No one answers the phone when I call to cancel, and when they do they hang up immediately.
I can not get in contact with them which makes it impossible for me to cancel payments, therefore they are taking money from me when I don't want them to.

I ordered a box from wondervida just under a month ago & since then they have made 4 separate charges to my card.
Since I ordered the wondervida box & have been charged so many times to be specific 4 I'd like to cancel my subscription that you guys have signed me up for & I'd like a refund as I have not received any of these products. I'd like the daily charges to stop, my e-mails to me answered a phone call to be answered something!! This is absolutely insane I will not be buying products or donating to this organization ever if this isn't fixed the charges are 51$ at a time & sometimes less sometimes more my order number is 62E38D12BF the date one of the charges was placed was 07/14 3:30am I would like this to be fixed immediately as I have been waiting more than a week & have been trying to contact the company the entire time.

I'd like a call or e-mail from the company prefer a call, I need someone to speak to me about the charges that are being made daily to my card ASAP

I purchased a free spa box, just pay shipping($7). Two weeks later I got charged $24.99 & when I tried to dispute it they did not help AT ALL
I purchased the spa box for a little over $7. This was shipping because the advertisement said it was a free box by just paying shipping. Two weeks later I got charged $24.99 & attempted at disputing this & they told me that I was charged $24.99 because my trial was over. Nowhere did I read or receive an email stating the free box was a trial & nowhere did I read or receive an email saying I would be charged $24.99. They just took it out of my account with the description as wonder black mask. I emailed them with my problem & not only did they take almost a week to reply but they continue to give me the same reply stating that the charge was because my trial was over which like I explained I had NEVER read anywhere or received any confirmation of this. They also keep telling me that since the money they charge goes straight to charity, they can't issue me a refund, which I do not believe. They finally answered me today with the same answer they gave me LAST WEEK & I'm very angry at the fact that their customer service took a week yo answer me instead of 24-48 hours as I was told many times when I messaged them on Instagram.

Desired Outcome

I would like if the company issued me a refund for $24.99 & apologized for never telling me about that charge & made it clear for other people that they rake $24.99 after the trial ends. Which like I said was never advertised.

I would still like a refund because when I made my purchase I should've received some kind of confirmation through email but never did. I should've also received another email before I was charged again as well as more products since this is supposed to be a subscription but I never did. I received my box after paying for it the first time but the second charge did not come with a second box. Where is the product I'm supposedly paying for in this subscription?

I never received my Wonder Vida box which I was charged for. I've tried to contact them with no luck, nor will they allow me to cancel my subscription
I purchased this box on July 9, 2019; however, as I researched the company, it was revealed that it was a scam. I immediately contacted them but have received no help or response. I would not like to be enrolled in their subscription, so an immediate cancellation would be preferred. They have made it impossible to reach them at all. My order number is DXXXXXXXXX. I paid $7.95 for an order I haven't received and will be billed later for a subscription I don't want.

I would like an immediate cancellation of any enrollment in a subscription, as well as a full refund for the box I did not receive.

I got a free wondervida box and only payed shipping but it charged me for a $9.99 a month when I checked out. I need a refund and my free spa box.
I saw an add for a free wondervida box and thought I should check it out since it's free. so I went on the site and it said I had to pay the $7.95 shipping. so I said alright why not. then I saw subscriptions for the boxes and decided to pass them and claim my free box like promised. I checked out, not knowing that it already chose a plan for me. and now I need to cancel my subscription and get a refund. but also get my free box, as promised. I will only pay the $7.95 for it though.

Do not want to be billed or sent anything else. No response from business.
I got a free box as long as I paid the s&h. There was nothing stating a subscription or that I would be billed monthly. I got the package in the mail and tried to stop the subscription but there isnt anything on their webpage to unsubscribe. I even tried to email them but I have had no response and no actual person ever answers the phone. I dont want to be charged 21 dollars, tax, and s&h a month. I dont want this subscription at all. I never did. Please have them to unsubriscribe me and not to ever charge my acct again and not have any futher communication with them. This is not the way u conduct business or deal with customers. I have never hhad this problem before.

I signed up for something for FREE. the website wasn't working and I was still charged $20, no product. no I have been charged $34, not being told why
I saw on their advertisement that I could get face products for free and began signing up, but once I realized there was such expensive shipping I backed out and left the page. I was still charged $20 and I received no receipt or email from the company and I was not told why I was charged that much since the shipping itself was only $5. that was weeks ago. I tried contacting the company and they didn't answer any of my questions or try to help me cancel my subscription, and now I saw that I have been charged $30 again with no email or the company contacting me why. now this business has successfully charged me what rounds up to $55, no receipts and multiple tries to withdraw my subscription which hasn't worked out. I have not received a single item and would like a full refund.

I keep trying to contact them to take my subscription off. No one answers. I just dont want to be charged again.
Payment method is a debit pre paid card. The problem date started the beginning of thos month. I seen they were scamming people soni tries to call and get them to just cancel my subscription and couldnt get ahold of anyone.

I accept that I need to call

the box WonderVida was advertised for FREE they keep taking money out my account when it wasn't specified a subscription. I haven't received anything
So WonderVida have saved my credit card information and keep stealing money out of my account when they said it was. A FREE box I'm furious with the service as all my hard earned money goes to these thieves who advertised a FREE box NOT a subscription. Either I want them to destroy my credit card information or I'm reporting this and getting higher authorities involved because this is just plain ridiculous!!

I was unable to cancel my subscription so I kept getting charged!! The company claims to cancel your subscription after emailing and calling, but in reality there is no way to cancel it!

