I contacted Mrs.*** and apologized that the oil change program wasn't explained properlyShe explained she purchased her vehicle late in the evening and didn't realize the size until the next dayI gave her optionsI offered to have the vinyl company make a much smaller sticker seeing the
size was the problem or refund the program price of $and remove the stickerShe asked for a couple days to consult with her husbandShe contacted us and stated she would be happy with the smaller stickerShe came into our Service Department before sales opened and Service removed the old sticker and replaced it with the new smaller oneWe have reached out to her a couple times since, no response as of yet

The customer and her father came to the dealership and bought a vehicleWe were told her father had a valid DL and if fact it was not, and this was discovered by the bank in the funding processWe had to have them come back to the store to go to a different bank that required additional
dollars down and they signed a new contract

Yes the general manager was correct I was happy with the BMW but like I said after driving the car I felt like I was to y’all for the van and after hearing the noise twice I was very uncomfortable with the car so after returning on Monday April 30 2018 and picking out the Kia I was NEVER told I needed 2,800 I was told 1,500 my response was why do I need 1,500 with the 1,000 I already put down the saleman came back to me and said you know it late and the banks are closed i’ll Give you a text tomorrow Tomorrow came no text know call from anyone so I return to the dealer on Wednesday May 3 2018 and return the car after speaking to the bank again and I was told all the dealer have to do is reverse the loan so I left the car I NEVER got loud disrespected anyone and I NEVER THREW ANYTHING so if the car belong to the bank that’s fine ALL am asking is for my 1,000 be returned

Customers sign paperwork stating that if a deal does not go through for any reason they must return the car. She was contacted repeatedly to return our car and we were forced to repossess it. There will be no refund given as the 500 was to cover fees for the repo action.
