I am the parent of a student in veterinary program and we are having issues with the necessary paperwork being completed by the college for the externship, issue with the college not communicating responses to my daughter and or her externship supervisor at *** HospitalThe program is time limited and we do not need a delay in the completion of the programPlus my daughter is disabled and had been working with BVR to assist in locating an externship siteI do not want to lose the current site due to excessive delaysFinally, there is no number to contact the Dean of Program, Dean of the College and or Dean of Studies to discuss any issues which is why I resorted to contacting the Revdex.com

I have not been able to reach anybody at any numbers provided I get the automated system who fails to recognize me or transfer me If I do get transferred its to a *full* voicemail boxI have lost a job opportunity in law enforcement due to not being able to supply my diploma and transcripts My last time the automated system said “nobody was available due to a staff meeting” What kind of school closes the phones down for a staff meeting

Pennfoster is completely illegitimateI signed up for the program, literally only did a couple of assighniments, only lasted around a MonthI decided I did not want to continue pursuing this school so I stopped the courses only to be charged the full tuitions worth of moneyAgain, I only did the course for about a monthTotal scam & rip off!

I uninrolled over the phone just days after signing up, because of issues was getting hold of them for classesFrom that point on they made it very hard to stop payment and to stop spam emailsThings like dead phone number to call and trying to force you to go to a web portal that doesnt workNow I get a email saying they are take money out of my account almost a month after I uninrolled

I have enrolled in more than one of individual college classes by *** ***I have failed both classes and I’m dtill trying to figure out why? I have worked extremely hard and delivered what was asked while following all requirementsMy paperwork was graded by several different people in the education department( ALL WHO GAVE DIFFERENT CRITICISM AND FEEDBACK)I have changes it following the advisement and even completed the assignment all over again from stratch and still this school seemed to have failed meNot sure if this school is a scam but taking hard earned money from individuals who are trying to make something of themselves is a HUGE ISSUE!!! Especially when you know you have no intentions of giving credits when/where it’s dueI have called this school several times but they seem as if they could care lessOne lady even asked me why did I the assignment all over?? Umm because you continued to fail me after revisionsBut this school still failed me no matter what

I've contacted the school to let them know that I wouldn't be able to make any paymentsAnd I was told I have to continue making payments on a program that I wanted to cancelI also let them know I wouldn't be able to pay at a certain time due to financial problemsBut they don't care because they want moneyThat I don't have, I have a disability, and it is hard for me to continue with their program and make those payments that they wantThey are charging me for late feesAnd I know I wouldn't be able to pay

I started Billing and Coding Class with very high expectations.I completed a couple of classes and then went to do the
test.I passed everything.Well one night I started to do a test.I DID'NT COMPLETE TEST WENT IN TO SAVE MY ANSWERS AND WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING ALL OF MY ANSWERS WERE DELETED.I CALLED TO COMPLAIN NO ONE LISTEN TO ME.I STARTED TO DO ANOTHER TEST AND FINISHED ANSWERS DELETED AGAIN.I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE INCIDENTS.MY DAUGTER ALSO WITNESS THESES INCIDENTS EARSED SCHOOL WORK.I REFUSED TO DO ANYMORE CLASSES AND ACCOUNT WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS.PENN FOSTER DAMAGE MY CREDIT AND I'M TURNED DOWN FOR OTHER LOANS

I am writing today because I know I have been had by this companyI called Penn Foster wanting to get a Travel Agent number for my business ***I am currently operating as a Travel Agent but needed the Travel Agent number which I now know to be an *** numberWhen I had initially signed up I specifically stated exactly what I need more than once! During my phone consultation I told the lady I own a business which sells travel and to provide the best prices for my group I needed that number I was assured I would have it upon completionSo there was options make payments or pay the $up front and breeze thru the course my every intention was to finish the class in a MonthThis is how bad I want the *** number I paid in full and for the next weeks I read, studied and passed my courses, I am now on my 8th chapter so I call in and request the system I want to use, either Saber or another one I forgetI asked the CSR about taking the test

