To masquerade as a company donating to charity and employing scam artist techniques is revolting.

Desired Outcome

Refund of the $24.99 charged to my debit card in June, and cancelation of my subscription.

Similar to others' complaints, somehow I was signed up via my daughter for a subscription. We receive no products but I get charged monthly or more.
We participated in an offer to receive products but no where did we see this was a subscription situation. Now I get charged monthly or more but we have not received any more products. No one answers their phone number. I have not heard back to an email request.

Desired Outcome

Getting money back would be ideal. I'd be satisfied to just not be charged again.

They stole $50.00 off my bank card without my permission. they refuse to refund me
My daughter ordered products from Wondervida. We received the products. A few weeks after receiving the products my bank card was charged $20.00 without my permission. I cancelled the subscription they automatically signed me up for. A few weeks after that my bank card was charged $30.00. I called and they said they don't issue refunds due to them being a charity based company. They are ripping people off.

I would like the so called subscription can cancelled and I would like my $50.00 back.

I understand you may not have known this, but it is listed in the checkout section when you initially confirm and put in your information for a WonderVida subscription box. When I did email to cancel the subscription, I didn't get an email back stating it had been cancelled. They continued to take money from my account and wouldn't refund me when they took the money out of my account after I cancelled. I feel as though I should get a refund In the amount of $29.77 that they took out after I cancelled. I do have emails showing what date I emailed them to cancel

I purchased a "free" box from this company and only had to pay $5 for shipping. They won't reply to any messages and have not gotten any emails.
I do not have any order numbers because they haven't replied to any emails Facebook messages etc. I have no clue what's going on. I was billed for my item.

Wonder Vida advertised a one time purchase discounted "box" about a month ago on Instagram in December 2018, and I let my 12-year-old daughter purchase it. I used a guest checkout, as there is no way to make an account that you can sign into from their website. There was also NO mention that it was a subscription. The company had no right to store my credit card information and charge it again, as they did on January 29, 2019 for a subscription box totaling $29.71 (USD). I did not authorize this charge. I have tried to contact both of the phone numbers on their website and the one my credit card gave me, and there is not a live person to talk to regarding this issue.

Before Christmas last year I purchased a free box of skin care products for my daughter. The website said it was a $100 box for free and all you had to do was pay shipping of $10.71. I made the one time purchase, but the company runs my card every week trying to get more money. When I email them, I get a generic message back saying thank you for my charitable donation. I have sent 10 emails and only get that response, no one will talk to me or return my calls. I'm thinking this is I guess a huge scam.

This organization persists in charging me for a subscription that I do not want. Upon requesting them to stop the subscription they sent back an email, but I failed to notice that they had hidden in a sentence 'if you still want to cancel let us know', so this month, they charged me again. I ordered a box that claims it was free. I only had to pay for shipping. I got all of my products except a sheet mask was missing. I was extremely happy with the products I did get. However, you can't buy one box. You have to sign up for a monthly subscription. I canceled my subscription, but they are still charging me for "charity contributions." It's a little too expensive for me and I have no money left for this month for gas or food. It is only $30, but I only get so much a month.

I wish I had taken a before picture but I've been using this for a couple months now to whiten my teeth and it really, really works! I'd say my teeth are about 4 shades whiter than they were before I started using. Tip: black toothpaste can make a mess unless you have a black sink. Spit the toothpaste out first after brushing, THEN turn the water on to rinse it down the drain. Otherwise it will splatter all over your sink and you'll have to clean it after each use. You're welcome. :)

Been using the toothpaste consistently for one week.....first thing I notice is my tea stained teeth are definitely whiter....second thing I noticed is my teeth sensitivity is gone. I have been using toothpaste for sensitivity for ten years. I just noticed all of a sudden I haven't been using it and my teeth dont hurt. Usually after missing two days the sensitivity became unbearable....not with this toothpaste. Funny thing is my kids have been using it for about two years and the dentist always commented how white their teeth were and how healthy their gums are...and they haven'thad in cavitiessince using this toothpaste.I dont think I'll be going back to regular toothpaste.
