In 2014, I saw a commercial on T.Vabout a school called Penn Foster High School where you could get your high school diploma at home at your own pace I called Penn Foster High School to get more information about the programI got a representative on the phone, and she begin telling me how good the program was I asked was the school accredited and would this high school diploma be accepted at any college She said yes to all my questions and also affirmed that they were in good standing with the Revdex.com, so I enrolled into the Penn Foster program

On August 29, 2016, I requested a cancellation of the account for the "Medical Billing and Coding" program that I was enrolled in through Penn FosterI was immediately told (through chat services) that I was not allowed to cancel my account; however, as soon as the chat ended I was locked out of my account with the screen stating "Your account has been cancelledPlease call ###-###-#### for account information." Over the next two days, I received emails asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I didNone of the emails stated that I owed a balance on the accountHowever, I am now receiving billing statements in the mail requesting the amount of $for the remainder of the program that has not been completed and I have been denied access toAdditionally, not only have I not received all of the course materials, but I was immediately locked out of an account for which Penn Foster is requesting full payment for I should not have to pay full price for a program and material