Penn foster offer a Medical coding online courseI accepted my enrollment contract on 9/30/and the program expired 12/29/Upon completion of passing the program with a grade of and your tuition is paid in fullI have completed the program with a grade average, and my tuition has been paid since 11/07/All the assignments was computerized and the system automatically grades youWhen I had reached the end of the program the instructor created a final using *** *** creating questions divided into modulesThe instructor instruction concisely read, answer the questions and take a screenshot of your answer and the system grade save it in a *** document, and *** was suggested to compressed the large fileI answer, saved the work in a zip file, in *** and *** documents, screenshot all questions and saved submitted it as instructed, Each time I sent it to the instructor which has been sent times it has been sent back without a feedbackI spoke

There was an issue within the Previous months in regards to a school I was attending by the name of Penn Foster I was not very pleased at all with the services they were providing me at the end of the Program, they treated me like a peasant like I was nothing no even a student, they were suppose to provide me with an intern according to the career program that I was in but proceeded not, they stated that it was an issue on record that was preventing me from completing my intern, they did not offer any assistance pertaining to the situation, then I ask could they exchange me into another program so I would not lose my tuition they argued no, at this point I was very disappointed I don't think this school treats there students fairly I think its a terrible program to enroll in for studies and I would like to see something done

My daughter is a senior in high school, she is having trouble because the staff does not careMy daughter went to traditional school for years, a pre- evaluation was done so she could take the classes that were required for her final year with Penn FosterMy daughter's old school sent her official transcripts twice to Penn Foster, and we sent a copy as wellHowever, when my daughter or I call, one staff member says one thing and the other says something else"We didn't receive it" says one"Yeah we got them, but you sent them so they're not considered official.." says another"It didn't have a signature or official sticker" says the otherI don't know what to believe but my daughter needs her Penn Foster transcripts for college applications and NO ONE cares

I registered for *** *** Jan Today is Feb and I have yet to have received a confirmation emailI have called numerous times only to get a recorded message that there's a meeting and to call back in two hoursIt has been the same message since I registeredI have emailed the staff there back and forth and received no resultsI am really considering cancelling my registration for this courseThe customer service so far has been unacceptable!! I should have received a confirmation and the course available to me within the next day...Here we are almost weeks later and I haven't heard a thing or haven't been able to reach themNOT IMPRESSED!!!

I paid a dollar and then could navigate the website well enough to cancelI finally found that I needed to write them a hand-written letter and had to do it within six days or they charged me the full amount for classes I did not takeIt was impossible to cancel in time and that to me is entrapment and a lack of integrity of the business and it’s policies and procedures

I am a former student at Penn FosterI had a "pay as you go" payment plan with themPay for a class, take itPay for a class, take itI didn't finish the whole BS program and had to drop out after about 6-monthsJust recently I contacted them to try to get a transcript of the classes I have already paid for and taken and they will not release the transcript until the TOTAL amount it paid offI didn't take all the classes so why would I pay for them? I am simply asking for the transcripts of the classes that have been paid for an succecssfully taken

On August 29, 2016, I requested a cancellation of the account for the "Medical Billing and Coding" program that I was enrolled in through Penn FosterI was immediately told (through chat services) that I was not allowed to cancel my account; however, as soon as the chat ended I was locked out of my account with the screen stating "Your account has been cancelledPlease call ###-###-#### for account information." Over the next two days, I received emails asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I didNone of the emails stated that I owed a balance on the accountHowever, I am now receiving billing statements in the mail requesting the amount of $for the remainder of the program that has not been completed and I have been denied access toAdditionally, not only have I not received all of the course materials, but I was immediately locked out of an account for which Penn Foster is requesting full payment for I should not have to pay full price for a program and material

Pennfoster told me if I started a payment plan with there collecter I would be able to resume my classes but then the collector tells me that if I dont pay the full payment I can get back into my classess but that was not what was told to me by Pennfoster, So I believe I was tricked into making an agreement ro pay them with out getting what im paying for, because im only 60% into my classesI cant even look to see my classes into I pay in full to a collections agent and I dont even know if I pay if ill be able to go back to my classes