I wish to un-subscribe from the wondervida monthly scheme but I am unable to access an un-subscription form as stated in their terms and conditions.
I wish to unsubscribe from the scheme offered by this company but I am unable to do so and feel helpless as I cannot access the so called unsubscription form that according to wondervida one can access on their site. I wish for my subscription to be terminated at once and deductions from my payment card ceased forthwith.

I contacted the company in attempt to cancel my subscription, yet I've received no reply and more money was just taken out of my account.
I'm June 2019 I signed up for this company and I did receive my products, however I then had to cancel my subscription due to budget issues. I proceeded to try and contact said company to cancel my subscription, but I've yet to get a reply. I just had more money taken from my account, that I'd like back as well as a cancellation of my subscription.

Was ignored and than falsely charged
Wonder Vida advertised a free box, just pay shipping. 7.95. And they would pant stone trees with the money! Sounded great. After not receiving any information regarding my delivery I became suspicious. I wrote them asking about my order AND if this was a recurring subscription, because if it was I wanted to cancel. I did not want my card charged again. They responded with tracking information and ignored my question. So I wrote again. I recieved no response, but today was charged 25.00. I called wanting a refund die to the simple fact that I had been trying to communicate for 2 weeks before this charge was made and was being ignored. They refused to resolve the issue even though I had been doing my part trying to repeatedly get this resolved before this happened. This company is scamming and manipulating people with false advertisement. The woman even went as far to say that I was paying for a 14 day trial. Trial was not started ANYWHERE. Free box, JUST party shipping

I was charged for something without signing up for anything, receiving any information or products.
I got one of their free boxes but I had to pay for shipping which was fine and I saw that charge of $7-8. I never signed up for anything when purchasing this item. As well I never received a confirmation email or text so I was nervous that I was never going to receive this box. About a month later I got a charge of $25, still I have never received an email about this charge or anything. I have tried contacting wondervida directly and there has been no response.

I just want my money back and my information deleted from their system so I don't receive anymore charges.

I wanted to end my subscription to wondervida and be refunded because I wasnt getting anymore box but am still being billed.
I first purchased a box on june 5th I received the box a week later. I was charged another $24.99 on june 19, but had not received another box. On July 5th I was charged $33.76 for another box. I have constantly contacted customer service to end my subscription and be refunded but am constantly ignored.

Refunded for all the money they took and a end to the subscription.

This place is a scam. They took my cc number and ran. I've contacted them to cancel subscription but they ignore me and will charge me again any day.
I saw this advertised on instagram. I thought it looked cool so I signed up for my first box at a discount with the understanding I could cancel at any time. I've been trying to cancel for a couple days now to no avail. I've called 20 times only to be hung up on before I get to speak to anyone. They keep you on an automated call then on hold for 8-10 mins then it hangs up. I then took to Facebook to message them regarding the above. I received two messages back from them. The first was apologetic saying that they've just been overwhelmed with calls and emails. I gave them another day and emailed again saying the same thing. The last message I got said "we are already looking into this. Give us time!" It shouldn't be this hard to simply cancel a subscription. There is nowhere on their website to do so. It's all over the internet that this place is a giant scam. I didn't see that before I ordered. Please help me get this issue resolved and get my credit card info out of the hands of these frauds.

I want my subscription cancelled and to NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN for this service. That's all I've been trying to do before the next billing cycle.

Once I confirmed my information, I got asked for a donation, I did not want to donate and pressed no, proceeded to check out but it still charged me.
On July 6, 2019 I bought a box from Wonder Vida, at 3:41 my order was placed. Prior to my order purchase they asked me to make a donation, something I did not want to do so I clicked no. As I clicked it said that my order was placed and it gave me my conformation code: BBD71F44CF. I then scrolled
down to see that the grand total was $17.95. I then proceeded to check my back account activity to have two separate charges, one for the actual box, 7.95 and then $9.95 for the so called "donation" I was extremely upset and confused because it should've only been $7.95. As I continued to read it said I donated $10. And now not only am I short $9.95 but I'm reading complaints and hearing its a scam and that people are getting charged monthly but I just wanted to try out the products in the "free box" that ended up costing me $17.95, when I only should've gotten charged $7.95 for the shipping fee.

I would like to have my $9.95 refunded into my bank account and to actually receive my box with no monthly fees after.

No liable customer service,and no way to cancel my subscription.
When I bought their "free" box it was unspecified that it was a subscription plan. There is no one to answer their phone numbers or emails to cancel me subscription. Also the website has false advertising as all the products are worth all together at least 20$.

I have contacted the company 4 times over the last couple weeks to cancel my account and to stop any guture boxes. I got no response and they charged
Purchased my first box on june 20 2019. It was suppose to be a free box and just pay shipping. I paid by debit visa in the amount of $20.71. I contacted the company by email ([email protected]) on June 29th and July 5th requesting to no longer be charged for any more boxes and to cancel them. On july 7th, I got charged for $33.98. The company keeps hanging up on me when I call and wont responsd back to emails

Ordered free box, signed up for monthly subscription with no knowledge
I ordered the free box. It was delivered. Nonissuem few days later I had an unknown unauthorized charge on my bank account. I was signed up for a monthly subscription I knew nothing about and continue to be billed. There is no where to go to cancel and I have emailed customer service 3 times requesting the monthly subscription be cancelled and I be refunded and all emails go unanswered.

They charged my card again even have 3 emails asking them to cancel the subscription. As soon as they got the money the second time then they told me they cancelled it. They waited until charging me again before acting. I want both transactions refunded and those emails go unanswered.
