This car was sold "AS IS". Our GM Camille has however done goodwill work for this customer. WE have never been obligated to repair further and cannot continue to offer free service on an AS IS vehicle.

This customer was delivered in the wrong vehicle. We tried to explain that it was an simple error but they are not interested in cooperating and trying to rectify the situation so there is nothing we can do. They are driving a 2016 when they should be in a 2015 as discussed at the dealership and...

they refuse to correct so we have no idea what the complaint to the Revdex.com is even about since they are coming out ahead in this situation and causing harm to the dealership.

Soto spent alot of time with me going above and beyond to make me happy and to make sure I was able to get my car when I needed it it most!Tonight!Even left to eat and think about it and he did not pressure me at all.That is why I decided to come back to him and buy from World Kia of Joliet!

Once [redacted] was unable to obtain the job letter the bank requested many additional issues came up. There was also the challenge of getting her to understand that her car could not be paid off until her new car was funded. We apologize for any issues but we could not proceed without her job letter.

Josh was friendly, patient and very informative!

When a consumer visits us to purchase a car and requires financing we have to submit the buyer's information to the lenders. There is no way for us to tell the credit bureaus that this didn't actually happen.
